Description of Work: I'm an existing customer. Had used them many times prior. They decided they don't come to Hollywood anymore (within same county). It didn't seem to matter that I was a prior customer in good standing. Pretty poor customer service. Buyer beware.

Description of Work: The drier half of our washer-drier suddenly quit working. The clothes would tumble but the heating element was not working at all. The repairman, true to his word, called ahead to let us know when he would arrive and he showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and took his time to explain to use exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He then went the extra mile to check the ventilation system for the drier and found it clogged, which only added to the drier's problems. After fixing the drier he cleaned out the vent system as well. The whole process took a little over an hour, He also cleaned up the whole area after he was done. Overall he was very pleasant, very professional and very efficient. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Description of Work: Dishwasher was not turning on. Electrical connection required replacement. Service was performed same day. The punctuality issue was due to moving the appt later in the day (from 1-3 to 4:30) due to the repair person requiring dental attention.

Description of Work: Our dryer was not working properly. It would turn on but not spin. I thought it might be a belt. Robert arrived quickly and found the problem. There was a belt wheel inside the dryer which had lost its shape and was no longer round! He replaced it and tightened the belt. He also removed all the lint and gave me some tips on what to do to clean out the exhaust duct.
