Description of Work: Service contract. We also had purchased our air conditioner from them (it was way overpriced, but under the conditions, we had no choice). They also have a funky pricing system and one of their technicians admitted to us that they are far more expensive than others...BUT they are good, professional and trustworthy, IMO.
