Description of Work: I originally had Petri Pest Control treat my entire home for termites, which service I was extremely pleased with. They were caring, thorough and portrayed extreme knowledge about termite removal. Several months later I discovered a small area on the other side of my home which termites were observed. Petri Pest sent Randy, a 34 year pest control veteran who came and treated this particular area and in a display of thoroughness, Randi drilled adjoining areas and applied plenty of termite chemical to these areas. After 1 year past my origonal termite service I acquired a yearly maintenance contract for my home with Petri. Several months later in September 2017, I removed of some tiles in a small bathroom and discovered termite activity where they were munching on a couple 2x4 pine studs. I called Petri and Randy appeared the next day. He stated to me that is area of termite activity was not noticeable unless a wall/tile was removed. Randi proceeded to drill the necessary holes in the concrete and pumped a generous amount of termite chemicals. he also urged me to call him back if I noticed similar termite activity in my other two bathrooms or even if no termite activity was observed, he was still willing to stop by to add chemical to these areas as a preventative measure, which offer displayed to me as being very caring about my termite issues. I would also like to add that I did have a extensive conversation with Petri's Operations Manager, DEAN, who I would designate as a tenured Professor in termite eradication. He explained some termite related issues to me and appeared eager to solve this termite problem. Thank you for your great follow up

 + -1 moreI thought they were great. They were responsible, punctual, and very professional. Their quality of work is great, but the price was a little high. It wasn't that bad though. I would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I hired them because we had ant problems on the outside and inside of our 900 square foot home. They did a fogging in the attic. We are under annual agreement but they also come when we need them.

 + -1 moreThey generally come and do the house inside and out on the first visit, then treat only outside, unless there is a problem. They come six times a year, more if they are needed for a problem. I would recommend these folks for their thoroughness and dependability.

 + -1 moreI am not very happy with them because their service doesn't seem to be working on the yard, and I'm thinking of changing them. For example, I had a big ant problem, they supposedly took care of it, and soon after they appeared again. They are nice people and come right away when I call them, but I don't think they do very good work. I think I make three payments a year.
Description of Work: They come every other month to spray my lawn for pest control and they also fertilize it. They spray for any possible pests, but not a long time ago they had to take care of a black ant problem.

 + -1 moreI am so happy I found this company as they were great at correcting the ant problem. In less than a month, I seen a big difference in the amount of ants we had. They are always on time and when they can't be on time they call and let you know that they are going to be late. They spent a lot of time finding where the ants where coming from and made sure to get those areas. They gave me the quality of work I like and the results I wanted.
Description of Work: After another company failed to rid my home of ants, I called Petris Positive Pest Solutions to do the job.

 + -1 moreExcellent. They responded promptly to each need for additional service. The applicator was polite and thorough, even checking the surrounding yards to locate all possible contributing infestations. We have retained them on a yearly contract subsequent to the initial treatment.
Description of Work: Treated for a carpenter ant infestation inside and outside the house. The infestation was severe and they returned 3 additional times before it was brought under control.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. I only wanted to have one service because we were selling the house, and they were very accommodating - no pressure to sign a year contract or anything. Now that it is done, we have absolutely no more ant problems. I was really surprised how many dead ants we say once they were done...I'm very glad we hired them.
Description of Work: They performed pest extermination by spraying the trees and lawn outside, and putting down insecticide and bait inside.

 + -1 moreAfter seeing flying termites in my home, I scheduled a termite inspection. The representative returned my call within 24 hours to schedule an appointment later the same week. The representative showed up on time and inspected my home (interior and exterior) and attic. No termite damage was found and no termite infestation was found. The inspector confirmed the flying things that I had seen, killed and saved specimens, they were drywood termites. The representative suggested a preventative treatment that included a 10 year warranty against infestation with termite damage repair up to $5000. The treatment was scheduled for the following week. The person showed up on time and spent 2+ hours in my attic treating the wood. He was very nice and professional. He also treated the wood frame around my door since that was the location where the flying termites were seen. Overall, a very good experience.
Description of Work: Attic treated for drywood termites.

 + -1 moreFirst we called then I sent an email. No response! The Manager called and apoligized that no one got back to us. He would send someone out to talk to us. Thursday 8/17/06 at 4:00 PM. That was yesterday no one came or called. They had a good report and that's why we thought we would try them. They suck! A company that got a so so rating calls us every other day. Go figure! I do not recommend Petris! I can't even get them to talk to me or get an estimate!
