He was honest and frankly said what I described was not mold and to hire him would be a waste of money. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity and would seek him out if I do indeed need his services.

Charles is the best. He is very professional, personable and extremely thorough. He is always willing to answer any questions. The reports came back extremely fast and were very detailed. He found a major problem on a home we are considering purchasing that was completely missed by the current owner's inspector. I would highly recommend his services and if it were possible to give him more than 5 stars, I definitely would.

I was smelling a musty odor in several areas of my home and wanted to bring someone in to test for mold. After quite of bit of online research on local companies, I called Charlie. I liked that he is not employed or affiliated with a mold restoration company and, therefore, has no interest in trying to "sell" remediation services based on test results. I only have great things to say about Charlie and the customer service I received from him. He responds and returns calls immediately. I called him on two separate occasions, and in one case, he was able to come out the same day. He's transparent about his pricing and a straight-shooter. His turnaround for providing a full inspection report and lab results is quick. If you suspect a mold problem in your home, Charlie is the guy to call. I highly recommend.

Do not look further if you need help detecting mold in your home or business. I had a horrible problem going on in my home , I suspected mold and called Charlie . It was 7 o’clock at night I expected to leave a message to my surprise he answered the phone explained how he conducts his air quality tests and came out the next day because I told him I was having a problem and it I was starting to affect my breathing. He came out the next day did his test two days later I got a complete report I had an enormous mold problem I cleared up the problem ..had a new AC installed It was not installed correctly and it leaked I was afraid that mold would be a problem again he dropped everything on his Saturday to come out and retest my home He’s the real deal

Performed mold inspection. Immediate response, on time, thorough and honest. Spent time answering all my questions and only provides remediation providers on request. Charles is a good guy, highly recommend.

Charlie is HONEST! When I saw a tiny strip of mold over my light fixture in the kitchen I panicked! I happened to have a contractor here for other renovations. He offered to cut a hole in my ceiling to see how bad it was and what had to be done. Charles came with an infrared light and checked my entire ceiling. He was able to determine that the area with mold was a tiny strip around the fixture that needed to be caulked. Condensation was causing the mold in that area also because of moisture. I am so thankful I called the Mold Detective.

The inspection was thorough. Mr. Galvagni gave us a written report, describing the kinds of mold that were found, their locations and causes. He provided a step-by-step plan for remediation. and separate lab reports that measured the molds in the air (outdoor and indoor) and those on surfaces in the rooms of my house. Considering how much was involved, the fee was very reasonable.

Absolutely excellent. Charles arrived on time, was extremely courteous. Before starting the job asked me a lot of questions and checked the apartment as a whole. Gave me a lot of tips on how to avoid mold. Performed the test and send the full report in the next day. Impressive. He also also very upfront on the outcome and recommendations. The problem was the person was not prepared to take samples from our very high ceilings so I had to supply the idea of how to go about it with materials I had on hand around the house. However, they made a determination if we had a mold situation that needed attention and sent samples away for analysis. The results were disclosed very professionally and easy to understand.

Charles is the most professional guy you will find. I called him and schedule a visit with him, which the day before I had to change, not only he was flexible enough to cancel that appointment, but was able to perform the inspection the following day. He arrived on time for the appointment, the inspection went very well, checking for levels of humidity, for any water intrusion remaining within the apartment and taking air samples to be sent to the lab for analysis. The results were delivered as promised and his report was well documented, supported and recommendations included. Overall, very happy with his services. I definitelly would hire him again.
