+ -1 moreTerrific. We had purchased a new faucet but thought maybe the old one could be fixed. Jeff advised us that it would be better to install the new one. There were some extra complications related to the manaport system we have at our house (the faucet we bought didn't have the same attachments as the old faucet), but Jeff was able to come up with a good solution. Besides a new faucet that works great, we have better shut-offs now and a more secure installation than the way the granite counter guys had done the original installation. This company seeks to do good work at a fair price, which they certainly did, plus the plumber Jeff that helped us was very professional and pleasant in addition to very competent.

+ -1 moreHe came out and poured bleach down the drain and then cleaned the pipe with an auger. It was a good company and I would give him the highest marks. The first thing he did was tell me a few tricks to try for free over the phone. Those didn't work so he came the same day I called. He was professional and friendly as well.

+ 0 moreWithin an hour from the time that I called someone showed up. I believe his name was Brad. He was professional and quick. The task took about 15 minutes. Snaked out the pipes from the clean out located outside the house. Found the clog. People before we bought were not kind to the house. I'm sure if it had not been a Sunday, emergency call the price would be lower. I was just happy someone came as fast as they did. No doubt I will call again if there is a plumbing problem.

Description of Work: We had a pipe burst in our ceiling. I called them and they responded within an hour. This is the third time I have used their services and they are wonderful. Quality work, responsive in an emergency.

I supplied the disposal and faucet and all work was completed in less than two hours. Brad was very neat and got rid of all the packing materials. Fabulous results and the pricing was just right.
Description of Work: The work entailed installing a new kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. While the plumber was here, I added a running toilet. He replaced the innards and supply lines and valve.

+ -1 moreMy new home had a broken toilet. I visited Angie's List, found Plumbing Dr II and set up an appointment for the same day. Jeff arrived sooner than anticipated and went to work. He explained that my flange was broken and replaced it free of charge. He quickly installed the new toilet and braved the elements (a torrential downpour) to return the broken toilet to his work vehicle. He left his work area spotless and I was very pleased with the work he performed. Being a member of Angie's List resulted in my receiving a 10% discount, which made the experience that much more pleasant. I highly recommend Jeff and Plumbing Dr II for all of your plumbing needs.

With 12 ours we were contacted and told that a technician would be in contact with us and arrive within 2 hours. Jeff phoned about 30 mins prior to arrival. Once Jeff arrived he was quick to a solution and within an hour he had the repair completed and no more leaky faucet. Thanks to a very professional and responsive team we now know who to contact for any future plumbing issues.

We had to wait a couple of weeks for parts. The job has been completed. Plumbing Dr Ii was a great company to work with. They stayed in touch throughout the process. Brad and Dave were punctual, friendly, and efficient. I was very satisfied with their work and would definitely hire them again or recommend them to a friend.

They could not have been more friendly and compassionate regarding the problem. They certainly have my future business, and I would recommend their company to anyone without hesitation. .
Description of Work: on Dec 16, 2013, after hearing running water in our house, I called the Plumbing Doctor II Inc. Linda, the owner, answered the phone, was very pleasant and professional. She walked me through the steps to take in order to diagnosis the problem. It turned out to be a slab leak, which is a leaking water pipe buried in the slab beneath the house, a common occurrence in this area. I called Linda back to inform her what I found, and she told me they would not be competitive in fixing this particular problems, and gave me the name of a reputable plumber who would be. She also gave me a range of prices it might cost, and suggested I get two or three quotes. Later, her husband, Dave, offered to come by to check out the problem and provide a second opinion.He also was very courteous and personable. He agreed that it was a slab leak, and spent time—at no cost to me—to go through the repair options available and the pros and cons of each, based on his 30 years of experience. I called Water Works in Cape Coral, who they recommended, and an estimator came out the same day. The price quoted was certainly fair, and less than I expected to pay.

We received a phone call within 15 minutes and a very nice lady scheduled us an appointment for the next day. Brad came within the time frame that was given to us and installed a new 50 gallon water heater in record time. He did a professional job and removed the old water heater and left the area clean. We are very happy with the service that was provided by the Plumbing Doctor II. We highly recommend their services. The actual cost was $700 but there was a 10% discount included for first time customers.
