It was fine. I have been using Petri for a long time. They are a good service. They are on time. When they are supposed to be here, they are here. They do a great job. I have no problems with them. I have been satisfied for many, many years. They call me the day or night before they come. The one who owns and operates it does a wonderful job.

It has gone well. I have nothing to compare the price to, but it was fine. My experience was fine. I recommended them to my neighbor and he was happy with them. The quality of the work was excellent. I have no problems at all. Punctuality was fine. They came when they said they were going to come.

It was fine. We had tick and flea problems so they came several times. When we had a problem, they came back and didn't charge us until the problem was gone. They were very good about it. The problem was gone. I've always used them for many years. It's expensive. They got rid of the problem. They get right back to me. They are always on time. He's a very nice man.

It has been great. I hire them on an ongoing basis. They've been really good with everything. They've been really responsive. There were a couple of times we had to have them come back out for extra treatments and they were able to schedule it pretty quickly. There are no problems at all. We've been really happy with it.

It was excellent. They were very nice and very professional. I have nothing negative to say. I've been using them for about two years now.

They did a good job. The best part is the follow up. Some north companies especially for maintenance-type visits, it's not like a 1-day job. They'll tell you they're coming out but either they don't show up or they will call you. With them it was personalized service, he called me all the time because I guess that was the technician's route and he actually called me and I told him 5 times that we were not available, and he called everyday to ask if they could do it. I have never seen that follow up and personalized treatment.

It was very good. I ended up getting a contract with them. They were very prompt and professional.

It was great. We were happy with their service. We had a problem and they corrected it, and now they maintain. We no longer have problems. They are always prompt. If I make a phone call, they check with me. Each time they come, they let us know. If no one's home, they leave a note saying exactly what has been done that time that they were here, what they treated for, and what they used. We have a pet and they are good about letting us know what areas the pet should and shouldn't go to.

It was very good. We've been content with them and we continue to have them because we're pleased with them. I pay $432 for the annual fee which is a reduction from their normal cost. They offer discounts. One of the interesting things is that they rarely, if ever, come inside the house. They only try to get in the house when we ask them to come in and see if there's a recent thing that they need to change or fix their service with that. In the many years that we've had them, I think we got them in maybe twice and then the problem we had was taken care of. They came right out when I called them when we had rats.

They're good. They do their job. They show up on time. They keep their appointments. Their price is fair. They're average priced.

We've been very happy with them. They are very thorough and when there's a problem, they will keep at it until it's taken care of. They have always been very friendly and polite.

Our lawn was a mess and they really turned it around. They were very prompt.

It is going well. I was a little concerned for a while and I thought maybe I would try somebody else but they seemed to have improved. The lawn is looking better than it had previously.

They were great. We moved so we don't use them anymore.

David is our service technician who we found out services many of our friends as well. After a few different methods of attack, the carpenter ants are gone and they now provide quarterly service for us. Very professional which is hard to find in South Florida. Will continue to use them.

This is by far one of the best companies I have ever contracted. My home is pest free but most importantly, they exceed my service expectations (and mine are high) and continue to provide high level service. The customer service and scheduling staff are always professional and work hard to fit my schedule. The field staff are informative, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use and recommend Petri.

There isn't a it. Anytime I need them, they are there. It is regarding ants only. I can't speak on other services, but they are exceptional there. The communication between office folks and customer has dipped in recent years, but the actual job in the field and their knowledge in getting the job done for the price is very good.

Javier now services my home and is pleasant, responsive and professional.

Petri responded immediately and resolved the problem. Their service tech, Jeff, was wonderful! He told us what to look for to be sure the problem was abating and not to hesitate to call him for a return visit since this species of ants were particularly difficult to eliminate. He treated both the outside and the inside of the house.

The spraying works very well, especially keeping the bugs away during the wet season.
