Description of Work: Came out took air samples and swab samples. He doesn't do more work then needed. Results came back quickly.

Description of Work: They inspected and tested the interior and exterior of my residence for mold, mildew and potential origins for allergies. No issues were detected.

Description of Work: Charlie came to the house and took air samples within and outside (as a baseline), he inspected the leak area as well as other areas of the house and took samples. His report was very complete and he had clear recommendations. He included the lab results and a detailed report from the lab. While we do need to do remediation, the inspection itself was very friendly and professional. The reports were thorough and compelling. Charlie advised he was available for follow up questions and we may have some at a later date. In all a good experience.

Presently our mother home is being remediated and Charlie will go back and retake sample to be sure healthy levels are back. Description of Work: Charlie came out almost right away to determine the extent of our mold problem and took quite some time taking readings and paying close and thorough attention to detail. He explained everything to us and what he found. He also worked closely with the remediation service, Discreet Restoration, to make sure that they all worked together to solve our problem. He was very honest and helpful and always on time. We are very happy with his work AND MAY I ADD, I tried very hard to give him a tip and he refused to take it! He said that he was just doing his job. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs topnotch, professional help with a mold problem. He is a good guy!

Description of Work: Charlie is great! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were in the process of purchasing a house, and hired Charlie to do a mold test and inspection. Our engineering inspector had told us that there was some water damage in the bathroom, so we needed to test for mold. Charlie tested the bathroom and also found elevated levels of a different kind of mold in other areas of the house, due to a dirty AC system. He provided a detailed report, at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend the mold detective!

Description of Work: Charley on his first visit spent well over 2 hours checking out every aspect for potential mold.He then tested the outside air with the inside air.This was submitted to a company for review.A full report of the inspection was sent to me by e-mail.Charley called to explain the report and because of some of the findings he wanted to return to check some things out.There was no charge for this return visit.He was here for over an hour on this second visit and although there was no visible evidence of mold he made certainrecommendations to us.I highly recommend Mold Detective if you believe you may have a problem.

Description of Work: I called the Mold Detective and was amazed that they actually do try to help you over the phone and avoid unnecessary inspections or tests. Tom was not only very professional and knowledgeable but seemed very interested in my problem. He listened, asked questions and made several suggestions to try before doing through with the inspection.
