Description of Work: They performed a no tent treatment for subterranean dry-wood termites. It went very well; however, it will take time for me to know if the treatment was effective as promised by Truly Nolen. It has been five only months and so far so good--will give a different review if anything changes.

Description of Work: They said they would get rid of our rats but just trapped rats for over a year but did not find source. I fired them contacted critter control and in an hour they found where rats were coming in and told me how to cure it.

Description of Work: I had a serious ant infestation after we moved into our house in November of 2013. Truly Nolen came and took care of the problem. They come every 3 months unless I have an issue and there is no contract. I pay month to month. Technicians are knowledgeable and polite. in addition, there is a printout that lists all the products they used on my property.

Description of Work: We had them come out to do an estimate for our home. They gave us a price and 2 different ways to pay. 1/2 up front and then make quarterly payments, which is what we agreed to do. After they left the gentleman called and said the only way we could pay was all up front or let them take the money out of our checking account monthly. That was the only way they would do the job.

Description of Work: We had a German Cockroach infestation in one of my units that the associations pest control was unable to terminate. We had them perform an inspection and then treat my three condos in Pompano Beach. .They were very professional and courteous. They have now been back a number of times, whenever we needed them, at no charge. As of now NO INFESTATION!!!! we are extreemly pleased and would reccommend them to anyone.
