We had a major palmetto bug infestation going on in our home and didn't know the cause. After trying another exterminator for a few weeks and seeing no positive results, Petri was recommended by my neighbor. They sent our two exterminators, Gabriel and Neil. About 20 minutes into exterminating, they told me to get a plumber out immediately and that I had a sewer or drain line problem causing the problem. I got someone out and my kitchen drain line was rotted out, the source of entry for the roaches. Never in a million years would I have thought. They were right. A week and a half later, almost all the roaches are gone. I was ready to move out of the house. Gabe and Neil even coordinated with the plumber so that they were exterminating under the house and in the wall when it was open. They have even stopped by since to check on progress and retreat as needed. They are respectful of your home and your children/pets. Great people, great company.

From the first estimate to a few months now of service I am SUPER pleased with everything. They always come on time, even calling to pay my invoices at the main office is a pleasant experience. The whiteflies are completely gone and my house looks beautiful again. The price was also much less than other quotes I had received. VERY Happy Boynton Beach Customer :o)

The terminte supervisor was punctual, and provide an expert opinion on the signs of infestation I had noticed while working on the house. He was very knowledgable, and answered every question I posed in a courteous manner. I would highly recommend this company for pest control services.

Every went smooth and according to what we have spoken beforehand. The job was done very professionally and although is very early to say, I hope the treatment solved the termite problem we had.

Have had Petri's at two other homes in Ft Lauderdale, they have always been responsive and fair when it comes to pest control.

Vey well! Make sure you take out any live plants that you have in your house. The company made me aware of this, but I forgot to take out one & it killed it. This was my fault. They were on time the day & time they said.

I have been using Petri?s whitefly services since 2013. Preston is great! My palms were infested with whitefly when I moved here and he was able to take care of it. My only complaint is that the billing department keeps screwing up my annual billing statement. Last year, I had to make three phone calls to them over eight months to try and resolve this. I finally sent an email to a Mr. Kidwell, identified as someone in charge, but he failed to respond to my inquiry ? very frustrating. With the new year, this same issue has started all over again. In short, this company can take care of your whitefly problem if you are willing to endure the constant hassle of dealing with repetitive billing errors and poor communication.

I have been using Petri since 2013. When I purchased my home, there was a minor infestation of both German and American cockroaches inside the house. David came out and took care of it. He is always super friendly and punctual. I have not had a recurrence since I started using Petri and I would recommend their pest control services. I have two cats and whatever Petri uses appears to be safe around pets.

In March 2013, I had my entire yard resod and it looked amazing. I started using Petri?s lawn services in June 2013. Over the course of the year; however, my yard started to appear distressed with multiple bare spots, a variety of weeds, fungus, and a great deal of dead looking patches. I first contacted Petri in May 2014 and asked someone to come out and explain what was going on, but I was ignored. By August, with no response from the company, I contacted Petri again and requested a full refund for future services not yet rendered (since I had paid a year in advance). Finally, an Evan contacted me, but stated he needed to see my lawn before he would refund me any money (for future services). After a visual inspection, he agreed to refund me and I have taken my business elsewhere. I currently use Petri for other services, i.e., pest control, and that department is great, but this company does need to improve their customer service skills or they might continue to lose customers. Please note, all the ratings above are based on Petri's less than satisfactory customer service and do not pertain to Preston (the individual servicing the lawn) in any way.

. Petri Pest are true professionals! No more ants! I was not at home when Rich Doney came and treated but I inspected the work when I came home and my son reported that he went to every corner of the rooms and inspected and treated. I am very pleased with the service so far.

I’ve had them out for a year. They call a day in advance to let me know they’re coming. The keep pests out almost entirely. They are always on time. The exterminator is wonderful guy to deal with on a personal level. I've had other companies I've used in the past and they are the best. I haven't had any challenges from pests so I've been pleased with their performance.

They are awesome. They inform me when they are to come. I know my control gays by name .They are really pleasant.

They are just steady and consistent. They call before they come and they show up on time. If there is a problem that needs to be addressed, they do respond quickly. They are very professional and I find them to be reliable.

Petri was great! I called and spoke to a very nice lady in their office to schedule an appointment to have someone come out and give us a quote for services. After scheduling, i received an email confirming the appointment date & time as well as a picture and short bio of the employee that would be coming out. He arrived promptly on the schedule date, performed his evaluation, explained what the service included, etc. VERY nice to work with, a great company AND we have found dead bugs, which I would say is a great sign:) We have contracted with them to provide ongoing services for us.

The treatment was scheduled and performed on Oct. 17th by Randy. It was done in a very clean and efficient manner. We have seen no problems since then. We would definately use Petri's again if needed.

Excellent- no issues what so ever. Tech was very polite and explained what he did when he was finished. He walked the yard and surrounding the house to review what was done and what to expect in the next few days and weeks.

From the first estimate, to the technician's first two visits, the service has been what service SHOULD be. Everyone is polite, helpful, and punctual. The technician took my cats into consideration when planning our pest control. He also explained to me that increased activity might be noticed the first few days after the initial treatment. I'm so glad he did! We are fortunate and did not have any major infestations, but there was some increased activity (the bugs were dead when I found them). They follow up after their initial service, and then the program continues from there. The reminder calls from the office are a huge help.

They give prompt service and the results are excellent! They notify you a day in advance of your appointment to remind you so you dont have to remind them.

I saw some roaches on my patio called them and they were here within 2 hours. They calmed me down letting me know the type of roaches they were, were honest that they wouldn't likely infest told me what I needed to do which was very reasonably priced and it was all done in an hour. Will use again.

Petri's shows up for all appointments and meticulously completes all of contracted services. I have dealt with different companies in South Florida but have never had an outside peat control clean all of the accumulated webs and dead bugs from around the outside lights and the surface of the house.

After several months of the initial treatment the shrubs were not appearing to show any growth or new leaves. I called the company and Evan was very responsive. He came to assess the problem and retreated the foliage. I was impressed that the company follows through with their work and attempts to solve the problem.

Everything went better than I expected. My deposit was returned the same day.
