Very clean job. From beginning to end very professional.

It went well. They had a website with their previous designs, and I was impressed. I went in person to their showroom, and was greeted immediately by Sirlene. She was honest, very professional and polite. She made this part of my kitchen remodel painless. They had an excellent selection to choose from. The granite slab was ready as promised. She helped me pick out a beautiful backsplash as well. The price quoted to me was perfect for my budget. There were no surprises. Sirlene kept in contact with me throughout the process, and kept me updated accordingly. The two gentlemen who came to install the backsplash and countertops were professional, punctual, and courteous. The work was completed to my satisfaction. I even got some bonus items, which I felt like, "wow, this company really set the bar"! Their work is superb! My kitchen was finished two months ago, and I am enjoying it! I would definitely recommend them to friends and/or family! If I had to go through this process again, I would definitely go with this company. I like that it's family-owned (as opposed to a retail giant). I'd much prefer to support "mom-and-pops" businesses.

Unexpected problems came up. Surrounding cabinets were distorted. These guys stuck around and resolved the problems, completing the installation.

Wonderful! It was just before Thanksgiving and Sirlene (so professional and kind) was able to fit us in. The technicians did a beautiful job. It was well worth the cost. I would definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

The repair was even better than I hoped. He was very diligent and worked until the repair was basically seamless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing any stone work.

This company is absolutely one of the best I've dealt with in a long time. Sirlene our sales lady was very knowledgeable and the people could not have been nicer pulling samples in the yard. The scheduling of the template and install went as scheduled and the workers showed up on time and left the job spotless. Our new grill looks beautiful!

From the moment I set foot into Marble and Granite Connection, I was treated warmly and professionally. The staff went out of their way to assist me in my selection and to make certain that I was satisfied with my choices. Lili took as much time with me as needed and followed through on all aspects of the project. The installation was efficient and thorough. There are an overwhelming number of countertop and tile places in Broward County and I searched many. I made the right choice and would choose again .

Very well. From salesperson to installers, everyone was professional. Calls were returned promptly, installation was done when promised, and they accommodated our tight schedule. Can't imagine a better exoerience.

This place is chaotic. They don’t get back to you. Claim the are busy with another client, as if you don’t count. Then all seem to be “message takers” waiting for a decision maker to come to the office. There are many good granite fabricators in this are to bother with the drama of dealing with Marble and Granite Connection.

After different quotes from 3 places found their price was very fair .Lots of granite slab colors to choose from and we got one pretty close to one we liked initially from another company but it was going to cost 1500 more because the color was an upgrade so that's why we choose marble and granite . you only pay for granite used not by the slab so if you need 1 1/2 slabs you only pay for that not the whole slab which is how they keep pricess reasonable I was quoted 4200-5100 very professional they were running late but we were in contact the whole time so we knew what time to expect them and they called during and after install within 15mins of them leaving my house to make sure install was satisfactory. would definitely recommend and use again .

It all went very well. We met with Sirlene, our Sales Representative, and discussed choosing a nice piece of quartz for our countertop. She was very helpful in that regard and we made a good choice, which looks great. She also recommended Tops Kitchen Cabinet and Granite for our vanity. The also provided a nice product. All went well with the installation of the countertop. So, many thanks to Sirlene for her courtesy and professionalism.

From beginning to end it was a most pleasant and professional experience. They were very responsive to changes I made and installation was punctual and professional. Staff is extremely accommodating and I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them.

Ricardo and Andre were very professional and did an excellent job. They took the time to explain to me the work they did and they also gave me some tips for maintenance. Highly recommended.

Everything went almost perfectly well except for the estimate which turned out too low because of a mistake made by the employee. Otherwise the experience was great.

Excellent! This company responds in a very timely manner! We set an appointment, Havier took time to go over details, select a product, gave us a few optional prices, scheduled work. The employees that performed the work were excellent! We used a plumbing company they work with and the coordination was excellent! This company has a good selection of products to choose from. We had checked with 3 other companies and we feel good that we made the right choice!

Poorly. In our first visit at their location all seemed fine, therefore we returned few days latter in order to choose the stones. Then is when the problems arise. The person that assisted us at day was underqualified, had no clue of what she was doing about quotes, stone quality etc, the owner stated that we should go home, refresh our mind and she would send the quote via email the same day. No need to say that we never received anything from them.

I thought they did a good job. They came when they were supposed to come, and they were a good company to work with. Everyone was friendly, nice, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for; Sirlene, the sales representative and customer service coordinator, deserves specific recognition for her efforts.

Everything went very smoothly even though we didn't have a general contractor. We are SO pleased with the results! Would highly recommend this company! Sirlene, Luana, and Luciana are amazing!

Excellent work. Rocio was great in finding granite that matched what we had. The estimator showed up on time and explained how they would do the work. The price was fair and the installers were excellent. They really exceeded my expectations, and I expect a lot.

These guys work their tails off. They are courteous and completely professional. Their attention to detail was phenomenal.
