Recently purchased a home and got estimates from several companies for pool service. Nilson was the most professional and courteous. He and his staff have kept our pool in perfect condition and have fixed several issues with it. They are always on time and are competitively priced. Master Touch is easy to get in touch with and very responsive. You certainly will not go wrong with this company...they are true professionals!

We first moved into our home 10/2013. I was using the previous owner's pool company, and as the weeks grew to months the service steadily declined. I searched for a replacement pool service company on Angie's List and decided to purchase the 3 months for 189.00 for Master Touch Pool Services. Nilson personally made the initial visit, and cleaned the pool before he left. He was very professional, informative, and service oriented. Master Touch Pool Services is far more than a pool cleaning company for they also provide part replacement, fountain installation, and additional pool customization. Nilson's passion for his profession was expressed with every word and future contact. I would highly recommend Master Touch Pool Services for any of your future pool needs.

The individual I spoke with was very courteous, despite not being able to perform the service because it was outside his service area. In fact, he suggested a different company to me which I ended up hiring.

After purchasing this home, I needed to get the pool back to a normal condition as it had been neglected for quite some time. I contacted Master Touch Pools after seeing them on Angie's List. Nilson got back to me right away and we agreed on a date to meet for an evaluation. He was very thorough and had suggestions on how to achieve what I needed, but was not pushy on anything and actually suggested certain things in order to keep the overall price down, as opposed to just trying to make extra money off of me. We ended up deciding to change my pool filter (as it was original with the house; 30 years old), and Nilson came back out and "shocked" the pool. Within days the pool came back to life, and now it is completely transformed and looking more like it should. Everything works, and I will keep Nilson on as my normal pool maintenance person. Competitive rates and professionalism, that's why I like Nilson and Master Touch Pools!

Nilson did an amazing job on resurfacing the pool on a home for my family. I am out of state and we did everything remotely and the work was perfect. He took an ugly pool and made it new again. He continues to service the pool and keep it looking great while we are selling the home. He also fixed the pavers and pressure cleaned and did exactly what he quoted. His price was fair and there were no surprises. He is an ambitious and hungry businessman that aims to please and is very skilled at what he does. Florida is known for less than professional contractors and Nilson is a breathe of fresh air. I would hire him again and recommend him to others.

Bought a special package for three months and kept the pool service since then. They come every week and our pool is nice an clean.

I had some black algae. Nilson Silva came out and did an Acid Wash, He also filled two holes in pool. He did a decent job. Today I saw a deal on Amazon Local for pool service by Master Touch (Nilson Silva) for $29 for one month. The Amazon-Local ad does not say new customers only and there are no restrictions. I called him anyway to make sure he would do the service. He told me not unless I stayed with him for a year. A one shot deal would be $75. I know these deals are a way to acquire new customers, but given the fact that I paid him a signficant amount of money for past work, you would think he would value a past customer and I certainly was not going to guarantee a him business for a year. So my overall grade is for the work I had done but also for his response to my new request today. I would not recomend this company especially when you will not provide service at the discount advertised unless the customer commits to a year of service.

They come during the day to check on it while I'm at work, so I never feel bothered.

I spoke to Nilson about my job and he was nice, professional and very accommodating. It was obvious he wanted to make me happy. He called me back quickly to schedule my job and was very happy to help me. His philosophy of pleasing the customer is definitely obvious in the way he handles his business. This philosophy is carried through to his employees. Sal came to our house to do the job and he was also great. He called before he came and he was on time. He was fast, clean, efficient and honest. I was very impressed with this company and would use them again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend them!

Contacted Master Touch Pool Services, Inc. to schedule an appointment to review & price replacing existing 8+ year old pool finish. Nilson Silva made appointment time and was promptly there as scheduled. We discussed work to be performed and was provided with options to enhance the pools finish color & type of glass step tile that we elected to have installed. After waiting a week for bad weather to pass, Master Touch Pool Services, Inc. began work and completed scope within the following week. Everything went well as discussed. All questions were responded to in a positive manner, and they pleasantly encouraged ourselves to call with anything we need concerning the work installed.

The representative was punctual and very professional. He turned the estimate around very quickly. However, upon further investigation, we realized the estimate was incomplete and the $8200 he was charging would not have resolved the pool issues. What was interesting is that he never pointed it out and had we moved forward with this vendor our pool would not have functioned as desired. My brother and I also found the Master Touch representative a little pushy. He called and emailed several times to pressure us to move forward with the service which I did not appreciate.

The pool looks much better now, and we are looking forward to keeping them as our pool service company.
