Description of Work: They resurfaced my pool, installed new coping, and installed tile and installed a new filter for us several months back. We also use them for our monthly pool service since last year. Asked for a quote on a pool timer replacement which turns out we did not need - something was stuck in the gears and I removed it, but their price quote to replace was high. Friendly service.

Description of Work: Nilson was great- he knows his stuff and my pool always looked good. Two problems though. One, his company is growing and he has to hire new techs often. But many times they wouldn't show up on my scheduled day (Tuesday). I would have to call etc. Or then they would come on a Thursday instead, and then again on Tuesday. I really need consistency, and that started lagging a lot. And I always had to call when they didn't show up. If I would have been told the tech was changing, or something, that would have been helpful. Often times there would just be a stranger by my pool. That's a little disconcerting. For the record though, they were all very decent guys. |Then , my salt water system wasn't working and he diagnosed it as broken, and I would need a new system (That's a few thousand). He was correct- it wasn't working. I have a new company now and they checked it out- turns out the connections to my Pool Pilot had a bit of corrosion. Literally one wipe of the plug and it works 100%. |He's a hard worker and a decent guy, but it just didn't work out for us.
