A little difficulty getting in touch, but once my call was returned, he kept the appointment (called first), and explained what had to be done, and offered to do the job right then. Price lower than a company I had previously dealt with, and whose work was expensive, and inferior.

Great little family run business. I spoke to the Dad and said my lawn was skipping a zone. He sent his son Shawn his brother in law out. They checked the zone switch but also confirmed the check valve was bad because the pump lost it's prime each time. They replaced the check valve. After they replaced it a big rock and some pieces of plastic got stuck up there. They had to remove it again and reinstall it - took them a few hours. Replacing the check valve fixed the zone switching problem. Total was $140. Good people, honest, reliable, reasonable - definitely would use again.

Came out to inspect the leak in my yard that was saturated with water, and discovered it not to be the sprinklers, but the main city water line.

Other than a bit of difficulty making initial contact and having to leave a couple of messages, Mr. Sprinkler's owner finally got back to us, set up a time (the next day, I think), and sent his guy who showed up punctually and seemed to know what he was doing. He lacked a part, although his truck was well equipped, and came back later in the day with it as promised, as did the owner, who was pleasant and knowledgeable. Payment was made at that time, which we thought was fair.

Started working the day they came out even though this was the first time out at my home. That was nice to see. Worked hard and came back to complete work the following day as promised and on time.

Arrived promptly for both the estimate and the actual work. Did a great job for the money and would recommend them again.

Everything was done quickly and professionally. After replacing the disc they checked to make sure the sprinkler was changing zones and that the sprinkler heads were performing well. I was very pleased!

I called and got a estamate within 2 days from the owner Dell. Then there were 2 guys that did the work as the owner supervised everything that was done in one morning. They were very professional and efficient. I will be using them again for any other work or repair I will need on my sprinklers in the future.

I really like the owner because he is reliable, responsible, and punctual. He came around with his son who was the person who actually did the work. It was very easy to communicate with them and I appreciated that they were always on time. I would recommend them.
