Description of Work: I contacted Petri's when my last pest control service did not live up to my expectations. From the first day i have had a very positive experience with the outside pest control and the yard maintenance. The prices for these services are very reasonable and worth every penny!

Description of Work: They are spraying for ticks and fleas and ants. Very professional and I would definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: Richard was very pleasant as a sales rep for the company and suggested some coupons to save us some money on intro. charges. Both pest and lawn control reps came when scheduled and appeared to have done quality work inside the house and with the lawn and shrubs. Their service is just beginning and I will have a better idea in a few months concerning the direction of the quality.

Description of Work: Inspected bugs inside the house in wall moulding, found they were subterranean termites, inspected the remainder of the house and found no further evidence of termites in other places. Gave a choice of spot treatment or of whole house treatment (drilling holes around the perimeter and pumping in treatment and refilling holes). We chose the whole house treatment, which was done in a second visit. They arrived on time and performed the treatment with minimal disruption of our tenants' time and the furnishings and were professional at every step, taking time to explain everything thoroughly.

Description of Work: Thought I had a major pest problem and called Petris to confirm. They were great! Company Rep juggled schedules to get someone out to see my place within 2 hours and went above and beyond for me. The tech arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. He did a thourough inspection and let me know I did not appear to have a problem. What I likely had was an isolated incident and he advised me to wait a week and see if there were any more issues. There was no charge for the inspection. I receied a follow up call from the company rep and I told him I appreciated very much what they had done for me and if I am in need of any pest control services in the future I will certainly use Petris. These folks are true pros and they want to earn your business honestly.

Description of Work: Carlos came by and looked at my house and saw the little varmints. The next day Randy came out and I am sure the termites are taking a dirt nap now! No tenting required, cool!

Description of Work: where very accommodating for my urgent need. Thanks to their honest evaluation during estimated visit, allow me to hold on the treatment, since apparently was an old infestation weren't alive... no pressure trough fear.
