From the moment we contacted the company we have been treated professionally by every member. From Rocio and Andre in the showroom to the guys doing the measuring and installation everybody has been a joy to deal with. We first went to the showroom to pick out the finish we wanted. Several weeks later we saw the slabs and were able to pick out each section so we knew exactly where it was going on which counter. We have been given so many tips and suggestions along the way to make the process easier. The company called us each time they were set to come to the house so we could meet them. I have found some really good companies through Angies List, but this might be the best. In case you're wondering, I'm not related to anybody in the company nor do I work there. I just feel that I should give credit where it is due.

Friendly and professional. Took the time to think through what would be required to maneuver and install an unwieldy large slab through our house (up a step, through a low doorway...). Furthermore, Izone created a custom rest for the slab to support the weight and not crack or chip a single tile that the slab is directly above. Great leadership and teamwork. Added to that our wall was uneven so they had to account for that and maintain the security of the mounted slab. We had to reschedule three times due to other remodeling issues unrelated to M&G and they were accommodating. Their front desk staff is courteous and handled my many questions and emails with a great degree of patience and professionalism. We have another major project to do in the next year (kitchen) and we will be calling these folks again. P.S. Their stock of slabs is diverse and welllll priced.

Good job but did have to come back because somehow glue came out. But they came back to fix problem.

Everything was excellent from start to finish, we never had a complaint. Every question I had for them they had an answer and explained to me so I would understand the reasoning. Word are really hard to explain how much I loved working with this company. Everything was installed to perfection and there were no damages done. They are professionals in every sense of the word. They know business, and they run a very nice good business. It was the best deal I have purchased in my life! They are truly wonderful people.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for granite. I called and scheduled an appt to look at granite. They were helpful about suggestions and didn't pressure us in the process. I went twice before making a selection. After selecting, they came out to measure- suggested the window sills which are adjacent to my kitchen and I agreed. I then had the opportunity to meet with the fabricator to agree on how the slab was going to be cut to maximize the pattern I chose. They scheduled an install date- they called ahead, arrived promptly, completed the work timely and neatly. I could not have been more pleased. I liked the new windowsill so much that I had them measure for another which they came and installed just a few days later. They were honorable and professional- you won't go wrong to choose them.

I was not happy with them because I wanted to have double sinks but they advised me I couldn't. I found out this was not the case however now I'm stuck with just one large sink. I also felt the granite that arrived on the date of the service looked darker than what I had originally picked out. I feel they didnt give me the same type. I referred them to someone else and they also were unhappy because the two pieces of granite didnt match and they advised them that it was nothing that could be done about it.

I went to the showroom of this business for an estimate and was very impressed with their professionalism. I knew I wanted to do business with them based on previous reviews on Angie's List and from what I experienced. Unfortunately, there were no installation appointments for 4 weeks and we couldn't wait that long. The owner offered to put us on a cancellation list and pray for a miracle, since it was the beginning of December and many installations scheduled to complete for the holidays. I left disappointed and shopped elsewhere. I contacted several other Angie's List companies which responded promptly and professionally. The miracle came-a cancellation for installation on December 17 with Marble & Granite Connection. I found a granite slab elsewhere from a wholesaler and they accepted and ordered it for my job. Rocio (wonderful sales rep) even called another customer to switch days to move our installation up one day sooner, to December 16th. They were so accommodating, so pleasant to help make it happen for our needs. Installation went smoothly, as expected. Very pleased with everything-pleasant owner, sales people, installers; prompt, courteous and conscientious. Kitchen looks awesome! Extremely happy with choice of Marble and Granite Connection!

Ultimately it turned out very well, however, they need to double check their meausrements when they come out initially, as we found out that they had measured a little too much, and so the price went up significantly. This doubled the price of the deal we had purchased with them. We also had an existing backsplash, which they told us they would end up chipping when they installed, and so they recommeded that we install a new one with them. We agreed to this, but when they came and installed, they did not damage the existing backsplash at all, and so we had to argue them out of removing the cost of the new one, as we did not need it. Eventually they did take it off the price since it was never installed. In the end, it was absolutely beautiful and we were very happy with the end result. The gentleman that came to install the granite were amazing, very patient and professional and did a phenomenal job.

We bought our super white quartzite from Spazio (great company as well) and had Marble & Granite Connection measure, cut and install it. We reached out to several companies. Rocio, the sales rep, was always the quickest to respond. She is attentive and stood up to our battery of questions. All the installers were excellent. They were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They installed our quartzite with no seams and it looks amazing! Doing business with them was the only stress free experience we had during our kitchen renovation. Marble & Granite Connection is the most excellent company we have encountered in a long time.

Bought their deal on Angie's List & then, let the fun begin... had good conversations with all employees...they suggested we come down to their showroom & make our choices.....had a good time working with Andre on a Sat.....he was very helpful & had some good laughs too......dealt with Lili on the phone to make sure to get everything scheduled......then the big day came>>>install day !!!.....another guy named Andre came with his (2) teammates......they worked together & got the job done with a great outcome.....I was very impressed with the job & the guys ! there are a lot of companies doing this work but, I would suggest to put this company on your short list......I think the price/quality/ & service are all at the top>>>>thanks again for a great experience !

They made an appointment. They did not show up. When I tried to contact them by both phone and email, they ignored me.

They were wonderful and understanding. It was just what we ordered. It's absolutely beautiful. They were polite and pleasant.

Everything went smoothly as planned. A little problem with some of the timing of the appointments. But it all worked out and I am very pleased.

They were very prompt and had to have 5 additional men to carry the counter tops to the 2nd floor. They did a great job and cleaned up well after themselves. They also got rid of the old counter tops for me. I would definitely use them again.

They were very punctual, huge selection of granite, the final result was very satisfying.

We ended up not needing the deal because we are selling the house. Rocio was the sales rep and she was great. The deal was a great selection and they were fantastic in helping us design and plan. They were very thorough in explaining all the nuances of the granite.

Great!!! Head and shoulders above anyone else.
