After many years in the cleaning industry we have found our methods to be the cleanest, healthiest and the quickest drying way to clean. We also guarantee our work! We use Green Seal Certified and biodegradable, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, pets and the environment. We do both low-moisture steam cleaning as well as dry cleaning method, so that your carpet, leather, tile, upholstery and wood is dry in 1-2 hours. We do not use any soaps or surfactants, so there is no residue left behind. We clean your carpet 3 times at every service. * First, we do a dry soil removal process. * Secondly, we use a low moisture steam cleaning method. * Thirdly, we use an absorption cleaning method, which not only cleans the carpet again, but it also helps it to dry in 1-2 hours. We are a Family Owned and Operated Company and we do not use sub-contractors. We offer Free in-home estimates. We charge only for the area that we clean, there are no gas or trip charges, nor do we charge extra for heavily soiled carpet or spots. Description of Work: they came to clean the carpets for the home we were moving out of. We had to have repairs done to carpet that needed to be stained (a bleach spot) The company that came to repair the stain could not believe the amount we were charged for this. At the time I was quite shocked myself, however we were moving out in 2 days and I did not have time to schedule someone else. We were told by them this was way over rated and costly; in fact they asked for a copy of our receipt to show their boss how we had been taken by this company.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review our services provided April 30th 2015. We are so so sorry that you felt that you where over charged but we strive to be the best company in Jacksonville and surrounding areas and remain a A rated company on Angies list and have the same charges for everyone. The service performed was for 2230sf. for carpet cleaning and enzyme treating pet spots throughout. The technician spend almost a full day cleaning your carpet and getting it back to the original condition so that you could get your deposit back. A phone quote was provided almost equivalent to the actual cost prior to the appointment. The cost was 645.35 after a $101.65 discount that we provided. We also power scrubed, Disinfected, Deodorized at no charge. We could have done less area of cleaning or not have did additional treatment on the pet urine throughout but you wanted all services completed to insure your renters deposit back. We never received a call to the office or management with a complaint of cost or services. We would have been happy to work with you and your budget and wished you would have contacted us before posting a review of dissatisfaction based solely on the price you agreed with prior to services provided. We strive in every way to provide the best services and in our reviews you can see that Ben, the technician that provided your service has very great reviews on his work and services. Please let us know if we can help you in any other way possible.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in 4 bedrooms plus an area carpet. The initial arrangements handled online went smoothly; options for date and time were offered, communications were prompt and customer friendly, confirmation was clear and timely, etc. We were told that Ben would be our technician, that he was scheduled between 8:30 and 10:00am, and that he would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. That is exactly how it went. Ben seemed knowledgeable and acted very professionally while in our home. He was diligent in his work but was friendly and easy to talk to. He offered a couple of options for us but there was absolutely no pressure to purchase additional services and no problems related to square footage or price. Also, he was careful about protecting the non-carpeted floors and furniture as he moved the array of hoses, etc. through the house. |In summary, we were extremely pleased and would use this service again. |
