Company failed to respond to request for quote. Didn't even bother to contact me to discuss or come by for a quote. Would not hire this company under any circumstances.

Our Palms were failing and we called the Palm Tree Doctor. We only had one treatment and some new growth developed on two of the three trees. Instead of continuing I chose to hire a maintenance service to regularly treat my plants.

Great experience all around. I wouldn't trust anyone else for the care of my beautiful specimen palms.

This man LOVES palm trees; knows all about them. Washingtonian is a goner but the Foxtail and Jelly are on the road to recovery. He is cheaper than buying a replacement tree. Very reasonable price. Second time I have used them.

The tech was dressed professionally in a logo polo shirt and the company vehicle was nice. He addressed all my concerns and questions and treated the palms accordingly. Did not push for an up-sale. Pricing was as discussed with no hidden charges.

Mike called me shortly after he inspected the palms and reported that to an untrained eye the palms may have appeared to have a problem with the dropping leaves, but Mike informed me that the palms had just been weathered a bit, and did not need any servicing and would be just fine. He also gave me some very good tips on how to take care of palms (what to do and what not to do) I was renting my house as I am currently living out of state and he had every chance to make a sale or convince me to spend a lot of money taking care of the palms, and I would not have known the difference, but instead he was extremely honest with his assessment. His knowledge of palm trees was also very professional. I would definitely recommend the Palm Tree Doctor to anyone who needs their palms looked at and would definitely use them again.

Michael is very knowledgable and professional. I lost several large prized palms to a lightning strike and he comforted me in coping with the loss and explained how some palms recover and some don't. Highly recommend for your palm tree needs.

I called during business hours on Friday morning to request a quote for tree removal. No one answered, but I left a message and almost a week later still have not heard back from them.

WOW WOW WOW! These guys are amazing. This is not a company out for your money - they truly care about keeping your property and palms healthy and beautiful. They are the REAL deal too - arborists that may specialize in Palms, but they are not lacking in their knowledge of other trees and plants. I had Michael out, one of the two arborists to consult on a large palm i had that was dying (ganoderma :( ) and to check my other palms out. He was a pleasure to meet and walk through my property with. Not only did he focus attention on my palms that needed help - but he also provided useful, honest feedback on my other trees and plants on my property ONLY due to his desire to insure everything is happy and healthy. Finally - what struck me as amazing was his honesty and desire to educate me during his short time at my house. In south florida - you DO NOT find that in alot in most industries, but specifically in the landscaping industry. I'd do business with them again, and would recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE that would listen to me. Trust me on that.

They were great. Prompt and efficient service. They were not a pushy, sales oriented company. They were genuinely interested in our trees and what was best for them. They took time to explain and answer all questions. Highly recommended.

Excellent. He was the most knowledgeable palm specialist I have ever talked to. He made recommendations that were for the best interest of the plants and not what the 'owners want'. He scheduled a free of charge follow-up business and arrived on time as promised and did his entire inspections again. He honored his free of charge promise and did not try to upsell anything to me. A true professional who takes pride in his craft.

Everything went as agreed. They showed up and reviewed the issue and provided the means to remove the problem. I am very happy with the outcome.

They are very knowledgeable about palms. I signed up for the quarterly program to keep my palm healthy.

They did a treatment on the initial visit and are coming back in 30 days for another. It is not certain if one tree can be saved but they let us know that from the initial visit.

I called the Palm Tree Doctor on Nov 10th and told Mike I thought my formerly gorgeous Sylvestris Palm was in danger of dying. We set up an appointment for the 12th and Mike arrived on time. After examining my problem tree he assured me my tree was indeed healthy and not in any danger. But the tree had been badly pruned by a previous landscaper. The landscaper had advised me to add a few more feet of soil surrounding my tree which Mike explained was the worse thing I could have done. He told me I should remove the added soil back to the original height. He also gave the tree some needed nutrients. He then examined my other trees, including 2 coconut palms. This man was absolutely wonderful. He spent considerable time advising me on how to properly care for my trees. He also told me to call him anytime I had a question. When we first spoke I was told the fee was $75 for him to come out to my house and check on the trees. I totally expected after the amount of time and effort he put into doing his job, that the final bill would be over $300.00. To my shock, the charge was only the original $75.00 quoted. If you have any questions or problems with your palm trees you must call Mike. He is extremely knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with. I only wish I had more reasons to use his services.

GREAT! Mike arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable about palms, soil, nutrients, location, etc. He took his time to explain what he would do to save our very sad looking bottle palms and a Christmas palm and also explained what I should do in the future to fertilize and maintain our trees. He was a pleasure to work with and the price was reasonable. I will definitely hire them again to keep our trees healthy and happy!
