Unfortunately, the pool was in bad shape and it didn't qualify for the regular maintenance service. We were told that we needed the thorough acid cleaning so services were not performed by the provider. It took over a month for us to get our money put back into our PayPal account though. Always pay with PayPal! We may use them for our regular cleanings once everything is in order.

I can't say enough good things about Nilson and his work! My pool is not enclosed and the surrounding landscaping creates some real challenges to keeping the pool in good condition. I researched and hired three separate pool companies and was becoming very discouraged at the service provided. At the time I found Nilson my pool was in very bad shape! Nilson, true to his promise, cleaned up the pool and has kept it in tip top condition ever since. He always shows up at his appointed time, has been proactive in making sure everything is in working order, is diligent and conscientious and takes pride in his work. I responded to a telephone survey from Angie's list, with a negative review of Master Touch Pool services and I need to retract my comments. It had been my understanding that they had not honored a couple of scheduled appointments to fix the pool pump, apparently they had assessed the job and had ordered a replacement pump, they, simply, had not communicated with me. The technician delayed installation of the new pump because he was waiting for warranty credit to be applied to the purchase of a new pump. Again, I knew the pump had not been repaired, but had no idea that a technician was at the job site and was working on the project. This provider is doing a good job.

They started out really well but they haven't been around. They made a couple of appointments and they haven't showed up. They were supposed to be there Wednesday to install a new ramp and they never showed or never called. It started out pretty well and they are not doing very well now. It's too bad because a month ago I would have said excellent, but now it's fair. I'm going to give them a second chance but I guess for the purpose of reviewing them, I would say no.

Owner always available with fast response. Service is done on time, at the day agreed and in a quality way. Prices are reasonable and owner always provide explanation of any service needs. In summary, professional and at a reasonable price!

Two weeks of service so far. Very satisfied.

It has been going well. No complaints and everything seems great.

This is the best thing. They come in and take care of the pool for one year. No payments every month no trip to the pool store on the weekends. Time to enjoy my pool with no work. Thanks again....

Master Touch Pools I have employed Master Touch Pools for approximately the past 18 months. I learned of them from Angie?s List. For many months I have been unsatisfied with the snarky attitude and rather obnoxious responses from the Owner. He fancies himself an entrepreneur, but has a great deal to learn about dealing with customers. The service was no better and no worse than most of the pool services that I have used while living in South Florida since 1986. I?m a customer who pays all of my bills on time and even had this service set as a recurring payment. Several months back, I received an email from the Owner implying that my payment was late and he could not locate it. I immediately responded with proof of payment from Bank of America. As it turned out, what he really wanted was to get all of his customers to pay him on the same day. I actually had him set up to receive payment prior to the due date. I would strongly suggest that new Angie?s List customers stay clear of starting with this wise guy.

Everything is going well so far! They're working very hard to keep my pool in shape and I'm happy with the work they're doing.

I previously had a separate company cleaning my pool before I had it resurfaced. I had always thought that they were terrible and used the excuse of the pool being drained as a good way of firing them. When I found this company on Angie's List I was apprehensive since I thought all pool cleaning services would be the same. Boy was I wrong. They are amazing. I called and reached a secretary and she got my information and said she would give it to the owner of the company. Within 30 minutes I received a call to set up an appointment and within an hour, someone was at my house. I spoke with 3 different people in this short process, with all of them being very professional and knowledgeable. Not only did the company do an amazing job cleaning the pool, but they also did things obviously my previous servicer did not. They told me that the filter had not been changed in over a year (my last cleaner never even looked at it let alone cleaned it) and said they would replace it for a small cost. I could tell that the person who came spent nearly an hour cleaning my pool (from when he first called at my house and when he said he just left), which may seem excessive, but it is a new pool and needs to be brushed and cared for more then normal. He called after he was done, expalined to me several things that I had no idea about (I'm a new home owner and very novice in my pool knowledge) and when I got home, I don't think my pool has every looked so good. The floor, walls and tile were brushed perfectly, and the water was as clear as could be. All in all, I will be using this company for life and am excited that I finally found an amazing pool person. wh

We have been using another pool service for the past 6 months. The pool guy would come during the week while we were at work so we never got to see him. But one day my wife was home with our sick child and saw the pool guy come into the pool area, he threw chemicals into the pool, and was gone in 3 minutes. He didnt skim or doing anything else. As of recently we were noticing that the pool was looking dirty, the pump was making suction noises, and the spa waterfall pressure was very low. For 3 weeks no one said anything to us. I emailed the manager and he said he would send someone out but when he reported back to me all he said was that the pool just needed water and that aside from that it looked great. When the actual pool guy came out 2 days later all he said was that the pool needed water. Well, I called Nilson to inquire about his services and he immediately agreed to come out and take a look at the pool and give us a estimate on pool service. As soon he got to the house he knew exactly what was wrong with the spa pressure and the sunction noises. Instead of just telling me what was wrong, Nilson grabbed the hose and cleaned out the pump and made some adjustments to the pool pump. Immediately the sunction noises stopped and the spa waterfall pressure was back to normal (side note-he also fixed my hose). Nilson did everything free of charge and was an overall real nice guy. Needless to say, as soon as he left I bought his Big Deal and I am sure we will continue using him after that. Now to fire my current pool guy. So Far he gets an A+ Another review to follow

I checked his profile on Angie's List as well as on his website and both of them stated that he service Palm Beach County. I purchased the Big Deal and advised him where I lived and he stated that he didn't service my area.
