Petri provided excellent service. Their representative, Jeff, arrived on time and was courteous and professional. I hired them to provide my monthly service.

They are great. When we have an issue with "friends" visiting our all-female office, they will come back as often as necessary to get it under control!

They were methodical, persistent and diligent in treating the wood in our house and finding the source of our problem (termites inside the painted kitchen cabinets).

It was great. Jose was there right when he said, he called me a few minutes ahead of time, told me he was on his way, showed up, sprayed exactly where I needed him to spray and talked to me for a few minutes about when my regular service was going to be. I was only a few minutes late for work, so it was awesome. He was supposed to be there between 7:30 and 8:00. He called me at 7:22 and I told him I was on my way to drop my son off to school and I would be right there. He said he would be there in 15-20 minutes. So, shortly after I got back to my house from dropping my son off, he pulled right in, asked me what the problem was and sprayed the garage where I needed sprayed and walked through the house spraying where it needed sprayed and was on his way. He was there for maybe 10-15 minutes and it was great. I have a yearly contract with them, so I didn't have to pay him anything this time. They're pretty competitive on pricing. They come every month or every other month and spray the outside of the house, so it's very rare that I have to have them come inside the house. The only place I really see them out is in the garage and that's where I needed him to spray because we've had so much rain lately and then I had the garage door open for a while putting up the Halloween decorations and stuff. We got a couple of little critters in the garage and they came out and sprayed the garage and they sprayed the main entry points where they come up through the bathroom drains and stuff, just to make sure that they weren't trying to get in there. My son has asthma, so that way, we don't have to do a lot of spraying inside the house. I called them last week and they were right there. I've had the contract with them for 3-4 years now.

It's just great. It's very personal. The man that comes out is very thorough. They are friendly and efficient. They are spraying for insects.

The area looks nice. The lawn and the plants are being maintained. Quality is excellent.

It went very well. We were very pleased with the results. It's a very simple application. They do a good job. The service guy is very pleasant, he makes suggestions, and he is very knowledgeable. The price is good. They are responsive. The last time he came, our gardeners were here so obviously it was not a good time to apply any fertilizer or do any lawn procedure, and he said he will be back in a couple of days and he did. He is very flexible. It was not a good chance to come so he came back in a couple of days.

It worked out very well. They've been good all through the years. I like the customer service and pricing. My interaction with them was fine. The work was done exactly as they described it. I haven't had termites. The termites are gone. They're a reputable company that does a fine job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It was absolutely awesome! If I have a problem, they would come free of charge because I have the other 2 services. My lawn looks great. Everything is good. I am very, very pleased with them because I've had other services before. I use them every month.

It has been great. I hire them on an ongoing basis. They've been really good with everything. They've been really responsive. There were a couple of times we had to have them come back out for extra treatments and they were able to schedule it pretty quickly. There are no problems at all. We've been really happy with it.
