I have a contract with them. They come when you call them and they do not fool around. They also do a very good job.

This guy shows up and he is in a button down shirt, slacks and just always very immaculate. I have referred them to several people. The price is reasonable.

They have treated for dry wood termites and ants. They give a guarantee for no termites. This is combined with several services. The are a full spectrum pest control service. They are very good. They solve problems. The ants are very hard to get control of and they took care of it. I will continue to use him.

I don’t remember the price but must be reasonable. With quality I don’t have problems. They are proactive; I don’t have to call them up, in fact they call me.

The employee sent here, Gus, was surly and sullen from the beginning. I complained about his unwillingness to do what I asked from the first appointment and he was temporarily pulled off the account. The manager of my home, unknowingly allowed him to come back (my fault for not telling him that Gus wasn't allowed back). Since then, we have had nothing but problems with ants of all kinds, palmetto bugs, roaches, spiders, etc. We have fire ants now by the pool. I made an appointment for an exterior yard person with Truly Nolan to discuss additional service after I was bitten six times in one episode. No one ever came to the appointment. I called to find out why. They had no reason. No manager ever called me even though I requested it. When I call them, they don't have time to talk to me and constantly put me on hold. Once I was on hold for 22 minutes! I have pulled my account from Truly Nolan.

They were prompt in their service and also very professional. If we're not home then they'll just spray outside. It's $100 per visit. We will continue to use them for future service.

As important as good service is when things go right the first time, great follow-up service means as much if not more. They provided guaranteed service and willingly followed-up with phone calls and two additional visits. They were always responsive and worked around my schedule to get the job done.

I have used this company for the past five years. They always call the day before so I can keep the pets out of the yard. If I call them, they respond very quickly. They work very neatly and never leave a mess.

Truly Nolen Pest Control does a fine job of preventing insects from getting on my property. I have them come quarterly. They let me know when it is time for a new treatment, and I really appreciate that. The people who have come have always been courteous and professional.

I quit using Truly Nolen Pest Control when they wanted me to sign a new contract with them and the price was ridiculous. The man's attitude changed in a flash when I turned the offer down and he became rather arrogant. I felt that they were really in it for the money. He did a 5 minute inspection and charged an excessive price.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY WAS VERY BAD. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS NOT VERY GOOD. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PEST CONTROL COMPANY TO ANYONE.

THEIR RATES ARE COMPETITIVE. THEY DIDN'T INTERACT MUCH WITH ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. THEY DID IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I AM VERY PLEASED.
