These guys are the best! They are exceptionally punctual and always call to remind me of appointments. They are also very polite, from the person answering the phones to the technician coming out to my home, Jassin. Just nice people doing a great job for a reasonable price. No more any problems for me. P.S. They are always mindful not to spray the numerous plants that I have around my home which attract good insects like butterflys and ladybugs.

I was very happy with the service and the price. They responded promptly and did everything they said they would. Their price was a little better than others but it was the service that sold me. Since the initial work they have continued with my lawn treatment and they make paying easy with a credit-card.

They never called me back and I guess blew me off!

I hired Petri Pest Control based off of their promptness in responding to my request for service. I purchased a foreclosure that I completely renovated, but was still having a palmetto bug issue (we are talking multiple at the same time in any given area). They came out the first time and sprayed everywhere in the home and outside. Alonso was very nice and professional as all of the employees of Petri have been. I signed up for a contract to help control the problem going forward. After the first spray I thought the problem was solved, however after about 2 weeks, I started noticing palmetto bugs again in my home; upstairs & down + a "sugar ant" problem appeared. I called Petri and they sent Alonso back out to respray. The lady on the phone told me that typically it's a moisture issue/water damage that attracts palmetto bugs. While understanding this, I just want the problem resolved, whatever has to be done. After 2 more times of Petri coming out and spraying, I still have a palmetto bug issue. I have found them on the stairs, in the kitchen, downstairs bathroom, upstairs guest room and I'm just at a loss as to what to do to correct the problem. I'm going to wind up trying another company to see if I have more success with them.

The tech (Gabriel) was a very polite, knowledgeable, hardworking young man. drilled tiny holes in baseboards then injected chemicals. went up into my very hot hot attic and spent about 45 min. there, first spraying then fogging. I would like to add most companies would be throwing a tent up before even trying localized treatment. Have also been using Petri for my yard and bush spraying for years.......the price has never risen and my Tech Preston is the best.

Mike, the tech who came out couldn't have been better. Though I thought the price very high to begin with, he took great care of our house, sealed all openings, and even pointed out another problem we had which we would not have known about had Mike not seen it and pointed it out to us. So after I saw all the work he did, I feel the price was very reasonable. Impossible to give a higher recommendation. Loved working with them.

I investigated them and they are a pet friendly type business. I have a consistent service person. He has been coming to my house for a year and a half and it's the same person. I always feel comfortable with him. My dogs are comfortable with him. He is always very polite, professional and does a great job even when they have to come multiple times. They never mind and they are always very friendly.

They have been great. They have kept all the bugs and insects out of my house. They always leave a nice note on the door to let you know what services they do. The cost is very reasonable. The service people and people on the phone are very nice. When I called them they showed up the next day.

I spoke with someone in the office and scheduled the appointment for the following Saturday. They never showed up and never called to inform me of why or that they were not coming.

They were amazing. They were timely, they had great knowledge, they knew what they were looking for. When they came in, they only drilled in places, because they were subterranean termites, where you wouldn't be able to see it through the tile past everything. Amazing, fabulous company. I will use them for everything from now on.

The quote price was fair. They were knowledgeable.

I did renew my service with Petri. What I like about the company is that they will keep working on the problem until it goes away. Thanks to Kevin & Raymon I am a happy customer & have a pest free home.

Service man came out in two days to spray lawn and shrubs. He treated for pests, fungus and fertilized. Seemed very professional and said lawn should start to improve soon. Offered advise on watering during the winter to avoid fungus. Very helpful!

After setting up an appt to have our home exterminated, Petri showed up right on time. The serviceman was very professional and explained what he will be doing. The entire interior and exterior of the home was treated. They even removed all of our spider webs from the outside of the house. We are very happy with the service and would use them again.

The service representative for this company came out, listened to our concerns and suggested a program. Although our issue was mainly prevention, rather than a serious pest issue, we have been very pleased with the results so far.

They do a great job. They are a very dependable company.

They came out and set rat traps. So far no rats have been caught. House has been sealed so no rats can enter. Sprayed for ants and problem is gone.

I thought Petri was a little expensive but they were competent and responsive. They guaranteed that they would solve my ant problem. When we still had some ants after the first application, Petri came back out within 48 hours and sprayed again. Our ants are now gone.

They did a great job & were very nice & thorough. They've taken care of the problem, no pest problems anymore. We've continued to use them after the deal. They're good, reliable, & prompt.

We have used Petri's since the first month we moved into our house in 2007 and they are wonderful to deal with. They come every 3 months but if I need anything in between they are there within a day. As far as I see it, it is the best money I spend monthly!
