Good job. Very careful. Carpet took longer to dry than they estimated, but I think that is due to the type of carpet.

Superb. The carpets were both steam cleaned AND dry cleaned. The carpets were then "raked" to improve dry time.

Ben showed up exactly on time and measured the walkways in our house (approximately 721 square feet). He calculated the cost and gave us the price. He moved furniture as necessary, vaccumed the entire area, cleaned and spot-cleaned all the walkways and vaccumed again. It took about three hours, but Ben never stopped working, slowed down or even took a break. He did a great job and we will definitely use Green Dry again.

Arrived on time, actually a few minutes early. He put covers over his shoes before entering. He did a fine job on the carpets and they look really good. Then sprayed on something similar to ScotchGuard and worked it into the carpets with a rake-like appliance. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. He cleaned up wherever anything was damp or wet. The system was new to me, and I initially wondered about the large whirling mop attachment to his machine, but the proof is in the outcome, which was very good. Would use them again.

Prior to setting a date for services I had several questions about the company's cleaning process. Melissa promptly answered my emails with complete explanations. Ben arrived at the appointed time and was courteous and professional. He measured my carpet to let me know what areas could be cleaned

Great! On time and did more than i expected

We were told it would dry very quickly and it didn't. In one room little black specks started to appears on the carpet and they had to come back and redo that area, which they did. Overall just not as clean as I had hoped.

The carpet is an older carpet with heavy traffic leading to the kitchen. There was a marked difference in appearance after the drying time . Overall I was very pleased with Green Dry.

The service was excellent and I would hire them again. They showed up on time and informed me of what they needed to do and how long it would take to complete. They completed the service on time and the carpet was taken care of. I am very satisfied and they really worked with me on ensuring the service was scheduled on time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Ben was the technician and he was so thorough and professional. I have never had such a thorough cleaning in all the decades I have had my carpets cleaned. I will use their services again in the future. When I had them come back to do the rest of the place, they charged me another $500. They told me they applied a stain protector, but there was no protector applied. They also charged me to clean the tile because they hadn't included it in the original estimate. I paid them extra and they did not do a good job. I am very unhappy with the whole situation. After further inspection of the first job, I noticed that there were areas missed.

It was excellent. They showed up on time and took the length of time they said they would. I have huge allergies and I had no reaction to anything. The carpet dried in 2 hours. The scotch guard really worked because I dropped something on it and it just beaded up. It was great. And they came on a Saturday which most places around here won't do.

The scheduler was right on with the estimate, and was able to send out the crew the very next day as I needed this done as soon as possible. The crew of two were very polite, carpet looks like new and I couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Great job!

Great service, no complaints! Getting a quote and scheduling a pick-up was easy and the people I spoke to were very friendly. Bryan picked up and delivered the rugs. He was very professional. He asked me about stains and wear/tear prior to taking the rugs (they were still rolled up from our move). I received a call about a week and a half later asking when I'd like them delivered and I was able to schedule for the next day. Bryan brought them over and rolled them out where I asked them to be placed. He described in detail and even had photos of the larger rug's deterioration issues, which I appreciated so that I could keep an eye on it. Without asking, Green Dry also glued the backing back onto the rug since parts of it were falling off. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other services and have been making a list in my mind about what I want cleaned next!

Ben arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He vacuumed, cleaned, and brushed the carpets after cleaning to get rid of the last loose fibers and dog hair. He spot treated several stained areas (especially a red wine spill) and the treatment worked wonders. The carpets were dry in a couple of hours. He also cleaned a rug that was on the lanai and was very grimy. The rug is several shades lighter. There are cheaper carpet cleaners, but if you want a thorough, professional job don't hesitate to call them.
