Description of Work: the first area that was repaired began to leak in 2/2015. My husband looked at it and found that the wood was completely rotted and on the previous repair only longer nails had been placed into the rotten wood. He could pull the wood out with his hands. This had to be apparent during the first repair when my husband was out of town. Also the flashing was done improperly and my husband repair that himself too. Because the repair was done so poorly it was inevitable that the roof would leak again. We feel that Suncastle Roofing was just setting up business down the road. The laugh is on them as we would never use again or recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We used Suncastle Roofing and they were EXCELLENT. They started at 7 a.m. with a very large and efficient crew, and as promised, had the entire roof stripped, repaired damaged decking, installed new drip edge, replaced all vents and all lead boots on all plumbing stacks, installed new metal flashing, installed new hip, ridge and valley as well as installed a high quality GAF dimensional shingle. Our home looked perfect, with cleanup complete, within 12 hours. Extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: They refused to tell me when the work would be done. They had materials dropped on my roof at 6am without notice. They parked their garbage dumpster in my driveway for three days before the work without my permission. They made an agreement for 90 days same as cash, refused to accept my payments, put a lien on my property on the 86th day without talking to me, and refused to release the lien even after I hand delivered a replacement check
