Blade Runners came out on Thurs, 6/23 which surprised me since I had asked for the next Thurs, 6/30. No problem. There was 2 young men and 1 older man that came out to do the service. I am in the process of putting my house on the market and wanted some weeding done in the front. We also had some trash that had to be disposed of which Mr. Traugh agreed to do. We had wood, cardboard signs, a metal table and a tire. Mr. Traugh said he would have trouble with the tire, but agreed to take everything including what we had in the shed (paint, buckets of stones and river rocks) and wood alongside the shed. When I called him for the third time, (which he complained about later) we told him that the trash company had taken what was at the curb, except for the tire. The weeding I asked for was not much...there were few weeds but I had to go out and show them where they missed. The 2 young man weren't very ambitious. My spouse had to tell them to take the vines off the back fence that Mr. Traugh had agreed to do. After the weeding was finished, I was asked to provide a check for $80.00 which I provided. Monday, 6/27 around 5pm I received a phone call from Mr. Traugh about the service call on 6/23. Mr. Traugh said that I was very disrespectful to his workers and he was not pleased. I said I was sorry they thought I was disrespectful and that was not my intention that they felt that way. I told him his 2 young workers were not ambitious and that I had to go out to show them what they missed with weeding. He said they only agreed to do light weeding and they were not going to pull "every little blade of grass". He said he told me that and that they would spray the rest. I saw no spray. I asked about taking care of the weeds in the cracks in the driveway and sidewalks when Mr. Traugh initially came out to give us a price quote and he assured me that was one of his "pet peeves" and they would be sprayed. Again no spraying done. His phone call quickly escalated in him yelling and saying I lied about the trash and he made no money on the deal. I am surprised because if he took all the trash and tire to the Hudson incinerator, the only thing he would pay a nominal ($2.50) fee for was the tire. He told me that what he should do is bring the trash back and dump it back in my yard. I said go ahead and while he did that I would be taking pictures and calling the sheriff's office. He said he was too classy to do that, so my question is, why say it? He charged me $50 to take the trash. The edging that was done was so-so. Even though I was not 100% happy with the service, I was going to give them another chance since I wouldn't have the odd things to be done the next trip. Mr. Traugh said I better find someone else because they would not be back. I finally had to hang up on him because he was doing nothing but yelling. Mr. Traugh needs to take a course in customer service for sure. If he had any maturity he would have come out and I would have shown him what was done and what wasn't. We could have had an adult conversation and not the yelling and screaming. I would have understood if he had just said that it wouldn't work out servicing my property. Short and sweet. Not all the yelling and nastiness he did when he called. What a disappointment.

They do amazing work. The yard looks beautiful and I would hire them again in a heart beat! Great decision, and I can only recommend them.

They did exactly as I asked. Very good job. They will be performing this work on a monthly basis and so far I am very satisfied with the results. The price is very good and well worth it.

Prompt, fair and efficient!

I just bought my house a month agi and the place needed some sprucing up. Bladerunners was great. Due to the constant rain recently, we had a bit of a delay with the service, but they were in constant contact with us and I turned down several other offers because Bladerunners made such an impression on my girlfriend. They gave us a very reasonable quote for the work, and we are 100% satisfied with the work. Already had a neighbor walk over while they were here and tell me that he had never seen the palms look better. I highly recommend them to anyone one that needs any type of lawn/landscaping work done. A+++++++ service!

I have been very happy with Blade Runners for my weekly yard service and seasonal/periodic yard projects. They are very nice and friendly. Anytime I reach out to them they are quick to get back to me and complete the work. I would recommend them for regular service and yard projects.

It had been raining a lot and my current service had not shown up for three weeks.They also did not return calls asking when they were coming.I found BladeRunners on here and they were out in two days and did a very professional job.I would highly recommend them.

Everything went perfect - even though my "to do" list kept changing due to the nature of my project(s) they never lost patience with me and cheerfully showed up and did the first stages of a garden/lawn clean up. They made sure the yard was ready for the new fence installation in June. Everything they did or said exceeded expectations, and if there was any question about what I wanted done they paused to ask. In the past I've hired many workers, but this group was the absolute best.

Excellent job and very professional

John and Tracey came out today with two other workers. They spent many hours doing everything they said they would do. They worked really well as a team and did a very thorough job. I was so impressed with their artistic style. (They made everything symmetrical and healthy). It was a big job to clean up my property after the cold winter and there was an unusual amount of pollen and fallen leaves from my live Oak trees. So much of the property was overgrown, and they did a wonderful job in thinning out and shaping all the shrubs. They called to let me know they were running a few minutes late. Many companies that I've dealt with don't even call if they aren't showing up.. so dealing with John and Tracey (the owners) was very refreshing. Everyone was helpful, cheerful, pleasant and really took an interest in the job and how I liked it. I thought they were terrific and I'm going to refer them to my neighbors.

We hired them about three months ago and have been very satisfied with their work. They have taken care of a few things they traditionally don't do, but it helped get our entire property looking good and now they just maintain it! They show up like clock work (weather permitting).

He was very professional and courteous. He told me he services my area on Friday and he came as promised on time on Friday and now my lawn looks the best it has in months.
