Zachary was my technician and he definitely did a great job of easing my mind regarding my roach problem. He assessed the situation, explained everything to me clearly and thoroughly. His uniform and appearance very professional as well as his customer service. Very knowledgeable and confident in his work.

Mike came out several times showing his expertise in killing ants. This job was extremely important to me because it’s a rental property. He got rid of them and I am so appreciative.

Service was professional and their techs are well informed. After a year of using another service and not getting results, i replaced them with Petri and within a few months there was a remarkable difference in the way my lawn looked and the lack of weeds. Will recommend Petri anytime.

After firing my last exterminator, I read the reviews on here and decided to give Petri a try. It took a little longer than I was expecting, about 60 days. To be fair though, they probably didn't realize to hardiness of the monster Palmetto Bugs I had, or my stubborn determination that they ALL DIE!!! After a few desperate phone calls and a letter or two they finally sent two former military men who were truly professional killers. They crawled underneath my mobile home (something you couldn't pay me enough to do!) They fogged it and then perimeter sprayed the house inside and out and dusted the receptacles again. It's been over 6 months since that visit and I am thrilled to report that I have not seen one god **** bug dead or alive inside or outside my home!! Thank You So Much Petri !!!

Over 1 week ago since 1st treatment and we have seen A dramatic reduction ants and the follow up to stop by the house and talk to me about how everything is going and ensuring we are happy and satisfied meant everything to us, highly recommend!

It went well. The house was tented and the project was completed and we were able to reenter the house at the time we were quoted.

This company is excellent. I was particularly impressed with the service Gabriel provided. He was courteous,considerate and excellent in his overall service both inside and outside my home. You would be fortunate to have him provide service for you. Also, I had a rat problem in my attic for quite a time.Other companies could not find the problem but Justin honestly told me he could not help as it was a plumbing problem. Sure enough,after a camera test,a broken pipe was found,fixed and- no more rats. I highly reccomend this company for honesty,and excellent service.

It's great. We no longer have bugs in our house. If we have any concerns, Petrie comes right out and figures out where the problem is coming from and solves it. They are the best. They are much more successful at getting rid of bugs that the previous two services we had. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Justin from Petri was timely, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Justin arrived within the given time window. He did a thorough inspection and really took the time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. Justin did a great job! I feel confident that I made the right decision by calling Petri.

Petri staff are great. They call you to remind you of the visit, they show up on time, they are extremely professional (thank you Michael!), and if there are any issues in between the regular service, they are very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using Petri for about two years now. The price is fair. The reason I stay with Petri is because of their technician Michael Gantt. He is not only professional but also a hard worker. Mike seems to know exactly when to stop by my place without me even having to call the company. Mike provides some of the best customer service you could ask for. Petri is lucky to have him as an employee. As long as Mike is an employee at Petri I will continue to be a customer.

I decided to go with Petri based on the Angie's List reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I had a flea problem in my home. They sprayed inside and out and came back twice at no charge. The third time, Cameron, the supervisor, came out and he was the best out of all three techs. He sure knows his bugs! So far, I'm very pleased with the service, and the flea problem seems to be under control.

It went poorly. New sod had a lot of dead patches. I was forced to treat the lawn myself. When I tried to cancel the contract I was told they would enforce the balance of the contract and charge me for all service calls. Shortly after posting my first review I was contacted by one of the owners of the company Mr. Chris Cavanagh. I met with Chris and one of their lawn experts and they have been very attentive. They have promised to get my lawn back in shape and have been diligently working in that direction.

A little confusion regarding what was included in price from initial phone conversation, but clarified upon site visit. Service techs were friendly and informative. Communication and flexibility was good. No issues.

For many years, Petri Pest Control Serivces has continued to provide excellent service for our home and lawn. Today, Javier came to home to address an ant problem in the garage. He is professional, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and quickly access the problem with care and concern for our needs. We are confident that the ants will be gone soon. It may be odd to say but it is always a joy to see our Pest control tech, Javier. He always calls ahead to let us know he is on his way. He is thorough, easy to talk to, and attentive. Javier came today to spray my house's exterior to keep my home free of the plague of ants which used to infest my home before Javier "jumped in" to save the day. Every 2 months he arrives, and each time, it is an absolute pleasure to work with him. He is professional, friendly, and very skilled at his work. A very rock-solid thumbs-up to Javier.
