I have a yearly contract and so far I have had only a few issues with the shrubs and a few plants getting diseased. However, this is Florida and that is to be expected. Problem isn't gone yet but they have been out twice since I called about it and the shrubs and plants do seem to be getting better.

Total thumbs up. Never had a problem with them in almost 20 years

I've been using them for years and years and years. I have an ongoing service with them, contract for many, many years, every two to three months. I have nothing to add to that. Interaction and work is fine. I would recommend them. The price is fair.

The price was over double what others were charging, but I'd already called and set up the spray so I went ahead and let them do it. One month later, I contracted another company to come out and spray and they did a great job at 1/3 the price so I kept the new company.

I have had pest control services done by Petri for 5 years. Their techs are professional and have always done a great job. This review however, is more about how they handled a problem which is , in my opinion, what separates the good from the exceptional. The technician accidentally hit my mailbox and immediately came to the front door to tell me. He apologized and told me he would report it and have it fixed. Very nice man. Unfortunately, hurricane Irma was headed our way the next week. A week after the storm passed, I called for an update and they put a new mailbox in for me several days later. Admittedly, I had to make several calls to them but under the circumstances of the storm, we all had our hands full. I really appreciate that they stood by their commitment... other companies I have dealt with have not. And it all begins with the honesty of my technician Rafael. It's employees like him that make companies exceptional.

They knew their stuff and they were creative when needed. Nice, knowledgable people.

They are out every other month. They are a great service. They are very professional. I actually asked them to perform a service, and they told me I didn't need it, and didn't charge me for the evaluation. I was quite surprised by that. Usually with pest control, you don't get the most ethical folks, but Petri I would them in high regard and recommend them to anybody in the general area that would need pest control. I pay them monthly. Just one person comes out. During the initial time they came out, they explained everything. At the very beginning of the consultation, they explained everything to me, after that, they haven't.

They are punctual and professional. They seem to know their business. They are friendly.

Excellent service. They are a very good company. They come every other week or so. They do lawn care and pest control. I pay bimonthly. They'll come if I need them more.

It went super well! I've been with Petrie pest control services for years. Family owned and ran with friendly super down to earth staff. The guys are great,they do a thorough job. I love them for all they do to protect my home and lawn year round! Thank you Petri!!

I was very pleased when they came out. If I see anything, they will come out whenever. I went ahead and paid it for the year, so there was a little bit of a discount. They usually come out every 2 months unless they are needed. I really didn't compare the price. I was okay with it. It seemed fair to me. It's been effective so far. I am sort of new, but I do know they will come out when I need them and that makes me feel good.

Contacted Petri for total lawn care service. Salesman, Goody, came out the next day. He was so kind and informative. He did a walk around of the property and discussed everything he saw. I signed the contract for total lawn care and additional services for shrubs. I was told I would have service in the next day or two. Received a call from Henry the second day stating he would be out. When he arrived, he walked around the property and explained everything he would do. Such a nice guy. I am really impressed by the professionalism of Petri. Look forward to seeing the results soon.

Not well unfortunately - my grass was dead after the first treatment but I received lots of follow-up and price adjustment as they tried to improve the service. Still not what I want but would like to give them the chance to correct the problems.

They are good. They were prompt and professional.

Great. Did the job and come back whenever called

Absolutely superb. Javier came out and --- poof, like magic --- the ants disappeared. The effect was immediate in all of my house, except the kitchen sink, Then, shortly thereafter, they disappeared from the kitchen sink as well. I now have my house back. In doing his job, Javier was both professional and personable. And as far as price goes, the $65 fee ( he will be coming out on an every-the-month basis ) is exceptionally fair and more-than-reasonable. Straight A's on Javier's report card.

They come as schedule every 2 months. Can necessarily verify if treatment was really done.
