I'd like to say that Telson was absolutely amazing! He was very patient in explaining the process and how we can remedy our German roach problem. He was upfront and transparent. I wish every experience we had with a contractor was half as good as the experience Telson gave. There are not many like him out there.

As one of the reviews mentioned, office communication is a real problem with this company. No returned calls and a very frustrating interaction (not just one but several). Again, if you can get by the lack of communication at the office level, they do provide very good service.

Petrie is reliable and responsive. If we ever saw a bug in between treatments (rarely!!) they addressed the issue. We moved out of their service area, unfortunately.

The guys in the field have been great with few exceptions over the year. Who I have now has been tremendous. When I first started there, the office people were equally as good with the same woman making it all go. But like almost everywhere, communication is the office has slipped. They promise to call, seldom do, blame you, similar stuff you find in many businesses, but if you can get past the office staff being less than good, the guys in the field are great.

Great! All work was done professionally and on time.

They are wonderful. I was having a major problem with ants. No matter what I tried. couldnt get rid of them. They came and treated the area. Came back a week later, everything was looking wonderful.I called them two weeks later because I thought I was seeing new activity. They were here the next day. They were great. I dont think I could say enough good things about them. They were thorough and wonderful. They came for the ants and now they are coming monthly and in the household budget. They treat the outside of the house-the foundation and they treat the inside too.

I love them, I use them, they come every other month. They do my grass and my inside. They charge every other month $67.00, that's for the inside. For the outside, I believe it's $65.00 every other month. They fertilize, they treat for whatever the grass needs. If there is a problem, they come out, no charge. They are very, very professional; very, very good.

Excellent!! Very modern equipment Very knowledgable termite eradicators . I needed a follow up vist a month later. Petri responded quickly and performed additional work at no charge. I also recommend the annual Petri termite care policy. Office staff pleasant as well

They come monthly for lawn treatment for pests and fertilization, and then twice a year for ficuses. I do a yearly contract for all three, they are separate services, and I don't remember how much for each service, but for the yearly contract for monthly pest control and monthly fertilization, and the ficuses, and whatever call backs I need, they also do the inside of the house, it's about $800 a year. If I need them to come into the house, like if I have ants or something, they will be here the next day. They've been great. Two different people every month, one for fertilization and one for pest control. They are extremely responsible and dependable.

It went well, I haven't seen any more termite droppings.

Bugs disappeared until 3 days before the next regularly scheduled treatment. When we called, they came the next day rather than waiting.

Their monthly spraying has kept bugs out of my home. On the rare occasion we have seen ants or other bugs inside they have promptly made an appointment and arrived on time to spray the inside of my home. My son has asthma and they have been sensitive to not spraying when he is home, and using products that will not aggravate his asthma.

They followed up constantly and they are very efficient.

We've had business with them for the last 2 years. I really recommend them.

Once they did confirm that I did have termites, I kept the contract going. Anytime you have a problem you can give them a call.

The scheduling was fine. Once they determined that we did have termites. It worked out great, because it was on a holiday weekend, I believe it was King?s birthday. The people who were at that location had the day off, had the weekend off. So, that made it easier for the company to come in and put the tent over the property. They put it on, on a Friday, the tent came down Saturday. Sunday, they had to come out and test to make certain that the air quality is acceptable for human entrance. We were back in there on Monday. Because, I did not do a comparison, I am going to assume that they were comparable with other companies. I know their service was. They were on top of their employees. They gave me a great time frame and at the time frame in which they showed up. I have a place where I am now that I do plan on calling them for a quote.

They're very responsible and dependable.I would recommend them.
