Our experience with Marble &Granite Connection was very positive. Luana and the gentleman who completed the estimate were professional and responsive.Luana answered all of our questions, showed us the granite options available, and arranged for the inhome estimate. The individual who completed the estimate was polite ,efficient and punctual. We ultimately decided to go with another company that was able to do all of the work that we wanted done- granite countertops,cabinet refacing, plumbing, electrical work and some cosmetic repairs in our bathroom. I have no doubt that had we chosen to work with them, we would have been satisfied with the results.

Great job installing the granite and creatin a counter for me - more color variation in one section

We picked out slab of granite from among many options provided. It was just what we hoped for colorwise. We scheduled measuring, and installation dates, per our schedule. Everything went smoothly and as promised. We couldn't be happier.

Everything went perfectly overall. They were able to match our existing granite counter tops exactly from their stock. They came to measure and template on schedule and installed the granite as scheduled. The workers were meticulous craftsmen and installed the large and super heavy granite top safely, carefully, and exactly as we wanted it done. They were careful to avoid making any mess or damage and cleaned up after themselves. Overall a great experience. These folks are extremely good and extremely busy so we did have to wait a little for them to get to our job; but it was well worth the wait.

We were so happy to find a reliable and dependable Mom and Pop business. From start to finish, they were excellent at communication. Every single phone call and email was answered by the end of the day. You just can't find anyone who does business like this anymore. They are so helpful and just plain nice. They did beautiful work on the kitchen renovation we did and helped us install marble vanity tops we purchased from Home Depot. Their granite is high quality and adds major curb appeal to any area of the house. We went to their warehouse to pick the granite and they had so many selections we couldn't decide on just one! We have recommended them to all of our friends and coworkers. This is a business I will definitely use again. You will not be disappointed!

We chose the exact slabs from the same lot to be installed and the owner, Izone, measured for the template himself. The installers (Eduardo & Gabriel) were courteous and professional. Roseta in the office was welcoming, lead us through the stone yard and helped organize our quote for service. Andre' finalized the paperwork and provided us with their professional folder. The gentlemen arrived when promised and proceeded to strip all of the existing sealer from my granite countertops and then apply new sealer. They hand buffed everything and worked tirelessly for 3 hours! This is probably the best that my granite has ever looked.

We visited their showroom twice before settling on our selection. The staff was very helpful and allowed us all of the time we wanted to walk around the yard. Once we decided on one we scheduled the measurements and installation. They were even able to move our measurement appointment, but maintain the installation one when we had a change in plans. Everything went perfect, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing affordable, high quality countertops.

They should up when they said and finished in a very timely matter. They preped the area and cleaned up after the job better then any other contractor to date.

They where very patient with me when I was picking out colors and trying to stick to my limited budget. They showed up on time for the measure and installation. I was happy to get someone on the phone whenever I called or a very quick call back. Excellent customer service. I will use them again !!

Actually the work was done last October/November and the installers and team were very professional, thorough and capable. The only "hitch" was that they ran out of material for our backsplash, leaving about an 8x10 area to be completed. The backsplash material was unfortunately on backorder, and we had to wait until after the first of January for the job to be completed. They did come back for the completion and everything matched and was very well done.

It went well. Everything was done on time, the price was good, the quality of the work was good. They also installed a backsplash. We picked out the tile and they installed it. Everything turned out very good. The only negative is that the granite that we chose shows every water mark that we don't wipe up within 5 minutes. They sealed it when they completed the job, but the stains still appear. We have to be very diligent to make sure there is no moisture on the granite. I have ordered and received a very expensive granite sealer that I haven't tried yet. If it works, that will be great. If not, there will be quite a bit of disappointment in the amount of care this granite is going to take to keep it looking great.

Previous work done at another home was great. Unfortunately they did not have they color I wanted this particular time.

Everything was great! Beginning with our initial meeting with Rocio and our final meeting with Luciana. Everyone was very nice patient and professional. We used a discount coupon thru Angies List. There were no problems at all. There were many granite choices to use with the coupon, or we could have upgraded the granite, if we chose to do that. We chose Butterfly granite. It is beautiful and we are very happy. From the first meeting, to making the template, to the installation was a very positive experience. We would use and recommend Marble and Granite Connection without hesitation.

I'm so happy with this company- they have professional, honest, polite employees. They came out to install a backsplash in my kitchen. Eduardo and Gabriel were my installers and they took their time to explain the process, answer any questions I had, cleaned up after themselves and worked quickly and diligently. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job. The owner called after the work was completed to see if I had any questions and to make sure I was happy with the finished product.

From the time I contacted the company via email, I received a quick response and the ball was rolling! We were on a tight schedule to complete the job, and they were able to meet every deadline we needed met. We were especially pleased with the quick response whenever we had a question. David did a great job creating the template and coming back to install the actual countertop. The tile guy that installed the backsplash (different company) later couldn't believe how hard he had to look to find the seams between the quartz slabs. We are thrilled and so happy to support this family run company!

It went really well. All the appointments were kept and they were on time. The installers were top notch. The lead installer really showed his craft and skill as he had to make some precise cuts to accommodate my range and I was amazed with the detail! Excellent! I went with this company based on Angie's list reviews and I was extremely pleased I did.

I do not live in Florida but wanted to help my son with new kitchen counters. We went to a few places near his house only to find estimates were slow and very expensive, about $4-6k. Saw this Angie's List deal online and figured the cost would be closer to $2500 as well as not getting the run around that the other granite places seemed to be playing. Spoke to Lucia over the phone and visited the showroom once, where there were plenty of choices. She sent an estimator over to my son's house with some samples. While the estimator took the measurements, my son selected the granite he wanted. Within two weeks, the granite was installed and it looks great. Every edge is perfect, including the pass through to the porch. This was an experience that was a pleasure and totally without headaches. From experiences in my own home I know that things can go wrong. When my son needs granite in his bathrooms, there is only one place to shop. Thank you Lucia and Marble & Granite Connection.

This was an excellent job from beginning to end. The price included the sink and faucet as well. I went to their showroom and factory and was very happy with the wide selection of materials available for the discount price. They came to my home and template the area and returned the next week as promised with everything ready to go. The crew were very professional and everything was installed beautifully. When we decided to add a granite piece to the backsplash because of a height discrepancy, they were able to call the shop and have the piece ready in a few hours. They even went to pick up the extra piece that afternoon. Everything was done in one day and is absolutely perfect for our home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
