Zack and Nick were very punctual, professional and informative. In less than 2 hours the new 7" gutters were installed along with downspouts, extenders and gutter guards. Very happy with the work and materials. Will highly recommend to anyone needing new gutters

Overall, we are very pleased. Initially, the woman who answered the phone at Boyle's said it would take five weeks to have our pool screens serviced at a price of $150 for two screens. That was long enough, and expensive enough, that we contacted another vendor from Angie's List to see if they could beat the time or price. Lo and behold, the team from Boyle's arrived the next day (they said they called, though we never received a message). The work was completed in fine fashion; in fact, they ended up finding a third screen that was undone on one side (with my son's help), and replaced that screen for no extra cost using materials left over from the first screen (and time that was available, too, since the first screener was still on top of our pool cage at the time). So we ended up with next-day service and two easy screens and one tough one replaced for $150. We'll contact Boyle's next time we need some screen work.

Left a message to get an estimate, never got a call back

Called the company based off of Angie' reviews. Eric one of the owners came out and gave me an estimate which I was happy with. I explained to him that I need to get the job completed ASAP because of a fast approaching closing date on the house. Even though they are extremely busy Eric and his crew made it happen. His crew that completed the job were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. The completed product looks great! I would recommend them to anyone!

They did an awesome job!!!!! I was extremely pleased. They were very professional, thorough and quick. I've already started spreading the word to all the neighbors, this is definitely a company you can trust to do an excellent job, big or small!!!

I believe they went above and beyond my expectations by not only replacing the screens but they also replaced my door handle which was not included in the original estimate (which by the way had been bothering me since I purchased the home 26 years ago and could NOT figure out how to fix it myself). They also spray painted several scratches in the aluminum which made it look brand new. This was done WITHOUT any additional charge. I would definitely recommend this company for any and all screening jobs. They were on time, very friendly and professional. They promptly returned my phone calls when setting up the appointment and answered all of my questions that I had.

From the very first phone call, I was impressed with the professionalism, detail to attention, and follow through. Boyle's Aluminum took care of all of my permitting, gave me 3-D designs of what my enclosure would look like before I signed up to do the work, and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. The sales associate Eric was punctual and very knowledgeable, Jarod was great with working with my schedule. The crew was wonderful. They were on time, worked very hard, and kept the area clean. The final product was even more than I expected, I was beyond satisfied. I will continue to use them for all of my gutter and enclosure needs.

See Update at end of review: I called first thing in the morning and left a message with details of my needs. We have several places in our pool enclosure that are coming undone, fraying, tearing. This company was referred by my pool maintenance company. I did not receive a call back by 3 in the afternoon. I called back and was put on hold. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes and no one ever came to the phone. I called back and said I was having trouble speaking with anyone and that no one was calling me back. I was told "get in line behind the other 39 people who are waiting". When I described my problem, it was very clear that the gentleman on the phone considered my issue not a big enough problem for him to give any importance to. In fact, I said, "If its not a big enough job for you, I will call someone else" He said he could come out and give an estimate but that it would be about 1.5 weeks for that and then another 6 weeks before he could come out and fix it. He suggested I ask my neighbors if they knew someone or call a handyman to fix it!!! Really??? I could not believe this. I told him that it was possible I needed more work, assuming these companies find other problems and recommend other work, which I am open to, if something more needs fixing. I was so disappointed in this experience and will let my pool company know how badly my experience was. Update to my experience: I believe it is fair to add the good with the bad. After I posted my original, very accurate review above, Boyle's has worked very hard at service recovery on this experience. They have taken the following steps: replied to my original message with an apology, called me and asked if they could still come out and take care of my needs, and finally they sent a very generous gift certificate for any work I needed. As it turns out, I did need (and get) a complete rescreen from another company, so my problems did turn out to be bigger than a few patches. I appreciate that they took those measures and have changed their overall grade for doing so.

Eric came out to do the estimate. He is one of the owners and was very professional. He looked over everything, made recommendations and gave options primarily relating to the types of screen that are available. He also spoke with me about the gutter leak. He said they would clean and reseal a seam, and install a larger down spout, but he made clear that he could not warrant the gutter due to the way it had been installed. He gave me options to try to resolve the problem (including changing out the super gutter or changing the angle of flow), but he suggested the initial attempt should be to clean and reseal with appropriate sealant rather than incur a much more significant expense. The leak does not affect the attached deck so the problem seemed to be more cosmetic rather than creating a hazard. The work itself went great. The workers were always on time, professional, and efficient. They had to spend an extra day due to inclement weather, but they were never in a rush. The screening looks great. As to the gutter, they worked on it but were not sure it would be a 100% fix due to the location of the seam in the middle of the gutter run and the angle of flow. After a recent rain, there is still a little drip. Much smaller, but I can't hold it against them as we have previously tried three times to stop the leak through others. Plus Eric warned me it might not work, so I was okay taking the chance. Pricing was competitive with the other bids, even with the new downspout and the gutter repair that the others did not include. After all was done, Boyles sent out a person to inspect all the work, to see if there were any problems that remained and he took care of a minor issue relating to a screw and the gutter. I will use Boyles again when the need arises.

I researched here on Angies list and google to find a reputable company with an established record of good customer service...and decided upon Boyle's. This job is the first of 2 that we hired the company for. The front office/receptionist was very courteous and understanding of what exactly I needed to have done (which helps tremendously) and her scheduling of my estimate was done without a hitch. One of the brothers (owners) came out and conducted the estimate and spent a considerable amount of time talking to us about what options were available (repair or replacement). His diagnosis of the issue was spot on and confirmed our own: gutters were worn and too small to handle the excess amount of runoff from the roof, hence necessitating a full replacement with a higher capacity/sized gutter system. Seamless is the way to go as the water will be channeled exactly where it needs to go without sporadic drainage at random points as is the case with a seamed gutter. Gutters aren't that hard to understand so what needed to be done was pretty clear cut. The price was comparable to others and right on the mark so we were confident that we weren't getting jipped out of our money. Scheduling the appointment was a breeze and Jared was very accommodating and nice to deal with. It makes a lot of difference to us when people are courteous, professional and to the point. A day before the appointment, we called to confirm that everything was still a go as planned. If I had given them the opportunity to call us first to confirm, they would have...but I'm just proactive like that. No knock on them whatsoever. The technicians who installed the gutters were prompt (MILITARY-style prompt which we are familiar with!) and we appreciate that A LOT because a lot of companies have little regard for the concept of time. They were courteous, to the point and got right to getting the job done. Again, gift! No diddle-doddling around...I like that. The only thing I would recommend/suggest is, when the technicians arrive, that they should first go over what the scope of work is with the client before work begins. I'm sure they were on top of their game anyway but it's just one of those best practices that I'd like to share. It just covers their butt in case some clients want that. Replaced pool enclosure gutter system with larger super gutter/ downspouts. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Boyle's Aluminum. Clint and "E" were my team and they did an awesome job. They were always on time, worked hard the entire time, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were always polite and friendly. They welcomed my input with decisions and wanted me to be happy regardless of the job possibly taking a little longer. They took no shortcuts. I am so impressed with the finished product and it looks even better than I could have possibly imagined. Quality. Quality. Quality. Very impressed. They also had to replace rotted fascia and I am just as impressed with their carpentry skills. It was nice and convenient having the same company with the ability to their own carpentry work as opposed to coordinating the fascia and gutter replacement. Again, the quality of the fascia replacement was impressive. They chose to replace the entire wood instead of just replacing isolate...

The crew arrived as scheduled and performed the work in less time and less material than originally estimated. The gutter leaked during a rain the next day and there were openings in the repaired screen enclosure that should not have been there. When I called to have someone come back to fix the leaking gutter, they were very responsive and came back out right away. The technician that came out fixed the problem and completely resolved all of my concerns. Throughout, the company was very good to work with and they were very responsive and willing to make certain I was pleased with their work at the end of the job. I will hire them again and recommend them to friends.

Daniel and Tyler showed up on time and spent most of the day doing the work. They were SO polite and so professional (I wouldn't expect anything less from Boyles) and they were a pleasure to have at our home. Daniel & Tyler worked non-stop most of the day and we wouldn't have known they were here except we had to leave for lunch. We have used Boyles for 6+ years mostly for bird cage repairs and adding pet screening and this was the first gutter job we had them do. Eric and Craig Boyles are the most professional and honest and hard working people you will ever meet. It's like having "family" do work for you - they are SO TRUSTWORTHY!! We would recommend them for ANY work you need that they do. Whether it's Eric & Craig or one of their employees - you can ALWAYS trust you will get the same professionalism and conscientiousness! Be glad you have their phone number!!!

Craig did all the work himself in less than a day. Boyles were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The gutters look great and were badly needed. They even used colored downspouts to match our brick so they would blend in. They also used larger than the standard gutters. We thought the price was very reasonable.

In June Eric came to my house on time the day of the appointment and provided options for materials and colors for me to choose from. He was very helpful in letting me know what if anything I needed to do prior to any work being done. A good example of this would be painting the drip edge prior to the installation of the gutters depending on the color choice. He created a diagram for the location of the down spouts so when the work was done I would know where they should be located as well as the installers; all expectations laid out clearly for everyone. The estimate was for replacement of facia wood where needed and installing aluminum wrapping, removing and installing new sofits in vinyl and installing seamless gutters and down spouts around the house. Based on 2 other estimates that I received they were right there with the others. I prefer to do business with local companies and build relationships with them and it was very easy to do with Boyle's. They are all wonderful to work with. The day the work started Dave and his crew were here as scheduled and set up and started working immediately. Day one they worked on the sofit and facia and the next day the gutters and down spouts were installed. They are very respectful of your property and if they identify any issues or concerns around your property while they work they will let you know instead of just leaving saying nothing. I have a hip roof and he pointed out that he saw where the shingles were not laying properly around the joints and on some of the edges and suggested that I call my roofer and have these checked since I was already going to the expense of maintaining the integrity of the home by adding gutters for proper water drainage away from the house that he didn't want to leave knowing that water could potentially get into the roof area. Thank you so much for the great work and recommendation to get the roof checked out. (By the way I called my roofer and there were definitely points of entry for water that were all fixed and I would have never known had Dave not mentioned it to me.)

Boyles came to replace screens on my pool enclosure. They were prompt, did a quality job, and left no mess. They are pricey, but they are dependable and do an excellent job.

Boyle's was great! They were very accommodating from quote to finish. Their quote was not the lowest we recevied but was very competitive. We chose them after reading the high reviews received here. They did not disappoint! They were prompt, professional and left the work site immaculate. The pool cage was first pressure washed followed within days by the beginning of the rescreening process which was wrapped up the following day. They left no mess in or around the pool, even overnight. I would highly recommend them!

OK, it sounds like an easy job .... Well, it was easy for a professional like Craig Boyle. For me, a DIY homeowner for 40-years, it would have been a project. Door was shorter than "standard" and the door frame was not quite square due to the incline of the flat-roof above it. Also, I don't have a table-top circular metal saw to make the necessary cuts to the replacement door. Would like to rate the service provided by Craig and Eric of Boyle's Aluminum & Screening as AAA, but there is no such selection available. So I'll have to low-ball with an A rating in all categories. Really, the experience with Craig and his partner/brother Eric was a real pleasure and far exceeded expectations. The professionalism displayed by Craig and Eric was really very noticeable from the very beginning and first-class throughout this job. They answered the initial phone-call right away (no answering machine phone-tag). They arrived at the house exactly on-time for both the estimate and door replacement. The formal proposal was received by e-mail within a couple of hours after the initial house visit. I had indicated to Boyle's that there was no urgency to having the work completed, but Craig managed to do the work on the 2nd subsequent work-day. I had initially contacted another aluminum screening company in the area for this job and had to leave a message which was never returned. Craig took the time to fully explain what was involved in the installation of the door, which included the code restriction for height of the door handle. This was important as the door leads to an uncaged in-ground pool. If I would have "tackled" the job myself, I probably would have installed it out of code due to my ignorance in this area. While on-site, Craig was so polite, courteous and helpful when I asked about possible solutions for another problem I have on the house. He took time out to contemplate different ways of implementing a viable fix. After the door installation was completed, it looked great with really nice framing and even gaps. (remember, the door opening was not square due to the style of roof) The automatic closing of the door was perfect. (how I have struggled for years to try and get screen doors to properly close without a loud slam). The price for this job was extremely reasonable and having Boyle's Aluminum & Screening do this job is near the top of my Best-Decisions list. I will definitely look for them to perform additional work around my house in the very near-future. Wish that I could have done a better job of describing my total satisfaction with Boyle's Aluminum & Screening .

They never got back with us. Been a couple days short of three weeks since they were here. Really a shame, because the gentleman that was here was very professional, and more than likely, we would have hired them. We have now hired someone else.

Justin called ahead as promised . I couldn't get over that he replaced 5 screens (with one being on top of the bird cage) all by himself. I absolutely couldn't watch when he did the one on top - to say he as perfect balance and no fear of heights is an under-statement!! Ha! He did a great job and as always, are very happy! He wasn't going to charge us for one little screen that I forgot to ask them to bid on but we insisted. You have to watch them because they'll do stuff for nothing and that's not good for their business.

Their price and professionalism was excellent.

I was very impressed with Craig and his attitude. I asked him to help me repair the screen door lock and part of the screen. He did that with no complaints and no add-on expenses. I will use them and highly recommend their service and their product.

The owner, Craig, was very friendly and gave us a bid. He stuck with the bid, and he did a lot of extras for us. They were prompt and told us a time that they would start. Two guys got it all up within a day. They were supposed to put on a gutter on the house, but forgot (which I can see would have been easy to do). They came out the same day to get it all taken care of.
