Mr. Sprinkler

On 5/11/23 I paid MR. SPRINKLER OF SO. FL., INC. the amount of $330.00 to replace the check valve and shorten the distance of my pvc feed line to the lake (from where I draw the irrigation water for my sprinkler system). The service tech, Mark did a good job, was there for hours, and made sure the system functioned properly before leaving. He told me the check valve was clogged and that I should run the system once a week to ensure no baby snails get in there and grow to a size that can inhibit the check valve functioning properly. I followed his instructions to the letter, even during the heavy rains that came shortly thereafter. Not even a month went by and the check valve was clogged again! I called and called to have them come out to fix it again and finally after weeks went by and multiple calls were made, the new tech, Sean, showed up to fix the same problem as before. He was a nice gentleman and worked there for a couple of hours. He replaced the defective check valve, that they had installed almost a month earlier, and cleaned the filter screen as well. He checked the system, and regained prime. All is good again... However, he left me another invoice for $320 bucks! WAIT, WHAT!??... ...THERE IS NO WAY IN H*** I'M PAYING THEM FOR THE SAME SERVICE!!!! If you want work performed on your sprinkler system with a company that backs up or guarantees their services, Mr. Sprinkler is NOT a GOOD COMPANY to choose! If you do choose them and they double invoice you for the same service, I guess we'll see each other vs. MR. SPRINKLER OF SO. FL., INC. in court!

Wonderful. They were great & took their time to explain the sprinkler system & fix what was needed. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Left information with woman who answered for company. Not very engaging or really seemed interested. Left info for work order. No one ever called back. Just a waste of time.

The owner showed up on time to give an estimate. The crew came out and did a great job. Very professional and happy with their work.

They never responded to my quote request. They never called me either. That was four days ago. I marked: "Would you hire again: "Yes" because if they have a good excuse for not calling sooner I might reconsider.

I was very pleased with their service. I called because I had little to no pressure coming out of the sprinklers. I also needed a new timer. I think Brandon was the main tech who came to the house. He went above and beyond to locate the broken pipes and find leaks in the system. He even found a leak underground that was from an old sprinkler head that had been capped off and buried by previous owner. I have no idea how he located it, but he did. After all work was completed, the sprinkler system performs perfectly now and my grass is green again!

Sean was prompt and explained the procedure for replacing my main sprinkler valve for all 6 zones. The job went very well and I thought Sean did a great job ! Sean also pointed out that my motor should be protected from the rain and over spray from the sprinkler by using a pump cover which I was unaware even existed . He even recommended that I purchase one for my pool pump which I did as soon as he left. I'm glad that I chose Mr. Sprinkler for this job. Sean is a true professional who is easy going and friendly. I will surely use their services in the future.

Mr Sprinkler called the next morning and came out. Mark and Brandon were pleasant and professional. They diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed to my husband over the phone, and repaired all of the sprinkler problems within an hour. Very efficient and very reasonable charges.

Never heard back from them. Waited week. Offered a deposit.

I called company twice, spoke to a woman who said someone would call me back adding that they are a little behind on estimates. It has been over 4 weeks and I never got a call back.

Very good.....in spite of needing to locate the circuit breaker in the rain, they did well. Luckily my timer was in the garage, so they could stay fairly dry. Pleasant men, fair price....I will call them again when needed

I called on a Thursday and needed them to come out any time the following week. They came Tuesday morning and it took 2 men 2 hours to get everything done... and done VERY WELL. This is a family operation and both men were brothers... polite and worked quickly. It's rare to find this kind of attention to detail. I recommend them highly

Excellent job! Called ahead and told me when they were on their way. Arrived on time, were very pleasant, worked quickly and efficiently. Clearly irrigation experts. All sprinklers are working great and covering the entire yard. My neighbor also had a problem with some of her sprinklers. They made time to fix her sprinklers while they were here as well, even though she didn't have an appointment. My thanks to them both!

Brandon was helpful and did a reasonable job on the sprinklers. I still have three that are not functioning properly and two that are completely leaking from underneath. Brandon mentioned that they layed sod, so I asked del online and called and spoke to a person in the office to call with a quote, but never received a call back. Similar to other reviews here. The price was high for the overall service.

As predicted. No follow up call or communication whatsoever....it's as if I never called. This, unfortunately, is typical of S. Florida and though I'm getting used to it, I continue to find it hard to accept. If you can't get a call before you lay them, what are the chances of getting one after you do? This is business 101.

A+ work. Will hire again at new address.

This father and son team worked for a few hours on our property checking the sprinkler system and replacing the cracked valve. I doubt they missed anything as they were that thorough and everything is working well. Replacing that cracked valve certainly saved on our water bill! I highly recommend this company!

this is not a professional company. They never call back so you can set up an appointment. Don't waste your time.

Called on two different occasions to have irrigation system repair work done. Both times the woman that answered to phone took my name and number and promised that someone would get back to me to schedule an appointment. I never received a return call.

I called this company may times. I emailed them as well. I finally got someone on the phone who sounded way to busy. I heard this was a good company but I guess they are too busy to be professional. They did say they would come by and we set an appointment. They never showed up, and never called. Don't waste your time.

first visited my house to inspect my original control panel. thought I should confirm intermittent power issues with an electrician first. Electrician verified no issues and Mr Sprinkler came back and isntalled new Rainbird panel within 24 hours. Mark was the employee who performed the work. Very professional.

They returned my call quickly even thought I left a message that the job would not be a big job. They showed up and found other problems which they fixed. I was a little surprised at the invoice for $450; but with sprinklers, you must trust the workers in their evaluation of problems and their ability to fix them. My sprinklers work well now and my water bill is lower. So they must have fixed the problem.
