Fantastic; highly recommend

We called them around 4:30 the day before and they showed up at 8:00 am the next morning as we agreed it would be better. They solved the problem and were gone withing 1 hour.

It went great. They were professional, thorough and very reasonably priced. They showed up on time, called before they arrived and made sure everything worked properly before leaving the property. I would definately recommend them and use their services in the future.

My technician was Brad and he arrived very promptly at the appointment time. Because of the cramped work spaces, I thought the job would take a long time, labor cost was $90/hour, but Brad finished everything very quickly. Each relacement valve looked great and no mess was left behind. I showed him an odor problem in the laundry room and he thought it was due to a partially blocked sewer line. He made a special trip to pick up the necessary equipment, returned quickly and completed the job in just a few minutes. Once done, the odor problem was solved.

Called them, scheduled a visit. Visit was rescheduled by mutual agreement. Showed up on time for second scheduled visit, did necessary repairs, submitted invoice, departed. Was polite and professional.

They are outstanding guys. The price was very reasonable. They let me do some digging up in my yard and reflected that price. They were willing to be flexible with the holidays. They had parts expedited so that I could get home to Michigan.

We are new to Fl,found Plumbing Dr II on Angies List. They respond next day,I called about 1 shower cartridge.When Brad installed the cartridge in guest bath I asked him if he would install one in master bath also. I then asked if he would replace 2 hose bibs . Brad installed all within 1 hour. I will call again when I need help.

.Jeff arrived promptly. He replaced valves as requested. He also put a cartridge in a sink that was hard to shut off properly. He ordered parts for a manobloc system in my garage and came the next morning and replaced the parts. All repairs are done correctly and working. He was very courteous and efficient. I will use this company for any future needs. The prices were reasonable as well.

They were very quick and prompt, very courteous, and they did the job nicely. I found the price to be reasonable as well.

These plumbers are amazing! I think the prices are pretty good. They're really nice people, are conscientious and do really good work. Once they were the only people that I came out when I had a huge water leak, and they were out within an hour or so.

These guys Did great work and were very fair with their prices compared to other folks I dealt with. Probably my best Angies list find to date. They are a small family run buisiness and genually seem to have your best interests in mind. Definitely on my short list if I need anything else in the future.

Called after 12 for estimate for replacing valve under sink and outside faucet. Based on what I described they gave me an estimate of $135 not including a 10% for Angie members. Arranged for plumber to come out following morning. Plumbers called 20 minutes before arrival to let me know they were on their way. Went over with plumbers as I was showing them what I wanted done. One plumber went to work on the outside faucet while the other one started with the kitchen valve replacement. Inside guy finished up and showed me what he had done. At that point he pointed out the corroded valve (another plumber 6 months ago pointed this out so I knew it was a legitimate concern). I Ok'd the 2nd replacement under the sink to correct this. When all the work was done I got my discount and even with the unexpected extra work my bill was still cheaper than what I thought it would be. Very Happy.

Call plumbing Dr based on angies list. They knew I was on a tight schedule and was off today. They came out within 2 hours of my call, Jeff the plumbing expert diagnosed the problem in a few minutes, which was actually the dishwasher and not the plumbing. He fixed another small issue I had with the kitchen faucet . He was very pleasant and professional. The ability of them to fit me into their schedule was a great help. If not for that I would have to have waited till my off day next week. Thank you Jeff and thank you plumbing Dr

I called for an estimate. He came out and we discussed the options and he gave me many choices and scenarios. I made my decisions and three days later they were here to install and repair. Jeff was polite and efficient. He cleaned up every little thing and even listened to my chatter. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Dave or one of his crew have been to our home several times over the last few months. They have always been here as agreed or have called to reschedule. Dave ordered and installed two Toto toilets and the install was clean and efficient. He also advised on how to remove our old Corian sink and faucets and made suggestions as to what type of sink to install, size, etc. His help with the sink remodel was a great relief because the other plumbers we called wanted us to order the sink and had no experience removing a Corian sink. Sawing a Corian sink is a scary proposition because if you miscalculate, it could mean buying a whole new countertop. It is also a messy ordeal but they did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. The sink install is flawless and I now have a beautiful new stainless sink. Also, when we had a large water leak, Dave was the only one (out of at least five other vendors we called) who stopped by the same day to help us determine where the leak originated. This led to his installing a new house water filter. We will be calling Plumbing Dr. again soon because we have more faucets to replace.

I called Plumbing Dr II and spoke to the dispatcher who offered to send a plumber the same day. I was at work and had to decline the offer. She scheduled me for the following day at my request. The dispatcher was friendly and experienced. She told me exactly what to expect for the repair and gave an accurate estimate of the costs based on my explanation of the issue. Bradley was the plumber sent, and he was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, experienced, clean and efficient. He thoroughly tested his work at completion and I am satisfied with the results. Altogether excellent experience! I have no suggestions for improvement. They run a great operation. I will absolutely call them again and will recommend them to everyone.

Same day service (we were there from out of town); very polite; asked to make sure size and shape of toilet prior to coming out. Reasonable price; charged exact amount quoted. Unstuck garbage disposal at same time for no charge.

I called for an estimator and he was there the next day. The service was scheduled based on my availability. Besides the excellent work accomplished, recommendations for continued good flowage were made in laymen's terms. It would seem that I may have received a special rate because I made certain to explained that I found their business on Angie's List during the initial call...or maybe it was a first time special?

I was not there, however my understanding is that Dave arrived promptly, found the problem, fixed it fast and was finished. Very impressed with the woman in the office that scheduled the service, and Dave himself. I selected this plumber based 100% on reviews on AngiesList and am not disappointed. I will definitely call again if I need any further plumbing repairs.

On the day of the appt., the plumber offered to come earlier since he had a cancellation. I appreciated this. When he arrived, he asked for an overview of what he needed to do. He was quick, thorough and took time to figure out how to get the outside faucet to work. In just under 2 hours he was done and cleaned up.

They came right out in response to an email sent through Angie's List and they called first thing the following morning. The plumber was here that morning and determined the problem was a short and repaired it. No need to install a new water heater! It has continued to work properly since. He was very friendly and offered tips because we are new residents of the area.
