Serviceman on time did His job well at a fair price

The two men were very prompt, courteous, and professional. They protected my floor from the machinery. They did a fabulous job cleaning the rug. The rug looks better than when I bought it !

Keith and Jake arrived on time. Keith took the lead from the beginning and was completely professional in his approach. Measured the carpet areas we wanted cleaned and gave us a price for the services available. He was absolutely no pressure in his approach. They did the work in the estimated amount of time and the areas cleaned look brand new--I mean it--brand new! Now we'll see if it holds up because we have put off cleaning the carpets believing that they are never the same after being cleaned. Keith assured us they would be just as good as new and would not attract dirt like former processes did. We'll see, but at this point we are very pleased that we called Heaven's Best.

Called owner and got a verbal estimate of $160 for our couch and love seat. He explained that was for a standard size 7-foot couch and 5-foot loveseat and that the price would be higher if it was larger. I did have to wait a week for services to be performed even though they advertised same day service. Technicians arrived just after the 30-minute window we were given otherwise it would have been an "A" rating. They were professional and conscientious and eager to please. My only dissatisfaction came when the quote came in at $210 versus the original $160. Apparently, our couch which measures 6'10" in back and 7'4" in front was quoted as an 8' couch. Our love seat which measures 4' 10" in back and 5' 3-1/2" in front was quoted as a 6' loveseat which warranted an additional $50. (They measured the fronts). I asked the technician to contact the owner regarding our original quote. Fortunately, the owner honored the original quote. Thank you! We also had them clean 2 chairs at $45 each which brought our total to $250. We were offered and declined additional treatments at the following cost: $45 bacterial treatment $45 allergen treatment $90 fabric protector This company did a GREAT job and is probably no different than any others regarding pricing. But I would caution consumers...this job cost us $250 versus $390...ask questions and truly evaluate whether or not you need the additional treatments.

Mr. Wilson and partner came and gave me a thorough assessment of the carpets in my house. We decided to have him clean the two rooms as well as two large closets. Both carpets were pretty heavily soiled as well as having pet odor. They worked on the carpets until all of the spots were gone going over the carpets multiple times until totally clean even the red juice stains! They also got rid of all doggy odor. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown by Mr. Wilson and his partner and I highly recommend them.

We had a coupon for this company for 20% off, and had been satisfied with the work done in the past. We paid $200 last time and so we expected it to be $160 this time around. The owner said that he raised the prices so they could not honor the coupon. He did tell us that the rates would stay the same for past customers, but he still would not honor the coupon. This seemed like a bait and switch type of deal because we had spoken with the company previously. We ended up not going with this company because of this issue.

The technician arrived on time, moved the furniture and I was able to leave him to the job. The job was done well and in a very professional manner.

Jim, the owner of the company, explained the process fully at the time I contacted him for information. I especially liked the fact that the solutions they use are organic/natural in composition and booked the appointment. I had to change the date two times, until the electricity was turned on and Jim was flexible about making changes. The two men who came to do the work were polite, clean cut and knowledgeable about the products used in the cleaning process. In the end the carpets were beautifully clean and, given the solutions used, completely dried in about 2 hours. I was provided with their own spot cleaning solution, which have since used successfully.

The carpets looked amazing for a long time. It was best carpet cleaning experience I have ever had.

have called several companies to come clean our carpet but their availability doesn't fit my need. Heaven's Best was able to accommodate their service to my needs. They were punctual, came in on time and went to work right away. The house felt and smelled fresh after the cleaning. They did a terrific job and help me move some furnitures which was great. Overall is was great. It took all day as we had a lot to clean. Guys took care of moving all the furniture. They were careful and seemed to care.

I called and wanted my carpets done very soon because I was leaving town. They had a cancelation that morning and came within two hours to do the job. That was wonderful. I would recommend them even though I felt they are a little pricey.

Jim Wilson and his assistant did a top notch job overall of cleaning my berber carpets (entire house is carpeted). They vacuumed first and moved furniture out of the way so they could better clean high traffic areas. That was a plus! They use all natural products and even with the treatments like sanitizer; it dries in an hour or two. As promised, they returned when carpets were dry to replace my heavy furniture like sofa and chairs. Heaven's Best definitely provided the best cleaning service for the best price that I've ever had!

The owner was able to come by on the same day which was great. He seemed very knowledgeable and I felt confident he would be able to provide good results. The down side was the pricing. All we wanted was basic carpet cleaning but he kept on adding in special services like antibacterial and viral treatments that he said were an $80+ value each but were "free" because I was an Angie's List member. I then asked about the 10% of coupon for Angie's List which he said was already included but was not itemized on the estimate. We would have gone with this company but we like to get other estimates to make sure we are receiving a fair price but this company was significantly more expensive. We would have given them our business because I believe they would have done a good job but the many extra "free" services were a turn off.

Heaven's Best did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, fast, courteous, and cleaned up when done. I was unaware my grout was such a nice tan color. It had been gray since my wife and i moved in. We could not be more pleases.

The owner was excellent! Very professional and helpful. He had a crew come out and then came to inspect the work himself afterwards. He was not thrilled with a couple of things and came out himself the next day to clean those areas. The carpets look great! We would definitely use Jim again.

I was extremely disappointed with the way the owner handle our interaction. I tried calling the business and began explaining my coupon, only to find I'd been hung up on. Confused, and slightly irritated, I immediately called back, hoping it had been a mistake. When the phone was answered again, I heard the same man on the other line briefly chatter something about not accepting private calls, then he promptly hung up on me again. I had no idea my number was private. I didn't even have half a second to squeeze a word in edgewise to explain that I needed to know HOW to unblock my phone number, in order to appease him. Shocked at the fact that this was a BUSINESS doing this to me, I immediately went to the company's website contact info. The phone number was listed that I'd called, with NO disclaimer about not accepting private calls, but there was an email address listed. I sent an email, then called back a third time. This time, my call went completely unanswered. Rude, but at least I was able to speak freely into the messaging system. I thoroughly explained my situation without insult or profanity, though I was (am) angry and I'm certain it showed in my voice. I already paid for this coupon, and I did not appreciate paying $63 to be spoken to like some call-blocking, phone harassing hoodlum. I received a call back shortly after, and the owner rudely informed me that he was "returning my nasty voicemail." I quickly corrected him that my voicemail was not nasty. It was angry, but not nasty. He proceeded to tell me that the reason why he doesn't answer private numbers is because he has been in business since the 80's and his work is so superior that at least twice a week he receives calls from his competitors from blocked numbers, so when he saw my private number calling, he automatically assumed I was a competitor calling. He then apologized--not for the way he spoke to me, not for the way he treated me, not for inappropriately classifying my voicemail as "nasty," but for "getting off on the wrong foot"-- and then wanted to work out a way to still have my business. I quietly let him finish speaking, then I told him that I was *not* sorry for being angry or upset, I had a right to be. Here I was, a paying customer, trying to make good on money I'd spent, only to be hung up on by the business owner to whom I'd entrusted my money! I said I was sorry that he receives blocked calls from his competitors, but I was not a competitor, and it was wrong of him to just "assume" I was out to hurt his business and to treat me the way he did. He attempted to interrupt me several times, saying, "Ok, you know what? You know what?" and I promptly cut him off, insisting he let me finish, "please." He did, at that point, stop interrupting me and obliged my speaking. I let him know that I'd already bought the coupon, I knew I could not get a refund, but even at that, I wasn't even sure I WANTED him anywhere near my home for the way he treated me. Even in his phone call there was no remorse for his actions. I have worked in customer service ever since it was legal for me to HAVE a job. I take it VERY seriously and base my patronage of a business on how they treat me, the customer. At that point, he did offer to refund my money, and this afternoon I did receive a check for the full amount that I paid. That was a gesture that was kind, and I do appreciate it, as he was under no obligation to refund anything. That being said, however, I will never give my money to this business again, nor will I ever recommend it to any one I meet while I live in Florida. Obviously he has treated other customers very well, but I won't take my chances that the next person to experience his disrespect will be someone I know and could have warned ahead of time. I am sad that this was the outcome, I had been looking forward to experiencing this business's "superior work," but what will be will be, and I will find another cleaner with "superior work" *and* an attitude of respect and professionalism at all times.

I requested a Jim's services to clean the carpet upon moving out of a home. What set him apart from all the other providers that showed up was his professionalism and knowledge and kindness. He is so honest and willing to share information, even when it might mean you will spend less money. As it turns out, the property manager where we lived ended up wanting us to use a provider he recommended. When I told Jim, he offered to remove any spots the new provider missed free of charge! What an amazing man! Jim also recommended his counterparts in our new city. The sample cleaning he gave our carpet was spectacular, and he comes so highly recommended. The before and after pictures on his web site say it all. If not for the management company, I would have definitely used Jim and I highly recommended him to others. It's very hard to find honest people who care so deeply about the quality of their work and reputation - even more than money.

The owners were impressed with the way the house was left. They came in and repaired the carpets. They did a wonderful job! Jim was very patient and fielded about 80 phone calls from me. The crew came in at 6:30 in the morning to get started. They were very good. The house sold two days later.
