About us

As a result of over 4 decades of deck construction the jobs flow smoothly. My mission is to provide friendly, trustworthy service that people deserve. I get an additional reward at the end of the job when we're shaking hands and I know my customers are really happy with my workmanship, I can see it in their faces. I've also made friends. That good feeling we're left with is about more than just the project, it is what makes the job so worthwhile. I have recently moved to Port Charlotte FL. and will continue to apply my craft here and in surrounding areas.

Description of Work: We contacted Jeff in July. He came out promptly to discuss the ideas we had for a deck. He followed up with a proposal after a few emails back and forth about options. He told us he could not do the work until after summer. We accepted his proposal in August. He actually started the work in December. He is a quiet, steady worker and checked in along the way for our input about details. He is a careful and thoughtful craftsman and his workmanship produced a solid and handsome deck.

Response from The Deck Man
I don't remember what happened here , I did not do a job for him , I did see his name on a message pad , I remember the spring being really crazy busy and I'm sure at times my responsiveness was less than optimal, I think I called him and we played telephone tag? I wish He had been a little more descriptive in His review, so I could apologize properly. I'm sure I broke no agreement with him as I had none. I assume He is one of the few that fell through the cracks due to an overwhelming amount of calls. This seems like a spiteful angry review nonetheless. He may be confusing me with someone else that did the job. readers can take their best guess as there are no details to go on...however , I do apologize as he did call me and I did fail to get back to him in a satisfactory manner.
