GreenDry Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

The service went very well once it was scheduled. The carpets were clean and smelled great. The people who provided the service were helpful and friendly. The only downside was that I had trouble with responsiveness when trying to schedule the service. In the initial request I asked to be contacted by the company via my gmail account but they only replied via the angie's list messaging system. Regardless, I went in and replied through angies list asking about service times and again requesting they respond to my gmail account. I never received a response on either system for over a month. When i did get around to calling them, they were able to promptly schedule a service, but the lack of responsiveness was disappointing.

Arrived on time and performed professionally

Very professional and thorough. I've had many problems with carpet cleaning companies over the years--from the "bait and switch" to wet carpet for days. I was pleasantly surprised with Green Dry's service. Will definitely use them again.

We called needing a carpet cleaned right away and they scheduled us for the same afternoon. The scheduler and technician were both extremely courteous and friendly and they did a great job on the carpet on quick notice.

They are Eco-friendly and have no chemicals. They were a recommendation. We would use them again.

I called them back and they said that it was not what home owners typically want. I said we had discussed it during the estimate. He said they would stop over to take a look but I know if they finish the job it will cost more. The work they did was good it was that they did not do what was discussed. The original estimate was $240 and they asked if I wanted the tile sealed which I did so there was an additional cost.

Brian and crew came out cleaned carpet in two bedrooms and removed a area rug and cleaned off site. Green dry was very professional. They took great care in cleaning the carpets. Since I have muscular dystrophy and when carrying fluids when walking I cause a lot of spills. There was a huge coffee spill in one bedroom that I tried several times to get out but couldn't. Green dry removed the stains and you can't tell there were ever any stains. The carpet looks like new. I would definitely use Green Dry for my next carpet cleaning. They were also very careful with the hardwood floors leading to the bedroom. One thing I really loved was they put plastic protectors around each wall corner and furniture that could possible be touched with the hose used for cleaning. I have had two other companies clean the same two rooms since installed and it has never looked as clean and smell so refreshed as with Green Dry. I will definitely use them again .

First of all, the two technicians were very professional, friendly and worked diligently to provide services. They arrived promptly for the early morning appointment. They also worked with me on the additional square footage that had urine odors and needed deeper cleaning. As most know, this type of carpet cleaning service is already premium priced compared to other carpet cleaning services. An important note about me. I have had sinus issues all my life, so my sense of taste and sense of smell are somewhat insensitive and dulled. I don't smell a lot of things other people smell. However, the cleaning solutions and deodorizers used in this process were so strong, not only did I have to leave for the cleaning, I had to leave for the rest of the day. Had it not been for an unusually cool night, 2 exhaust fans a window fan, all three of which ran all night, I would not have been able to stay in my house overnight. Even the next day, the smell of the deodorizers was overpowering. It took two additional days for the smell to dissipate enough to be down to what I would have expected. I have had carpet cleanings and deodorizing done by other services in the past. I did not call GreenDry to report this because it was already evening and I had hoped the odor would fade quickly; which it did not. I didn't report it the next day because I had other appointments and I didn't think there would be much they could do; certainly not use additional deodorizing substances. Good people who gave good service and worked with me on a better price for the additional footage, but a clear miss, in my opinion, with the cleaning products they use.

I had no issues scheduling an appointment. The service was fine. They cleaned the carpets in three smaller rooms of wall to wall carpet. I also had them clean some upholstered chairs.

Excellent service, my carpets were way past due for cleaning, I hate to admit, and because I've heard bad stories about costs, add ons, not cleaning well, too wet, etc., I was hesitant to have them done. GreenDry allayed all my fears, the carpets came back to life, they spent time cleaning, raking, fluffing, fabulous!!!! I was very, very happy with the service, no hidden fees, nothing, just nice, fresh, fuzzy carpets again. Thank you, GreenDry!!

Wonderful experience. I had previously hired another company to clean the carpet in another home and was hit with hidden charges and this company did not do that. I wasn't sure how well it could be cleaned or how the stretching would come out, but everything looks great.

Chose this company b/c it was environmentally friendly. Grout and tile looked great after cleaning but the grout cleaning loosened the grout and cracked the corner of a tile. Was informed about the loosened grout but not about the tile which was not a big deal but I wish I was informed. Note the tile/grout is about 14 yrs old so it might have been loose anyways. Would use them again for carpet cleaning.

The carpet looks fantastic! It is over twenty years old and does not look like it. It is clean and smells great. This company was great. Brian was prompt and professional. The carpet dried very quickly. I will use this company again. The price is a bit high, but the quality of their work is so high, it is worth it.

Top-notch all the way! Our carpets look brand new and our kitchen floor, too. Brian accommodated our schedule and fulfilled all our requests. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend GreenDry Carpet Cleaning and Restoration. We will definitely engage their services again.

Technician arrived on time. Was very professional and courteous. Did an excellent job cleaning carpet and rug. Would recommend. Their technique leaves carpet much drier when they are done so you don't have to wait as long to use the room again.

Was great except did not have time to do my stairs so that is rescheduled.

We chose this company because of it's eco-friendly, non-toxic method of cleaning. This is the third time we have used this service because in forty years we have never had a better carpet cleaning service. . Brian ( owner) and his assistant spent four straight hours working on tough tough stains.. the carpets look wonderful and my floors brand new.! This company is professional, personable and do a great job! Five stars!

They did an excellent job; my carpet looks fresh, clean and the products they used smelled wonderful. I have already booked them to clean my marble floor, counter top and wood floors. I have recommended them to my daughter-in-law.

Misread ad. Thought it was 4 areas of 400 sq ft (1600 sq ft.) Vendor was very nice and explained it. My area would have been in excess of 300$+ to clean (850 sq ft)

My overall experience with them was excellent. They show up on time when they are supposed to. They keep you informed when they are coming. They use safe chemicals for humans and pets. They make sure they get all the stains out the best they can. They come back the next day, as they use a lot of chemicals and they let that dry, and put back the furniture they had moved. I found them online. They are a little high on price.

They are wonderful! For one, the carpet dried in just 2 hours. The way they rake it afterwards makes it look so beautiful and clean. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s worth it.

They are fantastic! They do phenomenal work. They completed the work over a 2 day period. Two people came out to do the work. They will be the only ones I call in the future.

They are fabulous and their prices are very fair and reasonable. They do an unbelievable job using non-toxic chemicals. I have been using them for about 2 years now. I would highly recommend them and they are real professionals.
