Love these guys! Wonderful office staff! The technicians do a great job, come when scheduled and will return time after time until the pests are GONE! Reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!!

The service went well but the ants did return.

Petri's was contacted by the tree company this morning; they called me a short time later and were here within the hour. Trees were sprayed and soil drenched. The Petri's tech was extraordinarily prompt, efficient and helpful. Excellent service!

I believe I found them on Angie's List. They were really, really responsive. As soon as I called them, we had somebody come out the next day. I have called them in between scheduled visits, and they are really flexible with appointments. They are very professional. They have a nice, friendly staff. I think their value is just wonderful.

The inspector Ms. Fishon was a little early for our 2:00pm appointment but better early than late. I had saved a suspect fly to show him and he immediately told me these were not termites or ants but swarming mosquitoes and he couldn't exterminate them. He told us to keep an eye on the situation and stop over-watering the plants and yard. I'm so thankful this man was honest. Will definitely use them for our next invasion. No charge and I was happy to hear we do not have termites from a professional

They are prompt and arrive when they say they will. They've taken care of the pests.

He took care of the problem perfectly and quickly. He was more reasonably priced than other places I checked with. I found them on Angie's List and they seemed to do well on there.

As someone who works, it is important to find service companies that are available to meet during non-working hours. I called Petri to schedule an appointment and was told their reps are not available for evening appointments so we scheduled one for 7:00 am.The day of the appointment 7:00 am came and went. At 7:45 I received a call from the rep saying he was 15 minutes away. I said sorry you are too late I have to head to the office. He said he was told the appt was to start between 7:00 and 8:00. I asked if he could come at 5:30 pm that afternoon as I had another appointment at the house unrelated to pest control. He said sorry ... he already had 4:00, 5:00 and 6:00 pm appointments that afternoon.I called the main office and asked if they could find another rep to meet me at the house at 5:30 and they said they don't schedule appointments after 4:00 pm. I then asked why their rep said he had 5:00 and 6:00 appointments. I was told it was up to the sales rep discretion if they took those appointments. However, the office won't schedule them so I'm confused. I'm going with a service company with better customer service and communication skills.

I've been with them for 20 years and they good outfit. They are reliable and haven't missed appointments.

It went better than expected. Rich was great. Willie was great. I would definitely recommend Petri's Pest Control. They really seemed to care.

We had a roach problem in the house. The service representative was there before the appointed time. After examining the premises, we signed a yearly contract. The exterminator was there on the appointed day. The roaches have been eliminated. We are very happy with the service.

They spray the lawn for bugs. They also spray around the house for the interior with out spraying inside. I also have rodent traps that I pay extra for. The price is very good compared to other companies.

They are very reliable and very regular. If you have a problem you call and you see them in a couple of hours. When they first came they did inside and now it is just the outside unless you have an issue occasionally. They say they are coming ahead.

Went very well. Everyone was very professional and informative. I had to cancel only 4 months into a year-long contract, because we moved to a rental which already had pest control included in the lease - they had no problems with it. I would definitely hire them again.
