Description of Work: Absolutely the best carpet leaning experience I have ever had! On time, extremely knowledgeable, and the carpet looks amazing. We've gotten 2 new dogs in the last 6 mos and there were several pee stains on the carpet.....you would never know they were there! I intend to bring Heavens Best back to clean and seal our tile grout very soon.

Description of Work: One room cleaned that had really bad foot-traffic staining. All staining removed and I had them apply a stain protectant. It looked like "new carpet" when they finished. They arrived on time, very professional and did a "great job". I'll definitely use them again in the future!

Description of Work: Jim Wilson & one of his employees arrived at the appointed time. After briefing my wife and me how he intended to proceed, they went right to work. The job proceeded smoothly and they were finished in approximately three hours. They cleaned carpeting in my living room, dining room, my staircase, the upstairs hallway and the master bedroom. Additionally, I had them clean on 6' x 6' area reg. They also cleaned the base boards in all affected areas. To say that I am pleased with the finished product would be an understatement, my carpet looks brand new. It was completely dry in an hour and a half.
