They were excellent! These people are the most satisfactory I ever had. They also do extra things for me, and they do an excellent job. I am super satisfied!

John is very friendly and easy to do business with. His lawn care crew has been doing a great job for us.

It was good. Our pergola has a lot of weeds in it and he weeded it all out from the pavers so he went above and beyond.

Pretty good, but the bark of the Pineapple Palm tree could have been trimmed closer. The workers were very friendly.

Not good. They rushed through the job each time. One time they tried to leave without even edging. Areas were missed every time. They came 4 times. I have gone back to doing it myself. The owner is a nice man who responded to my cocerns but the crew never got it the way I can do it. (I can take all the time I need to get it done the way I want it.). I do have pics on my phone but don't know how get them to this ipad. Tony

They’re paid monthly. So far, it’s been fine. They’re dependable. They do a good job. What more can I say. They’re doing a good job. They come when they’re supposed to come. They do what they’re supposed to do. At this point, I am very satisfied with them.

It goes great, they are very, very good at the lawn care. Highly recomend them for your lawn service. They fast and very efficent. Very nice people.

John, the owner, is professional, courteous, and does a great job. He even came on a Sunday morning to consult with me about the next tree-trimming project.

Blade Runners are great I highly recommed them for all your lawn care needs. Blade runners were just simply great.

The gentleman was just outrageously expensive so we didn't go with him. He wanted to charge me for every little piece of grass and weed he pulled. He wanted almost $300 a month and we didn't go with him. For the size of my lawn and what we were asking I thought he was just way too high. He was very friendly, very courteous and very much on time. I thought he was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing but like I said if he had been a little more reasonable, even in the mid hundreds, I would have been more than satisfied. He was way over what I wanted to spend. If his prices came down some, I would use him.

With care and attention to detail that Blade Runners Lawn Care Has given, my yard Has never look this good. They even got rid of weeds growing in my driveway. I highly recommend them.

They do a good job. Their very fair on their prices. Their very good on their work, very efficient. They have a great eye to detail. Their very good people to work with. I highly recommend them. They are truly a company that truly earned an A in all categories. They care about the customer. They provide a good value. They are detail oriented. They come weekly. In the winter time they go to once every two weeks. It's charged on a monthly basis. Their the only ones I use. I had another company I used for years and I got very dissatisfied with the lack of detail, response and professionalism and I dropped them. These people are so easy to talk to and I'm not hard to talk to. I'm educated and I expect people to communicate. Their a good company and their happy with me. they always have at least two people here and their done in less than an hour. They do terrific work. They jump on it and get it done nicely and their gone.

I chose Blade Runners because of their excellent rating on Angie's List. The owner's wife (who is very nice) came to my house, reviewed how I would have to let the mowers in through my garage to get to the back yard, and gave me a good estimate. Said the team would be out the next week on Wednesday to mow my lawn. I planned to be home on Wednesday to open up the garage for them. By Wednesday afternoon at 2 pm no one had arrived so I called the office. Was told they were running late but they would be here in a few hours. I literally waited the rest of the day until it got dark - no one came, and no one contacted me. The next morning I called the office and got voicemail. Late afternoon I got a return call from one of the workers who apologized for missing me the day before and said one of their mowers was broken but it would be fixed by Friday and he assured me he would come out and get my lawn mowed on Friday unless it rained. I told him I worked until 6 pm on Friday and wouldn't be home until 7, which he agreed to. It didn't rain Friday so I was looking forward to having our lawn mowed! I called the office as soon as I got out of work, got voicemail, left a message that I would be home by 7 pm and hoped to see the team there. 7 pm came and went. Later that evening I checked my email and had received a note from John Traugh, owner of the company, saying since they didn't hear from me during the day they didn't think we had confirmed the visit and he promised to personally come out and cut my lawn on Saturday. I wrote him back and said I was working Saturday morning but would be home by 4 pm and it would be great if he could come out. Today is Saturday. I rushed home to be here by 4 pm, thinking the owner of the company would certainly show up. By 6:30 pm when no one came (and amazingly, again, no one called) I called the office voicemail and said I was giving up. This evening I received an email from Mr. Traugh: "After careful consideration, at this time we are unable to take on your lawn care account. Our schedules just do not work together as if we have equipment issues or rain outs it will be almost impossible for us to coordinate to make this up given the time restrictions because of you having to be home. I am sincerely sorry to this inconvenience and I wish you the best of luck." I'm not giving them an "F" because I think they're nice people trying to do their best, but for a professional organization to not show up four days in a row and to repeatedly not call or make any attempt to communicate is inexcusable and totally unprofessional. If they're that overbooked they shouldn't be taking on new business and you wouldn't want to hire them knowing you'll be at the bottom of their list and they might get to you if they can, and they might let you know, or not.

Excellent response from this couple.. Promptly contacted me and arranged a estimate.. which was completed as promised.. Services have been provided and was pleased to talk with both John and Tracy. I am looking forward to a long relationship.

I had a good experience. I was out of state and John at Bladerunner Lawn Care did not mind me mailing payment and doing business via phone, email, and text. When I got to the house the lawn looked well maintained. I appreciate their service.
