Excellent. They called before they came every month so that we could open the patio in the back for them to spray. We developed an ant problem at one time and they came back anytime the ants returned until the problem was solved. They were always professional, polite and prompt. Highly recommend!!

The initial response from the company was prompt and courteous. On the second visit a more thorough inspection revealed some infestations in the roof in addition to two other areas in the bathroom and shed These were treated by the termite specialist who seemed knowlegeable and efficient. I can't comment on how well he did since not enough time has elapsed. The price seemed a little high for the time involved but I did not compare prices and friends tell me that's what it costs.There is a year guarantee on the areas they treated but NOT on other areas they did not find. Overall I was quite satisfied with their service

Very good overall. Julio was punctual and explained things well / tried to teach. He even encouraged my efforts at do-it-yourself pest control / prevention (although not for this termite problem). He cautioned me against just a spot treatment as this would cost a couple $100's and no guarantee, and the tenting didn't seem wise for us as we would need tenants out for a few days to do it. I'll definitely use them in the future.

I have different varieties of ants that appear. They go around and spray the perimeter. They do not spray inside since I have asthma. They have given me trap for inside the house that will kill all the ants in the house. It is safe for my critters.

Petri's service techs are excellent and courteous. Always punctual and ready to come back a second time if the problem wasn't resolved to our satisfaction. Highly recommended for both lawn and house pest control.

Julio, the sales rep, was very punctual. He was courteous and a fast talker. He is a typical sales rep. The day of treatment, Randy, the termite technician and Sean, the rodent expert showed up as promised. They went to work right away. They were very professional and patient with my questions. Randy went into the attic and treated the problems we showed him. He was confident that the problems will be solved and I felt assured.

I called based on their high AL rating but personally I have to say I found their salesman to be a bit abrasive/pushy (they have different reps for different areas so this experience would differ depending where one lives)....Maybe just a personality thing. I got a prompt call back and they seemed knowledgeable but felt their rep to be a bit curt and was pushed immediately into discussion of long term contracts without them even coming to my home to evaluate our problem. (I was interested in one time service) I have decided to go with a different company whose tone of doing business meshes better with my own.

The insecticide used the 2nd time was so odorous I had to leave my home for the entire day. The carpenter ants outside are still running wild. I had an additional problem with rats in my attic that Petris would not address. I had to hire another exterminator to handle that issue. The new exterminator is considerably less expensive than Petris and much more thorough. I feel that I have been taken advantage of by Petris, since I had no previous experience with extermination. It takes weeks to get the termite service out, so my family room where they are swarming is unusable while I wait for the technician.

Nice man, came out on a Saturday and went over everything with me and left brochures so I can educate myself on the termite product. Very helpful, I am still deciding just what to do.

They make you sign a year contract which basically says they come out 4 times a year for $100 each time and spend less than 30 minutes in your house. It is also one of those contracts that automatically renews if you are not careful and cancel it within a very small window of time. They had to come out to my house twice to spray for ticks in the yard and still never got rid of them. Other than that I have seen them once in 5 months for 30 minutes to spray inside my house. This cost $700!

Just moved into a new home that had. Contacted Petri to give me a quote on a comprehensive pest control program. Julio promptly called me after i made the request on their website to confirm the appointment on the following day. He was very knowledgeable and point out several problem areas. Their prices are in line with other pest control companies in the area. Once I signed the contracts with them, they came out two days later. Three technician arrived at my house in the morning. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. All the work was completed to my satisfaction. Overall I was very happy with the service I received.

It went very well. They were exactly on time and the first time did not bring a fogger, but came back the next morning to complete the job. They were punctual and professional and it seems customer service is very important to them. We will be using this company going forward and hope to continue to have positive results.

Petri comes to spray and fog the attic. They spray indoors and out. They dealt with the problem successfully, it did take a while to get rid of them. The fogging really took care of the major infestation. They are willing to come out as much as they need to. They are always polite and their customer service is excellent. At one point the salesman came out to work on the property, he was excellent and had some tricks to assist with the issue. I am happy with them.

I obtained multiple estimates from many companies prior to deciding to use Petri's. Their prices were by far the most reasonable. Their salespeople and technicians are friendly and competent. I had just purchased a home that had been in foreclosure. The house was terribly infested with ants and rats. In fact, the technician informed me that the ant infestation was the worst he had ever seen. They have done a marvelous job. I have not seen an ant or a rodent since they have been providing services. The technician always leaves me a detailed monthly report. They also allowed me to divide the payments into multiple installments and accommodated my schedule by performing the work on a weekend.

We had sugar ants in the kitchen and the big black ants coming in through woodwork joints, etc. After using another pest control company for two years, I finally canceled their service. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and their service was prompt and very thorough - spraying the inside and outside but taking extra steps of putting powders in switch plates, bug bombs in attic, etc. Thousands of ants died within a week (requiring cleanup along the baseboards) and about two weeks later there were only a few left. I had them come back out for a follow-up treatment and I have been living 100% ant free for over a month! It's fantastic. They are professional, prompt, helpful and effective. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Everything was fine. They came when they were scheduled and showed up on time. They were very polite and courteous. They were very careful, they took their shoes off when they came in, and were in and out fairly quickly.

Let me say the house had lots of ants and there is no quick solution. The salesperson was reasonable and well informed. The technician did his job professionally and prepared me for the reality of the situation. They have been responsive, punctual, and a pleasure to deal with in all respects.

Everything has been excellent. I noticed that the fire ants moved to the trunk of a tree, and he came immediately and treated the tree. I cant say enough good about them; they have done a great job. I will continue using them in the future and recommend them to others.

At our new house I was appalled that the inspector from another pest control company missed the termites in the inspection of our house when we were going to buy the house - so needless to say they never made my short list of companies to call for the termite work. But of all the companies I did call and get an estimate I was most impressed with Petri. I liked that they didn't tent, though I was a little nervous at first. I researched the Bayer product they used to treat for termites and was comfortable with it and was thankful that we would not have to endure the fumigation and tenting of our house. Their guarantees on the product also make you quite comfortable with the process. As for the actual treatment, their technician took the greatest care in treating our house. He took his time and searched out where the main termite problem was and then treated the rest of the house. Because of this experience I used Petri for the house we were selling. I wanted the house done right. Again, the no-tenting does make people nervous, but I assured the buyers that I believed in the product and Petri does as well with their guarantee to retreat and repair any further damage to the house as a result of termite damage after the treatment. We saved the foliage around the house and I feel confident that the termites are gone from the property.

Donnie described the process and the various options I had for service. I opted for the one time, $150 full house indoor/outdoor treatment. Daryl, the technician, showed up on time and was very courteous and thorough. There was absolutely no odor from the indoor treatment and I was advised to keep the dogs in for at least an hour (I think that was the time frame) after he was done treating around the house. I am very pleased with my experience.

I had called 3 companies for free estimates; Petri was the 2nd one to come over and after meeting with Joe Andreassi, I signed a contract and canceled the 3rd company's appt for next day; Joe was extremely nice and explained everything; he walked me around the house to point things out; he offered immediate help for my rodent problem and showed me how to set the traps and even gave me bait to use; the 1st company had wanted to charge me $250 but Joe's free advice solved that problem; Joe told me how much he liked his job and how great the company is and I felt so comfortable that I signed up without hesitation; Jerry the technician came out as scheduled and was on time and professional and also spoke well of the company and the owners; he did a thorough job and advised what would likely happen next as far as the ants/roaches; it happened exactly as he predicted and he came back out at no additional charge and treated areas again; great people; great company; they're amazing!

Their quote of linear feet was accurate; some of the other quotes had wildly exaggerated linear feet estimates and your quote is based on the linear feet that need to be treated. They showed up on time. Repaired all holes drilled in wood and pavers.

They come over on a regular basis. They have different service plans you can chose from, for what you need. The service they have given us has been great. I would highly recommend them. I think we pay less than 100 for the service.

I'm thrilled with Petris Positive Pest Control's service. They are very responsive and will call back or come almost immediately. Their spraying is very effective. We pay them an annual fee that I feel is reasonable.
