HeavensBest Carpet, Upholstery & Surface Cleaning

This is the 2nd time I've used Heaven's Best. Both times the work has been exceptional. This time around I had 6 rooms of carpet and a sofa, love seat and ottoman cleaned. I also went all in and selected some of their other options for treatment. They also cleaned my tile and grout and sealed it in my kitchen and breakfast nook. Jim and particularly Keith are very professional and punctual and answered all of my questions that I had. I hear that they are a little higher price-wise but as far as I'm concerned, you get what you pay for and they do a great job. I will definitely be hiring them again.

We really can’t say how it went because they never showed up on time on the day that they were supposed to and didn’t even bother to call. When we tried to call them both their work number and personal number in boxes were full and not excepting any messages. When someone finally called us back they told us they had us for the wrong day, even though we had just talk to them the day before. I would not recommend this company to anyone because of the unprofessionalism and incompetence that we experienced.

They are very good. Their response time and the job they do. I could have gotten it done cheaper, but I know they do a good job.

Heaven's Best was very responsive, coming out the very next day after I called. He was very courteous and professional and the carpets have never looked better. It's a different process than steam cleaning so the carpets were ready to be walked on in a short time. The only issue is that I am allergic to many scents and a sweetly-scented, slightly cherry-ish scent was used that did not agree with me. I don't know if you can request unscented or not but next time, I will be asking if that's possible. Otherwise, the service was great.

Very good. They showed up the day I called and made the outdoor carpet look like it was newly installed. Highly responsive, excellent work.

cleaned carpets - not upholstry. Person who showed up actually looked at the tags on upholstry and realized it was dry clean only. could have ruined my furniture if they had cleaned it - kudos for checking - I had no idea - I will use this company from now on to clean my carpets - hard to find honest businesses these days.

Awful. I was in the process of moving out, and was not ready to have the carpet cleaned at that time. On the phone immediately before the appointment, Jim mentioned something about getting his equipment in, which surprised me, because I was only expecting an estimate. I said, "But we haven't come to an agreement yet." He assured me that it was no problem. Jim walked in the door, saw that the place wasn't ready to be cleaned (no other provider minded), and said "Oh, you're not ready. Are you just getting estimates?" When I replied that I was, he walked out in a huff, said that I'd wasted his time, and slammed the door behind him. Needless to say, I won't be contacting him again.

I recently moved to a new home and due to the previous owners leaving the carpets and tile in a rather filthy state, I needed the entire house deep cleaned before I was comfortable allowing my children to crawl around on it. From the initial call to Heaven's Best through the end of service this company was fantastic! Jim the owner was extremely helpful with me on the phone during the estimate, taking easily 20 minutes to explain everything in detail and talk about the services that could be performed. I was having trouble deciding exactly what items I wanted to do, and ended up changing my mind twice right before the actual date of service, and surprisingly Jim was really patient and understanding with me and still met all my requests, despite the scheduling nightmare I probably put his team through. On the day of service, the team arrived ahead of schedule and got right to work. Keith, Jeremy, and Don were all very friendly and professional, focusing h****** the job at hand while also answering questions and talking with me throughout the process. In the end, the tile and carpet look terrific and the team absolutely met my expectations on quality. It literally looks like I have new tile and carpet installed. I will definitely use Heaven's Best again.

Called company originally on Friday. Both of us had phone issues. Re-contacted early Monday morning. Jim mentioned that he had a cancellation over the weekend and could take care of us on Monday. The company came late Monday afternoon and treated the couch.

I submitted an inquiry on their site and got a call back a day or so later. (It was a holiday week) I was able to schedule the cleaning quickly and they showed up on time and were very professional. The couch is cream and was VERY dirty from pets and kids. Other companies have tried to clean it and have never done a great job. HeavensBest made it look like new again! I was very pleased. It did take a lot longer to dry than they indicated but I think it's because they had to clean it so thoroughly. I would definitely use them again!

They were really good. We used them last year and we are probably going to try to use them again this year to get our couches cleaned. They did a really good job. They charged by the couch. I was pleased. I thought they were a little expensive, but they did a good job.

I called and set up appointment, I didn't tell them I was calling from Angie's List. They made the appointment two days later as I requested. The driver got delayed picking up supplies and was 20min late, but I didn't care too much about that as they contacted me and I was home anyway. Once they got there they did measurements of each room, they did exactly the area measured and not a square inch more. For instance the 2x6 closet they didn't include as part of the bedroom even though there were 4 pieces of furniture including a king size bed they of course didn't clean under or move. But if I wanted one swipe down the small walking area of the closet that was going to cost me. They did an excellent job with the cleaning part, they vacuumed each room first, and wiped down baseboards. The clean was great and the chemicals they used dry in about an hour unlike most cleanings. Here is the part that made me mad. I didn't call and mention Angie's List when I made the appointment. I wanted their regular pricing before the 20% off discount to Angie's List members... Well they price it up and it's $478, the highest price I've ever paid for carpet cleaning. So the guy tells me the Angie's List discount was already applied, and I said BUT I DIDN'T TELL YOU I FOUND YOU ON ANGIE'S LIST. So they said price reflected the Angie's List discount, and the Angie's List discount is the same as their spring sale price... That is a complete LIE in my opinion, the house is 3800sq ft, they didn't do anything to the tile areas, or two carpeted rooms. I think in total they cleaned about 1600sq ft. So they are telling me their regular price for this size area is $478 + 20% = $573!!!! No one would pay that, if I hadn't taken the day off and could have got someone else I would have, but they were there. I wouldn't call it a bait and switch, but it's a bait of some kind because I expected to pay $382 after I saw the initial estimate. Would I use them again? No. I paid someone else in the mid upper $300 range and got the same quality I got from these people for just shy of $500. The only benefit was the quick dry in my opinion, and that's not worth $100.

They took their time, did a thorough job, and were able to get out stains that other cleaners weren't able to get out in the past. I had to call them back to replace some of the heavy furniture that they had moved. But they were more than willing and returned in a timely manner.

I originally wanted just a few rooms done, and was quoted $75. They were in an all in no time and, for the price and the agreed upon services, I am pleased. The tech explained to me that without deep cleaning, some of the spots would come back, which they did. but he warned me that going the "inexpensive" route that I went that this would happen. I did think they were a little bit quick, but i woldl use them again. They were prompt (actually a bit early) and were able to fit in my quick schedule.

Very professional. I had used a previous company and they were HORRIBLE. Didn't look like they had even been there - they were rude when I asked them about the service and the guy who serviced the house looked unprofessional and was clearly ready to ge home. I have used heavenly twice and they are professional, do what they say they are going to do, and do a great job!

It went great. They were professional and in time. We had the carpets cleaned by other companies and did not have as good results. They were upfront with all the costs and explained the process thoroughly.

Professional and friendly; they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning the carpet. They demonstrated that they really do care about the quality of their work and we plan to use them again in the future.

I called on two different occasions and left a voicemail each time. Not once did I get a return call. I used another carpet cleaner. The results of that cleaner was average. That is a different review!
