This company is great! I called them on a Tuesday, had an APPT that Friday. Contractor called me back Wednesday and offered an earlier APPT for Thursday which I accepted. Very fiendly person, and willing to accomadate. The cleaners showed up exactly when they said they would, ready to work. Very professional couple of guys showed up, were very polite and CLEANCUT. I had no issue with letting them into my home. They moved my furniture around, vacummed and then scrubbed the carpet. I was ver impressed with the outcome, carpet looked and smelled brand new. Thanks guys, ill see you all again in a few mounths. HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! A+++++

Jim phoned about the service purchased based on reviews on AL and used the 20% discount as AL member. We had short notice to move out and Jim accommodated our schedule and gave a reasonable cost of service and discussed that accurate cost would be based on square foot measurement by his team that would arrive that day. He did based on my estimate of carpet area to be cleaned provide an estimate as best he could over the phone. Crew Leader phoned with approximate time of arrival and was within 10 minutes of the provided ETA. He dressed professional in a starched collar shirt which I wasn't expecting, very articulate explaning and asking if we wanted any additional services that he could provide. I was surprised that they do more than just clean carpet! 3 person team including team lead measured and went over the cost with us and promptly began treating the carpet and prepping it for the deep cleaning. Didn't take long and wasn't as wet as I was expecting. They even raked the carpet that didn't cleaning to match the areas that were cleaned. They were able to remove stains old and new and made the carpet that needed replacing anyway look its best and I was very pleased with the service, professionalism, and how organized the team were with everything to be done! They had prepped their own water to be used for the deep cleaning and it was AMAZING! Top NOTCH company! Highly recommended!

Always busy so no time for minor details but Heaven's Best did a wonderful job. We have two big dogs so there were some spots that previous carpet companies would make disappear when they were done but the spots always came back. You get what you pay for! Our carpet had never looked better.

It went pretty well. They were able to get out fairly new and untreated stains. I like the fact that the carpets dried quickly and it was environmentally friendly.

The provider came to the property prior to beginning work to review to pending job and provide a no-cost estimate of services. On the set day to receive services, the owner and crew arrived on time and immediately began working, once they gained access to the house. They walked me through the various treatments performed on the carpets more challenging pet stains. Upon completion of the job, the owner walked me through each room to again explain what had been done and to ensure I was satisfied with the results. The carpet looked better than it did when I moved into the property! Heaven's Best did a phenomenal job! I would definitely recommend them to other and use them for carpet cleaning services in my new home.

In short..I HIGHLY recommend them and would use them again.reasons & my experience with them (and other A-rated companies on Angie's list) to follow below. I oversee a rental townhome with carpeted stairs for several years and have used several professional steam cleaners in past after tenants vacate and prior to new leasing. Initially I decided to call them because they were highly rated and because Jim Wilson was able to accommodate my schedule..Although, it didn't quite start out as I had hoped (I was last on their schedule & they had unforeseen delays..which I do not fault them for..Life happens..If you've ever managed/ run business you know what I mean). Despite the delay they followed through on their commitment and showed up albeit late. After meeting with Keith and hearing the quote and all the work they INCLUDE in the price, I ultimately I decided to simply reschedule since it was a long day for me as well. The quote was significantly more than what I paid 18 months ago for the same place (used another A rated companies, which is still A-rated from Angie's list..but they did not get up some of the older stains) never-the-less Heaven's Best quote was in line with other quotes I got this year from two other A-rated competitors. I noted their commitment to work ethic & decided to give them a second chance. I'm glad I did. They took great care, did extremely thorough job! Jim Wilson personally oversaw the work at beginning and end and all the cleaner(s) proved to be very professional and customer oriented. Although he said the proof of a quality carpet cleaning is in how well it holds up over time, upon job completion, Heaven's Best Exceeded my expectations! The 7 year old carpet looks Brand new! They removed all the old stains (other professional cleaners were not able to remove (in fairness I paid a bit more this time around and Jim threw in some extras because he was not able to deliver as he initially wanted to..Again, I do not fault him for that but it's clear he was more bothered by it than I was => Integrity!) and the new stains including the badly stained & heavily trafficked stairwell. I was quite impressed! They even got out the odor that persisted in the condo for several years (despite professional cleaning). They were fair, honest, and I highly recommend them.

They showed up on time and were very professional. Carpets look great - I thought the sunroom was stained for good and it all came up. Dried quickly and no strong order - I am very sensitive to smells. We plan to use them for our area rugs and sofa/love seat when the furniture arrives. It is more than we wanted to pay, but we are happy with the service and outcome!

Jim (the owner) and Jackson showed up and did a great job of cleaning our carpets. We explained that we had some issues with allergies and they applied something to the carpets to help with that. Jim mistakenly forgot to include the den in the calculation of the square footage to be cleaned when giving us an estimate. When he realized his mistake, he charged us the same amount, essentially cleaning the den for free. Jim and Jackson were very professional and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to use them again.

They did a very fine job and the carpet looked great upon completion. I was a little surprised at the cost of the job, but I guess you have to pay for quality. I would recommend them to others.

Keith and Jackson are pros! They went about their business on our dirty white furniture and left us with clean, sweet smelling furniture. All completed in about two hours. They really worked hard. They were very nice and polite. We're very impressed. They will be back in May to do our carpets.

I'd certainly recommend them for future jobs! The crew were very friendly, professional, and tidy. The were careful to protect the floors and furniture and treated everything is if it were their own. They provided suggestions for maintaining the rugs, explained the steps they were taking to address the pet stains, and cleaned up everything when they were done.

It's been about 10 weeks since Heaven's Best cleaned the carpets, and they still look great. There has been no trace of the dog odor since they performed the cleaning. The man that came out had an apprentice with him, and took time to carefully instruct him along the way in a very positive and encouraging manner. They took the time that was needed to truly deep clean the carpet - and it was dry one hour later. I'm very satisfied.

WOW!! I can't say enough about what a great job the Heaven's Best crew did on my carpets. Service was excellent from start to finish. When I called to arrange service, Jim was very helpful in describing the Heaven's Best process, was able to accommodate my request for an ASAP appointment and fully spelled out what we needed to do in preparation - not much, just remove small things from tables and small pieces of furniture. The cleaning crew does all the moving of big furniture and they even vacuum the carpet before beginning the cleaning process! The two man crew, Keith and Jackson, arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. Keith went over the cleaning process again, measured the areas I wanted cleaned and gave me a quote. When I agreed to quoted price, they got right to work. They treated our home and furnishings with care. The result so totally exceeded our expectations that, seven days later, even my husband is still raving about how great the carpets look. After four years of living in our new home with contractor grade carpeting, the large family room area, in particular, was heavily stained and soiled. I figured there was no way all the stains could be removed. I still can't believe how great the cleaned areas look . . . not only are they spotless, but I swear they look totally rejuvenated and brand new. The carpets haven't looked this good since the day we moved in! The Heaven's Best cleaning solution has a pleasant citrusy smell and, as promised, a minimum of liquid is used and the carpets really did feel dry to the touch in about an hour. Keith and Jackson placed the couch, love seat and big recliner right back in the original place and offered to move the end tables and dining room chairs back into place, as well. We opted to let the carpet dry first and handled those small things later ourselves, even though they would have placed plastic disks under the legs to protect the wood. Some of the dining room furniture was too heavy to be moved - like a china cabinet filled with breakables - and they were very careful not to damage the finished wood surfaces of anything left in place during the cleaning process. I just can't think of one negative thing to say about our experience with this company. One of the selling points for me in choosing this company over several others I researched was the claim that their unique process results in the "clean" lasting longer. It is too soon for me to comment on that, but I will revisit this review in three to four months to report further. Our previous experience with traditional soap and chemical carpet cleaning is that the residue left behind allows dirt to collect faster afterwards and the heavy moisture used allows stains in the padding to come back through to the surface within 6-8 weeks. I personally did not think the price I paid was a little high, as some other reviewers have commented. I am looking for good value for the money spent and am more than satisfied with the service received from Heaven's Best.

s Let me preface this review by saying that above all else, Heavens Best has the best customer service. They want their customers to be satisfied. I believe that customer satisfaction is their number one goal. They cleaned very inexpensive carpet that had been installed to sell a house. They made very low grade carpet look great. They also offered a stain resistant treatment which we used. But, where they really shined was the work on our ceramic tile floor in the California Room. I attempted to clean the ceramic tile myself, and while I did a decent job, I left a film that I couldn't seem to remove. I had to go out of town right before we moved in, so my boyfriend asked Heavens Best to remove the film I couldn't get rid of. He also asked them to re-clean the grout because there were stains I couldn't remove. He asked them to do this when they came out to clean the carpet in 2 bedrooms. This was a last minute request which they graciously accommodated. I returned from a trip out of town 2 days prior to our move and was not pleased with the job Heavens Best did on the ceramic floor. The "white haze" remained as well as some staining on the grout. I still had a lot of packing to do, so I could not do any more cleaning of the fllor. I called them and explained that I was not happy with the appearance of the floor. I told them I was moving in in 2 days and needed them to come back and re-clean the floor. Again, another last minute request. They sent a crew out the next day and the crew got down on their hands and knees and re-scrubbed the floor. What I didn't know was that the prior owners of our new house did was to grout over old grout--apparently a huge no-no. The "white haze" on the floor was the new grout coming off during the scrubbing process. The dark stains (or so I thought) were actually the old grout--a much darker color. There was absolutely nothing Heavens Best could do in this situation, but they tried their hardest anyway. Obviously, I had no way of knowing this and I felt badly. Heavens Best sent 3 workers over for 3 hours to work on this floor. They explained the situation to us and even though it was no fault of theirs, offered to give us a discount on the amount we paid as well as giving us a gift certificate toward any future work. They went above and beyond what they had to do. None of this was their fault (ours neither). It was an unfortunate situation, but they wanted us to be satisfied. They go the extra mile and then some. Their customer service is exemplary. I would use them for any cleaning needs we might have. In fact, we plan to have them clean our furniture. Heavens Best will do whatever it takes to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Of this, I have absolutely no doubt.

We called Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to deep clean the carpet in our new home. We promptly scheduled an appointment. They came in and had our entire home cleaned in less than 2 1/2 hours. Our carpet looks brand new! They drying time was very fast. Within an hour, it felt dry. We encourage you to call Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning! You'll be GLAD you did! The two young men who took care of our home were very professional and thorough. We highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning!

Heavens best cleaned two bedrooms. They came the same day I called, they were very professional and did an excellent job! The one bedroom had heavy stains and they removed them all! I thought I was going to have to replace the carpet but after having them cleaned they look almost new. I highly recommend this company and I will definitely use them again!

They were very prompt, efficient, and cleaned our carpets and upholstery better than we have had it done before.

I think the price was a little high but I haven't checked others. They were very nice and they seem to have done good work. They do good work.

They did a fine job. The experience went fine. I used them because the guy that I usually use was not available. These guys did a fine job. I had a little problem with the price. I think they less quoted me a little bit on that.

Both jobs were done the best I've ever experienced. Keith thoroughly cleaned and racked the carpeting. Jackson made my dingy white couch and love seat literally glow. They were punctual and took enough time to do the job well. This is the 2nd time I've used Heaven's Best, but it won't be the last.

My father in law has a lift chair that he basically lives in. Due to health problems he sleeps and spends most of his day there. Well, he injured his arm and bled on the chair and we were convinced that we would never get the stains out. Heaven's best did a great job of cleaning the chair from top to bottom making it look brand new. We also needed the carpet in his room cleaned due to some spots that had decided that they wanted to live with us forever. Heaven's best did a great job of cleaning his room and the front hall entrance which had some "accident's " our 15 year old Jack Russell had blessed us with. It is important to note that at first we had some miscommunication concerning the cost and what was expected. And I give cudo's to the owner and operator as well as the workers for their willingness to handle these concerns to our great satisfaction. They were honest and went above and beyond what they were required to do for us and it was greatly appreciated. I know that if you hire this company for their services there is no way you will not be completely satisfied and even thrilled at their performance. If you have any problems at all they will do whatever, and I truly know this to be true, WHATEVER it takes to make you happy with their services.

On time, professional and did an amazing job on our floors. Our house is one story and new to us. Will be using them over and over.
