I called because I had a palm tree that was losing its tops. A palm doctor as I called him came by and told me the palm was dying and should be removed before it infected the other trees. I honestly don't remember the name of the palm doctor who came by but he was so wonderful and was sooooo sad that we had to remove the tree. He also fertilized the trees because he felt bad that he had to give me such bad news. I honestly don't remember the cost but it wasn't more than $85. Which I felt was fair being he inspected all of my palms and fertilized them..

I left a message about a problem with a papaya tree and even though this company's specialty is palm trees, Jennifer called back right away and gave me excellent ideas about finding an arborist who could help me. This kind of service is rare and impressive.

I learned that white fly was prominent in the subdivision where I live. Palm Tree Doctor was recommended by a neighbor. We scheduled an evaluation and they came out to do the assessment. They were professional, knowledgeable, on time and made their recommendation. I authorized treatment and it was performed the same day. I contracted with them to treat my trees every 6 months. The white fly is gone and the trees are healthy and beautiful. I highly recommend their services.

I first met Michael when I moved to the area in 2009. Several of my coconut palms looked sickly, so I had him out for a checkup. He told me that several years of especially cold winters had stressed all the palms in the area, and that he was seeing a lot of similar damage. He pointed out one tree that he said was too far gone, and withing 3 weeks it lost it's crown and died. He prescribed a course of treatment for the other 6 coconut palms, and saved all of them. After several treatments, he told me that he felt the trees were recovering nicely, and that I could go back to a normal fertilizing regime. My impression of Mike from these interactions and other visits I've contacted him for is that he is a consummate professional with a true passion for what he does. He could easily have made a lot more money from me by extending the treatments or telling me I needed to make his services a regular thing. He didn't do any of this; he told me, in each case, what he was going to do, why it was the right course of action, what it would cost me, and what I would need to do going forward. He has also been very good about following up on my questions with advice and good background information, without charge. His office is also very professional; followup and communication are excellent, and service is very punctual. Of all the service professionals I've dealt with since moving to south Florida, I would rank Palm Tree Doctor at or near the very top.

Very impressed all the way around. My husband and I met with the owner on 2 separate visits and couldn't be more pleased with the service and pricing.

I had moved a Sylvester Palm twice and it looked dead for a very long time. The Dr. came twice to treat it, now it has new growth and saved it from dying. This was a $1000 tree so it was well worth it.

It went good with Palm Doctor. It was simple and everything was on time. It was fine.

Michael Spinelli fertilized my 2 large queen palms and provided advice on all the other plants on my property. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the cause of the loss of my other tree. The $65 consulting fee was more than fair considering the advice and service I received.

We've had an ongoing problem with a palm tree and we finally came across the Palm Tree Doctor. It's been treated a couple of times and they've been great to work with. They are very reasonable, very punctual, very knowledgable and they do what they say they're going to do on time. It's showing progress. I wouldn't hesitate it to use them again as they were very educational and honest about the palm tree's condition and potential for treatment not to work. It's been worth it.

I was please with his presentation of services and his manner was professional and knowledgable. I waited a month before writing this review because I wanted to have time to evaluate the service and to see if the problem was solved. I have been able to see that the problem for which I called the Palm Doctor has been solved and the palm tree is no longer shedding blades. The fronds look healthier. Should I have any problem with any of my palms in the future I will not hesitate to call Palm Doctor again.

great service and very nice guys. Unfortunately the service is very expensive, not their fault. The chemicals are expensive but they do work.

Working with Palm Tree Doctor has been a positive experience overall. A rep answered the phone right away and the arborist showed up at the appointed time. Mike was personable and professional. I sure hope the trees come back. I don't really know if we paid too much but $100 / tree is a lot cheaper and easier than replacing them.

They were on time and professional. Mike clearly has a passion for trees, and he knows his stuff. He was happy to answer all my questions (and I had a lot), regarding maintenance, diseases, trimming, watering, fertilizing, treating, moving, etc., and told me to call him anytime if I had more questions. He also offered suggestions for some other varieties to plant that do well in South Florida. He told me what to expect from the treatment (spriraling whitefly on several palms), how the whiteflies could affect my pool chemicals, how long it would take and how much more treatment to expect to need. I agreed with his recommendations and prices, so he and his assistant went ahead and treated and fertilized everything while they were there, I didn't have to schedule another appointment. The maintenance plan for fertilizing was reasonable, and we want to protect our investment in our trees, so we will be seeing them on a regular basis. Update: We are still using them two years later for maintenance, I still get all my questions answered and our palms never looked better!

They are very knowledgeable. They come to your place and will look at your palm tree and give you an oral report on your tree. They give you the options of what you can do, or what they can do. They charged me $35 for the visit. I have used them twice and I really enjoy them.
