A business is usually reviewed on its workers and the job that they do,when in fact we are all human and make mistakes and what matters most is what management does to fix and prevent issue to become a better company

Our representative Joel has done an excellent job with our pool for the past two years. He is a delightful person and loves on our dog every time he cleans the pool and our dog is outside. We would recommend he and his company highly.

They respond the same day every week to clean and maintain the pool. They check the filter, remove debris from the pump strainer, skim and vacuum the pool, and apply necessary chemicals.

Master Touch Pool Services has done an excellent job with my pool. My pool area does not have a screen enclosure and other companies were never able to keep the pool clean. I've been using them for over a year and they've been very reliable.

Nilson and his team are very responsive which is what I value most. They know their job and are very professional. I think I've finally found my pool company. Thanks guys.

Master Touch has been maintaining my pool for a couple months now without issue. I will likely continue using them if they are able to offer me the current monthly rate once my 3 month period ends.

They have been here weekly and done a good job. The only surprise I've had is that they charge extra to come out in response to a problem. I've had a problem with bubbles in the water and the cleaner sticking by the stairs. That has not yet been fully resolved, but I'm living with it because I am tired of calling them back for a potential new fee. My experience with other cleaning companies is that the technician can usually address whatever problem comes up and monitor it. They do the basics very well. My pool is very clean when they go and stays clear throughout the week.

I had noticed two problems. First my pool pump or motor sounded loud. Before I did anything about that I noticed that the spa was draining once the pump shut off. I paid $49 on a coupon for a service visit. Nilson came out and looked it over. He said I needed a new motor on the pump but the pump itself was find, and he also figured the problem with the spa was a backcheck valve. I had priced out a new motor already on Amazon and could have replaced it myself, but their price for doing it was reasonable and I figured they were more likely to do it right than I was. Overall I was very pleased. They came quickly and addressed all the problems in a very reasonable time. I suppose it could have been cheaper but it was reasonable and I don't mind paying for quality work.

It went wonderful. We use a salt system and they identified that the previous provider was just adding chlorine rather than salt. we will be using them on a permanent basis moving forward.

Nilson arrived on time for our initial meeting. I mentioned to him what I would like done as far as servicing the pool, pump and filter.. He spent a good amount of time explaining what is done on a routine maintenance call and what can be done as far as extra servicing in case something breaks. The next day he arrived and cleaned the pool and checked the chemicals. He vacuumed the sand out that has been in the corners for what seems like the life of the pool. We purchased the Big Deal for four months of service. I am sure we will continue after that. Very courteous, prompt and conscientious.

I gave this companies information to my brother based on your reviews. He contracted with Mr Silva and had his pool resurfaced. He was on time and very polite. The price he quoted was fair, and the quality of his work was excellent. The pool looks beautiful.

Nilson Silva was very professional, honest,& sincere. I will call him back if ever needed. Honesty is very important to me. I work at Atlantic Technical College and tell my students that are in Auto Service, electricity, air condition, etc. to be honest and you will always get a call back. Very Thankful for his Honesty.. I was nervous about joining Angie's list, grateful that I did, they are awesome.

The previous provider had a change of service man and left my pool looking GREEN. My pool is back to where it was before, BLUE!

I have been having trouble for about a month with my present pool service with my suction suddenly going low. They cleaned my filter and put a new cleaner in the pool, but that wasn't working. After talking with them last night, I had the impression that they had given up. I asked them to return my old pool cleaner to me. With the thought that this company was not going to find the cause of the suction problem, I wrote Master Touch Pool Services on Angie's list because it was late at night and I needed some help! I gave them all the information and asked them to stop by when they could check on it. Today, I was surprised to see a very nice gentleman from Master Touch at my door, asking if he could check the pool.. When I joined him by the pool, I saw that I had my old cleaner back which was running just fine, so the suction was fine. Later I found an email from my pool company that they were going to check something else, so they had obviously also come by already. The gentleman from Master Touch told me that my suction was fine (which it was, NOW). He also showed me that my hoses were old and breaking at the edges, which could also cause problems with the suction. He also would suggest a different set-up, but since the other company was doing it that way, he would not interfere. I was so impressed with their quick response and honest, professional advice, that I definitely will use them again, especially when I am ready to change companies.

Recently purchased a home and got estimates from several companies for pool service. Nilson was the most professional and courteous. He and his staff have kept our pool in perfect condition and have fixed several issues with it. They are always on time and are competitively priced. Master Touch is easy to get in touch with and very responsive. You certainly will not go wrong with this company...they are true professionals!
