They are good and I use them for years.

It went very well. They were very knowledgeable, goes around and check the spots, took care everything of the inside and outside of the house.

The salesman did a terrific job. Then the bugs came back again (termites and roaches). A very heavy black girl came. She did a poor job as I showed her the (poop marks) on the floor. She didn't even spray said she couldn't go up into the attic. I never called them back. Her personalty was scary too.I would never use them again if my life depended on it.

We found out we had dry wood termites when we were getting ready to remodel. Luckily, we were able to get treatment before the Reno started and Truly Nolan worked with us as the Reno progressed, spraying any new wood entering the home. Will definitely hire and refer this company to friends and family. Very professional.

Had a one year contract. At year I asked to cancel contract. They continue billing me after and still get Statements showing a balance even after several calls and emails. They are a good company but you have to constantly call when pests are still existing. No option for month automatic service. They come only when you call. Preferred when I had a small company take pride in there work. Will go back to small company. I would like a zero balance owed confirmation.

Very well. I had a repeated termite problem this year. I'm glad I chose the renewal option for this, they came back 3 times until the pests were gone!

They hired contractors that broke my wood fence door and refused to pay for it. I spoke with a rude manager that did not care after giving them business. I will never use them again. Sales man Marvin called me so much to make the sale. When I called him for the broken door, he never answered not the manager as well.

Omg they was very understating they made my experience very remarkable. They literally stand on they word, when you need them you just have to call and they make an appointment right away and come fix the problem. They work with you and your schedule.

Recurring problem; they come when called!

They promptly came out and assessed the situation. Intially we were charged $800 for sealing all points of entry, mitigation and clean up. It was a long process because they thought they sealed up all entry points but it took multiple times ( each time thinking it was last opening) and many months of trap checking. Finally ( after months) no rats- one gentleman came and suited up to vacuum, spray and clean the attic. It only took him 45 mins from arrival to departure which seemed far to quick (3,000 sq ft one level home). We called and asked someone to come out and inspect to make sure all was done properly which they happily did. Here is the problem - when the gentleman in charge came out he said there was a bigger issue. Apparently the rat activity had been going on for a sometime before we purchased the home and there were old tunnels, nests and of course rat excrement. We would need all new insulation and a thorough cleaning at the cost of $6,000. If we had been told this months before when we first contacted them and hired them for their services we might have been able to go after our home inspector who gave us the all clear. Also who wants to spend $800 to find out months later it was not the complete picture upfront. In the end the job was done right but it doesn't change our disappointment in the initial failure. One positive -the majority of the technicians were prompt,friendly and responsive when called.

Worked fine, would do it again

I have contracted with them for both termite treatment for my home and lawn treatment. They have always been punctual and always come when I call them to retreat an area. They have always treated me fairly and I am very happy with their service.

I Pay 30 dollars a month. I don't have any complaints. They are fine.

After my initial consultation I had agreed upon a years service. The Rep that came out was informative and went over all details concerning the service and explained in details the differences in service. My case involved a more visits so after hearing the price ranges I went for the year to ensure my issue with fleas in ticks due to a pet are taken care of. They acknowledged my membership with Angie's list but since it was not done directly through the Angie's List web site I am not sure I was given the appropriate discount. They did my first visit already and the follow up is tomorrow. The first Service was well done. However the follow up is still needed due to some minor presence of ticks. The service man who came out is not a personable as the gentleman who initiated the contract but he gets the job done. I will see how follow up and continued service throughout the year goes.

He said we had a termite problem that needed a big procedure, tenting our house,$3,000 or more. we hired another company who showed us that our small infestation was surface only, restricted to only one small area and responded excellently to spot treatment. We have been pest free since.

Employee theft while working in my home, Truly Nolen does not cover theft with their bonded and insured policy only damage done to the house or personal injury. i filed police report and employee was arrested but I will not be reimbursed for the rings that were stolen. I called many offices finally called their corporate in Arizona. They were the rudest of them all, no apology just could not care less. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY and beware of bonded and insured . Hoping this review helps others from having the grief I had.

I was disappointed in this service. I hired them b/c after living in the home for 12 years, we started having an issue with palmetto bugs. We'd never had this issue in the past & found it unacceptable. They assured me that these bugs were primarily outdoor bugs and that they were easy to get rid of. However, after servicing the home multiple times for an entire year, they were unable to solve the problem. After spending over $400 and one year of time, we STILL had these bugs in the home. We still have no idea where they are coming from, how they're getting in or how to stop them from doing so. What little they accomplished, I could've gotten from a $5 can of Raid.

The problem wasn’t resolved and they created a new problem. We are still working on the issue.
