Their price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. I don't remember it being expensive. I think they came out quickly. I had an ongoing issue with one of the sprinkler head popping every time it was repaired. He basically resolved the issue. I was happy with what he did. We don't have an ongoing relationship. It was just one afternoon that he was there. I thought he did a good job.

My driveway pavers destroyed my front sprinkler system and broke the water main. Had to turn off water to house and needed fast and efficient work. Del came out , gave me the best estimate of 3 and sent a crew out the next workday. Took two days and was done with care and attention with good information for me all the way.

The service was very proffesional. The tecnician took the time to explain the nature of the job in detail. I would call this company again and recommend them very highly

Our lawn company broke 3 sprinkler heads which is why we needed the repair. Mr Sprinkler was able to assess the problem, provide and estimate, and complete the work in an hour. Very friendly and very professional. I would definitely use them again!

They called on Monday morning and arrived on timethe gave me an esitimate and had it fixed in about 1 hourI hired them to do some landscape in the front of the house I would recommend to hire this company

Del arrived with the necessary part, and looked at the valve, explained what had to be done and gave us a price of $260.00. He stated that it was a two man job, due to the eight zones (eight PVC pipes that had to be positioned & glued into the valve - before the glue hardened!!) He stated that they would cut off the old valve, get the new one glued in place, switch the cam...then let it sit for a couple of hours to harden. They would then return and start the system and check for leaks. We told them to go ahead. They did what they said they would and returned near the end of the day. When they returned there was a leak in the new valve...it was not their fault, it was a faulty brand new valve. He said he would return the next day... The following day another gentleman from Mr. Sprinkler came and replaced the leaky top section of the valve with a new one...and that cured the problem. ...so it meant three trips, but they all were very pleasant and did exactly what they said they would, and the work was completed before the sprinklers were scheduled to run again. They set the timer correctly...and all is well. I have seen the truck in the neighborhood and in fact, they recently installed a totally redesigned sprinkler system in my neighbor's house following a sale, pool addition, etc... They did an excellent job there, they did an excellent job for us...and they have been at other houses in the neighborhood as well.. Their truck is very distinctive!! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with sprinkler system problems of any kind. I had asked for a card when they were at the neighbors, and they still let me use my Angie's List coupon! I did check their reviews here before I called them, as I always do. Thank You Del for a job well done!!

They returned my second phone call in minutes and arranged for an appointment promptly. Mr. Sprinkler arrived on time. He discovered that a switch was turned off on the pump. When he flipped on the switch, the pump made a noise but did not pump water. He was unable to get it to work by priming it, nor could he get any suction. He spent an hour working on the pump. He said he would be back the next day with the president of the company. The next day they arrived on time. They had to dig up and remove a small tree to better reach the pump. They discovered problem was a rotted out pipe within 5' of the pump. They replaced the 2" length of pipe, primed the pump and it worked perfectly. Mr. Rataiczak gave me an estimate for replacing all my sprinkler heads "to insure full coverage", approximately 40, and using flexible pipe up to the pop up sprinkler heads to help prevent pipe breakage from mowing. They began working on the sprinkler heads. During their work our local police patrol stopped, for no apparent reason, and asked Mr. Rataiczak for his license. Mr. Rataiczak passed the police inquiry with no problems. The 2 men were working for 3 1/2 hrs. Four days later Mr. Sprinkler and a man he brought to work with him finished the sprinklers in 4 hours. The sprinkler timer was set for the correct days and times to run and the coverage of the grass was complete. They did not replace the sprinklers in the small garden area. They spent the equivalent of 2 full days of work; for that and parts, they charged $1525. As of today, Jun. 15, all is working fine.

After repeated phone messages and conversations with staff, I have yet to hear back to make an appointment. They did apologize indicating how backed up they were, but it's still very disconcerting when a company can't even call potential clients back. Complete waste of my time…

While they were on-site, we requested a quote for future service (additional sprinklers in the yard). They did some investigation, and discovered some existing sprinklers that had been covered over by the previous homeowners. So, instead of just a quote, we got the job done immediately, at a relatively minor cost. This was a very pleasant surprise.

Fast, prompt service. Checked entire system. Set timer to county requirements, and gave expert advice on maintenance.

They maintenanced my existing irrigation system. they are very knowledgable about plants and irrigation systems. They know what you need to keep great maintenance to your yard.

My sprinkler system was not working properly and a few of the sprinklers were broken. They came out the same day I called them did an estimate on the spot and fixed everything by the end of the day. They were great! Really great price too! I recomended them to all of my neighbors.

Very satisified . Phoned Mr Sprinkler on Monday afternoon and he was at my house before noon on Tuesday and did an excellent job of getting my system in great working condition at a very reasonable price.

I called for an estimate to get my sprinklers checked out and repaired. I spoke with the woman at the office and told her what I was looking for. She told me that "he" would need to call me back. I get a call two days later saying they were in my area and that he could stop by. I was at the office so I said it was fine, but that I would not be able to be there. He said it was fine and I said call if he had any questions. My assumption since I called to get a quote, was that I was going to get a quote.Later that afternoon I called to see how it went and see if he had any questions. I did not get him and left a message. When I got home that night I found a bill in my mailbox for the work completed. I need to assume at this point that the work was done and that one of the broken heads was definitely replaced...but feel that the fact it was done without a quote and without a call after looking at the project telling me what he thought needed to be done was unprofessional. Again, from what I can tell, it looks like the job was completed, but it was double what I would have expected to pay and I think I should have gotten what I requested...an estimate...not the work completed. I am trying to call them back this week to let them know of my concern, but will pay the bill.

I knew most of the repairs that had to be done. Changing the pump that was completed rusted throughout as well as the value (zone changer). I researched on Angie's list companies with most reviews and read them all. I called them and they gave me prices over the phone. I chose Mr. Sprinklers for many reasons. Their hourly price is much lower then the others, their reviews are excellent, they are family owned and they are in my neighborhood. I had to call twice in order to talk to the owner but once we talked, their service was excellent. They were quite overloaded with work but came the next day to estimate the work. When he came to do the repairs, Dell was very knowledgeable, very patient with all my questions, working non-stop and finished all the repairs the same day. He respected the prices given to me at first and of course, added parts and labor for broken pipes and sprinkler's head. He told me that everything was unfortunately rotten underneath and that it has to be all redone eventually. I trust him entirely, fell very supported and respected as a customer. I recommend Mr. Sprinkler and its owner, Dell.Johane Rutledge, Pompano Beach, Fl.

Called for an appointment. I left two phone numbers home and mobile. Receptionist said the "Del" would contact me. We never heard from him. I don't need a contractor that won't even call you back for possible business.

Unfortunalety we are unable to move forward with this project at this time but would highly recommend Mr Sprinkler and look forward to doing business with his team very soon!

Very good experience. Del was easy to work with and was very accommodating with some scheduling issues. He is knowledgeable in landscaping so he was able to assess the needs of the various plantings and adapt the irrigation accordingly. The end product works great!

Was a little put off after my conversation with the woman who answered my call when I first called to inquire about services and set an appointment - she was not the most friendly or helpful, but I still scheduled the service because of the favorable reviews I had read on Angieslist. Glad I did, because Del made up for it with his good work and exceptional responsiveness when I called to ask some questions after the service was done. Would use Mr. Sprinkler again.

Called in the morning and they were able to come right away. They capped off the sprinker instead of repairing it because it was not needed in that area and it would be less money for us to spend. Overall, we were very pleased with the service.

We contacted the company yesterday and got a call-back this morning. They said they could get to us in the next 40 minutes or so, and they did. They appeared to know what they were doing and did it. Everything's working well and I think the price was fair. This is the second job they've done for us, which is why they were called back.

They showed up on time, listened to my needs and did not leave until everything is working as it should. Both gentlemen were courteous, informative and provided a top quality service. If they would have done what I asked for, I would have been in big trouble. Thanks to their experience and knowledge, they fixed problems I did not know I had. All of it, at a fair price.

Left message on recorder, but call was not initially returned. I called back a few days later and spoke to a person who told me that no one could come out until the following week. (No problem, I had no emergency). A technician called early the next week and set up an appointment that day. Tech arrived on time, explained all mechanics in terms I could understand, made suggestions for efficient watering and necessary replacements and gave me an estimate with a $25 range. When I okayed the work, he started that day and completed the work in a little over two hours. He worked nonstop, left the yard clean and made sure my system was set to comply with current watering restrictions. The final bill was toward the low end of the estimate, and I think, very reasonable. I will most definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends.

Our sprinkler system stopped working and the pump could not be primed. I called Del at Mr. Sprinkler, and he has someone out to our home in two days. Branden, who did the work, was punctual (15 min early in fact), efficient and explained all the work he did. The system is running well, I'm pleased, and I'd use Mr. Sprinkler again in the future.
