I called them to let them know that I purchased the deal due to my pump system not functioning correctly. They returned my call in approximately 30 minutes and apologize and inform me they would not be able to service my area. They were very polite and even offered to find someone else for me.

Nilson and his team do a phenomenal job - on time every week, great job cleaning the pool and making sure the chemicals are balanced. Before Nilson had been living with a metallic stain for months. He identified the issue, got the right chemical to remove the stain and now the pool looks brand new. I couldn't be happier. With Master Touch Pools you get a great job at a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier.

From the first time I met Mr. Silva, it was clear that he was different than my old pool company people. He immediately fixed one of the issues I had, and assured me that the weekly services his company provides will make my pool look clean and ready to be used. And he was right. Highly recommend him to anyone.

I took advantage of a special deal for 3 months of pool service for $59.99 per month. The owner of Master Touch Pools (Nilson) showed up for the first service and inspected my pool and equipment. He did a great job of explaining what he found and his recommendations for service. The pool needed a concentrated chlorine treatment to address some algae issues and some minor repairs to cracks in the wall of the skimmer. Nilson took care of the cracks (no charge) and applied the super chlorination treatment. The pool looked beautiful the next day and every day since. My regular pool technician (Jeff) took over from there and has been a delight to work with. He comes on-time every week ... checks chemical and chlorine levels and adjusts them as needed, skims as needed, brushes the pool surfaces, and cleans the pool filter. If there are any issues needing my attention, he leaves a note explaining what he has found and what is needed. Since Master Touch has taken over, I no longer have to do anything to keep my pool clean and comfortable. They do it for me. And the price is more than competitive. I am extremely pleased and would recommend Master Touch highly to anyone who is looking for weekly pool service.

Nilson did a great job with the install, and his weekly service calls by either him or his staff went well. Normally, I would mark the price of his service to a B, but the nature of my pool is such that no one would probably maintain it for less than $50/week. There are trees all around it and it is constant maintenance.....I know, because I now maintain the pool.

These people are fantastic! This is my 3rd pool service company and the pool has NEVER looked better. Nilson the owner is very concerned about making the customer happy, when they first started he told me "I'm here for you if you need any thing" Well guess what ,a few days before a 4th of July party my pump stopped working. I called the office on a Sunday and Nilson called me back within a few hours, said he would be over on Monday and not to worry "He was here for me". It is Tuesday after noon , my pump is working and my pool is sparkling clean. Try and beat that! They do a great job , They do every thing the more expensive pool service companies do, are on time and very professional. Why would you want to give someone else an extra $20 to $50 when you could spend it on pool toys and beer? I would recommend them to any one interested in quality pool service.

Owner had an attitude. Called me honey. This past Christmas they came in and over chlorinated the pool and then called us and said they were taking the week off from servicing the pool. Advertised a senior discount on Angie List and when I called to get the discount the owner stated I could not get the discount as he was already charging us the minimum monthly service charge. He did however, offer us a automatic pool vacuum for free as a loaner. We discontinued the service after this and started taking care of the pool ourselves. When we got the water tested, it only had chlorine in the water and no other chemicals. We then had to balance our pool chemicals. Also, if it was thundering at the time they normally serviced the pool, they would just quickly dump chlorine in the pool and leave without vacuuming the pool etc. and would not return until the following week. Although, I agree that they should not service the pool during a lightening storm, I do expect them to come back and service the pool later in the week when the weather was better but they did not.. I would not recommend anyone to use this pool service.

4 weeks ago I phoned the company (on a Thurs) to have a leak fixed; by Friday the job was complete. I was so impressed that I am now going to use this company for monthly pool maintenance and have recommended them to other friends.

It was good. I'm using them for our weekly service.

Excellent, the company came out exactly when they said they would and cleans my swimming pool every week. I hired them 3 months ago and have been very pleased with the service and quality of work they provide. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality pool service company.

The first day the owner said he wanted to refund my money because he said my pool was too cloudy and it was turning green but wasn't green as yet. He added chemicals anyway and washed my filter and agreed to try again the following week, hopefully the pool would have cleared up by then. It was still cloudy after he washed the filter and added chemicals. He recommended me to get a new filter. After 2 weeks of him coming out several days during the week washing the filter and brushing the pool walls, he told me he was going to discontinue my services because he still couldn't seem to get the pool cleared up. I asked if he had vacuumed the pool since he started and I was told no. He claimed the pool was too cloudy for him to risk putting his pool vac in the water. He was courteous and professional about it and I appreciated him giving my pool a try. He was persistent and really wanted to work with me on this issue I was having. He told me to give him a call back after I see how much I would like to give him for his 2 weeks of efforts. I never called back that week, but notice my pool had somewhat cleared up. A few days after, I saw another one of their pool techs in my backyard. I was kind of confused to see this company still coming to service my house after the owner told me he was discontinuing my service and giving me a refund. This new tech said he had been out last Wednesday and this is his second Wednesday vacuuming the pool (which solved my cloudy pool problem). He took that 'risk' and now I'm happy my pool is back in order. I was just a little disappointed that they had not vacuumed my pool earlier in my service. My neighbor saw the work they had done and now, they too are using the same company.

The owner, Nilson, was very responsive and professional. The quality of his service is very important to him.

They responded with quote and work order right on time> Had to call a few times to get start and finish date. They left a pump and told us how to empty pool. Returned to acid wash the interior and resurface with Diamond Bright, refilled water, cleaned up after themselves and left. Good job, great price, timely service, polite. All in all very happy with the job so far. The pool is still clearing as chemicals are slowly being re-added. They did empty some chemicals in my bushes on west side and killed them. I don't think they know because they were green when they left. They are now dead.

Just bought home. J&B Pool & Spa Supply agreed to take care of our pool. They never called; they never showed up. All we got out of the deal was a very green pool! We found Master Touch on Angie's List. He came on Monday and started working on our pool. He came back Wednesday and replaced the filter and worked on our now blue pool. He'll be back Friday to vacuum and test. And, when asked about replacing certain items, he said we didn't need to. Wow! Anyone else would have taken our money.

From first contact to last, everything was perfect. This provider serves as an example for how others should conduct business; responsive, professional, punctual, and great quality of work Nilson followed up when the work was completed to see if I was satisfied. There are not enough adjectives to describe how great Master Touch is. I also hired them to do my father's pool and to provide ongoing pool service for both of our pools.

They started on Sunday by draining the pool and finished the job on Friday. Can't wait to get the pool balanced so we can jump in. All of the guys were very polite and hard workers. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their pool redone.

On April 28, 2014, I purchased a "Big Deal" for a $49 service call from Master Touch Pools. Claudia of Master Touch Pools contacted me via Angie's List message and asked me if the owner could come to our house on Wednesday. I replied that Wednesday was not good, but Friday or Saturday would be good. Claudia replied that the owner could be at my house on Friday, May 2 and to give her my number and she would contact me on Friday to let me know what time the owner would be at my house. I gave her my telephone number and asked that they be at my house late morning or early afternoon. Neither Claudia nor the owner ever even called me on Friday as promised to let me know what time they would be at our house so I called them, reached a voice mail and left a mesage. Neither Claudia nor the owner returned my telephone call and no one showed up at my house for the service call. This provider is completely unprofessional in the way he deals with customers. I have documentation in the messages section to confirm that all of the above happened as I said it did. I ask that my $49 be immediately returned to me by Angies List.

Service was excellent. Pool has never looked better.

No representative arrived at the scheduled time. Received a call on 3/10 @ 4:00PM and was told Nilson could come by now. We re-scheduled for Tuesday 3/11. Nilson did arrive on time. He gave his estimate. The estimate was considerably higher than all other estimates I have received for the same services. We will not be using Master Touch pool service at this time.

They show up on time and have been coming each Wednesday. They typically just show up and the pool is clean when I get home.

Nilson was very helpful with resolving several issues with my pool. He went above and beyond, coming out the same day to repair my pool pump and treating my pool for algae. A+++++ on all areas.

Nilson came to take care of our pool that was in pretty bad shape. He went above and beyond what we paid him for to take care of it for us. We would recommend him to anyone.
