Description of Work: although, sales and ownwer were both very nice and did make an attempt to please. The crew was very loud and they seemed angry and i heard complaints of how badly they were treated as employees I did not eavesdrop,they were just very loud. the pool tile which was supposed to be cleaned and regrouted and it was not done. they had left garbage including cigarette butts and food warppers all around the house. The plants which were inside the pool cage were covered in dust and there were pieces of trash left in the pool.The pool cage which was suppose to be cleaned up had not been. We did call and Brian who was very good about coming over and cleaning things up a bit. Overall it was an unpleasant experience.we did our homework and even called other customers,who gave them a great rating. We got 3 estimates and they seemed at least on paper to be the best. I would not recommend.
