Description of Work: Have used Heaven's Best before and got good value. Have remodeled so there are only 3 small bedrooms with carpet. But owner Jim Wilson charged a higher price for much less carpet, and refused to honor the 20% off card I got in the mail from him 3 days after he'd already set the price. Too expensive.

Description of Work: Contacted company around 6-7 pm one evening & left message . Called me back first thing in the morning and came out the next day . Very professional & careful when moving furnishings , well mannered & professional . Did a beautiful & efficient job of cleaning my carpeting. Used minimal moisture & carpets dried fully within 90 minutes . Really removed allot of stains & very old carpets look like new . Would definitely use again .

 + -1 moreI was so pleased with all the work which was performed as promised. Also, if any spots return, they will return to clean them for 30 days after cleaning.
Description of Work: Jim came to my house to give me an estimate and returned on the scheduled day. Our home is 3000 square feet and mostly carpeted. He did everything he promised and more. Our carpets are at least nine years old and most areas are very light in color. He vacuumed, moved some of the furniture, treated for spots and cleaned the carpets. After he cleaned them, he raked the carpets, vacuumed the edges of the rooms in case any of the residue had been pushed there. Afterwards, he treated for stain resistance and put plastic under any furniture legs that may have been on damp areas of the carpets. Heaven's Best was the fastest and best carpet cleaners we have ever had. The carpets dried quickly and look fantastic.

 + -1 moreThe serviceman arrived the same day to clean the carpet. He was finished within an hour of arrival and the carpet was completely dry within a hour after he completed the job. He was very courteous, friendly, and concerned with the quality of his work. However, the dog urine smell was not eliminated completely.
Description of Work: Serviceman for Heaven's Best responded quickly to my request for a carpet cleaning to remove dog urine odor from a guest. Service uses all natural products safe for my other pets. He cleaned the lower level of my home, including living room and dining room.

Description of Work: Heaven's Best cleaned the carpeting in three rooms of my approximately 2000 square foot house. They also cleaned the upholstery on my couch. They used steam cleaning machines to do this work.

 + -1 moreWe were concerned when they showed an hour late and that they knew how to clean silk rugs but our experience turned out great! The rugs were steamed cleaned and dried in a short time. The men were professional and very helpful with moving the furniture off the rugs. They put plastic under the legs of the furniture so the wood would not change color from the wet rug. The rugs look beautiful and clean now.
Description of Work: We had three 9X12 Oriental Rugs cleaned in our home.
