Initial call was returned promptly, proposal process went well, technician arrived on time. He did a great job of explaining the process and provided a final written quote for me to sign. The technician did a thorough job of protecting our furniture, walls, flooring and other surfaces that may be impacted by his task. He utilized protective " botties" over his footwear each time he traveled into our home from the outside. He made sure we were satisfied with his work before he left. Great job overall we are more than satisfied with the work that was completed.

They did a wonderful job. We just bought the house and the carpets had not been cleaned, the prior owners had dogs. Brian did a great job and was able to get most of the stains out. I will definitely use them again.

We had 3 bedrooms cleaned. There was a puppy urine smell in all 3 rooms. One area was really bad. I called and was able to make an appointment within 2 days. They gave me a quote over the phone which was correct. They worked for a long period of time (almost 3 hours) and put dryers out to help quickly dry the areas. They were able to get the smell out of all areas of the house. I was extremely happy with GreenDry and I would highly recommend.

These guys are amazing! We have been in our house for 14 years now and our tile floors now look like they did when we moved in. I cannot believe how well he was able to clean the grout. They use some citrus based cleaning solution that smells very lemony and nice. We will definitely use GreenDry in the future.

Wow! I am so impressed! I called this morning and they had a cancellation and were able to come right out. They were here a long time working very **** ** all my carpets and the spots and my 2 couches. I will def use them again. They got out all the spots I was concerned about. I have cats so it's not an easy job. It dried super fast too.

Loy of scammers and coupon magazine services came to evaluate they didn’t match up close to the care of how nicely to this company did. Good people doing good work.

Everything went very well, only issue was that coupon said 15% off upholstery and customers need to know that instead of taking reduction off entire cleaning cost, reduction was only taken off for smaller item. This was not specified in coupon and should be made clear to customers, since this was deciding factor in using this particular cleaning service.

Starting with the first phone to Melissa, my satisfaction of Green Dry Jax kept exceeding my high expectations. The owner, Bryan, is a work horse. He cleaned a microfiber couch, 2 cream chairs and a cream leather couch until he/I was satisfied with the final product. His work ethic and pride in his work is unsurpassed. I plan to hire this company again to clean my oriental rug.

This is a small company. Sometimes I use it twice a year if I am having guests and I use them once if nobody is coming. It is $195.00 for the whole house except for the living room which is tile. The products are awesome. They are nothing that are harsh or will hurt the pets or anything like that. Very professional.

Other than a last minute reschedule it was a great experience.

I had a phenomenal experience with GreenDry Carpet. My company contact, Melissa, was very helpful and accommodating. She readily gave me adjusted estimates as my information changed and quickly setup the date I'd selected for the job. Bryan arrived on schedule with his assistant and very quickly got to work measuring the space and providing a final estimate (which only changed from the original because I added in the lanai). In less than four hours they cleaned and dried all the carpet and tiles in the entire 2000 sqft apartment and lanai plus added carpet protector and sealed the tile grout. This is a move in, so I'd just had the walls and baseboards painted - yet the men left not one mark on them. The entire time they were professional and unobtrusive (4th floor apartment required hoses draped outside to attach to their truck for tile cleaning) so no neighbors had reason to nor did complain. In fact, three neighbors came and saw the finished product and now want their carpet and tiles done! I would and am recommending GreenDry Carpet and will use them again to maintain the beautiful appearance they restored to my carpets and tiles.

Everything was done superbly and Mark who came out was extra helpful and friendly.

They were prompt, reasonable price, they do what they say, and it drys quickly. You can walk on the carpet in less than 2 hours. It smells nice, Eco friendly. Overall very good.
