This is the second time we hired them and both times we had a great experience! The countertops look spectacular!

The whole experience from beginning to end with this company was outstanding. I highly recommend them, and will be using them again in the future when I need the type of work that they perform. The initial visit at the warehouse was pretty interesting - there are a lot of options to choose from. We went with a white quartz for the countertops, and we had them install a light blue subway tile for a backsplash. From our initial meeting, the communication throughout, the measurement of my kitchen, up through the installation itself - everything was amazing. Most importantly, my kitchen looks great!

Workers were not very professional and they were let go shortly after my job was done. The owners tried to make good on the job but I was disappointed that they didn't come through with a promised cutting block from the countertop material.

Excellent. Our initial encounter was by phone, and then to the office, where we were shown various granite slabs. We chose, one, used the Angie's List discount, got scheduled for a template and opted to purchase a terrific new faucet, sink, and backsplash. Couldn't be happier.

The work was done quickly and the new top looks great. Excellent experience after having been disappointed with others. Will definitely use them again for my next job.

They did a great job and we love them.

It went very well. They came out and measured and answered all my questions. If I had one complaint, the opening for my sink could have been a tad bigger. Overall I love my counter tops and I used the deal to offset some of the cost.

Not great. 3 granite counters were made. Measurements and templates were wrong. All three faucets were triple hole. They were measured as a single hole. Had to go out and buy 2 new faucets because they were unsure of the time when they can send someone out to drill new additional holes. Our original 3 hole faucets were less than one year old.

What a wonderful, caring company to work with! After having a nightmare of a contractor leave us with a horrible Cambria counter top, we researched and found Marble and Granite Connection. I'm so glad that we did! From the moment we walked in, we were treated with respect and care. We explained our situation and Andre made sure that we were communicated with every step of the way as we replaced the nightmare. I L O V E communication - I can work with anything that comes up if I'm informed and the company works with me. Marble and Granite alerted me that during their checks, they found that two slabs from Cambria didn't look exactly the same. Could I please come over and confirm their opinion. I could only come over at 7am before work and the owner happily met me that early to make sure we get it right. I loved the concern! Yep, the second slab was not going to match the first. That's when Marble and Granite went to bat for me. They fought with Cambria to make sure that I received a free replacement slab that matched the good slab. Took some time to get the new slab but when it arrived, I again was invited down to make sure I was happy with the replacement. Such wonderful service! It was a match and they proceeded to fabricate. I couldn't be home to install when they would be ready and the next weekend would be the Labor Day weekend. Didn't matter to Andre and Marble and Granite. They just wanted to make sure that I was happy with their work and the results! So here I sit, looking at my new counter top. The guys who removed the old and installed the new were professional, funny, on time and called before they left for my house and couldn't have been nicer to work with. No fuss, no muss and everything done to perfection. Cleanup was meticulous with a double check to make sure nothing was left behind. I highly recommend anyone needing marble, granite or quartz fabrication/installation/design to give Marble and Granite Connection a try. You will not be sorry you did! Fabulous people, fabulous work and great communication! I couldn't be happier!

Love my kitchen! Very professional and friendly group of people who made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. I made a couple trips to the office and each time I was greeted by people who were eager to help. The servicemen were on time for both appointments and did an excellent job with the installation. Flawless work! I am very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This is a family-run company, which I really liked! All the staff and family were extremely helpful, patient, and willing to give information to assist me in making a decision. For me, this was a big decision. The process overall went well. The installers were nice and polite. The installation seemed to go smoothly. I was asked to sign a document stating "all was well" and pay the final payment. My contractor notice damage to the newly installed cabinets. Three deep grooves on an edge where the largest piece of granite fits in by the wall oven. I looked back at the document it says, do not sign if not completely satisfied. Accidents happen. It was a long piece of granite. At the same edge where the cut is along the oven cabinet wall was mis-cut and needed filler. The company came back and put a 3" granite backsplash were the mis-cut was. Which I actually like it better, flows from the back backsplash and protects the oven cabinet. The part which was dis-heartening is that the installer did not self-report and let us know they damaged the cabinet. Accidents happen, we all make mistakes. I thought in this it would have been the stand-up thing to just admit the mistake and take it from there. The company had no qualms paying for the repair out of the amount due, which was honorable. It was on the contractor to order the paint from Thomasville, find someone to fill, repair and paint the cabinet. It took two separate complete treatments to repair the cabinet. Overall, other than the cabinet damage and no self-report, I really liked all the family and staff. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, professional office staff, etc. Most of all, I really, really love the beautiful granite countertop!!!! I have hugged it...no really! It reminds me of the color, tone, and variation of Hollywood Beach sand, back when I was a kid. The granite works beautifully with the old Florida Coastal kitchen look I was going for. It flows well with the wood-look porcelain floor tile. In summary, I am very happy with my countertop it brings a wonderful feel of rock and a bit of the earth to my 1959 home.

This is the most professional company I have dealt with during our renovations. Luana returns emails as soon as I send them...I never needed to call to find out a status. Everything went just like clockwor: - We went to the showroom - picked out a granite - got an excellent price - scheduled a measurement - the crew arrived on-time and measured the counters. They would measure the backsplash after installing the new granite counter - they installed a couple weeks later, measured the backsplash and installed a couple days after - the guys answered all my questions, and sealed the granite in front of me just so I knew it was sealed (they said they sealed at shop also) We got the granite, sink, and faucet from them. We did have to get a plumber to hook up the drains and garbage disposal. MGC does not re-install the plumbing. Great experience. I would use them again if I had another granite project. I wish I could upload a pic on this review.

I called for an estimate and they sent out an experienced person that spent 3 hrs measuring and drawing layout of. Counters I visited business the next day and estimate was ready based upon 10 slabs available at given price I chose from the 10 available colors and was pleased by the selections Once I agreed to price I was placed on a schedule for installation which was approximately 2 weeks They showed up exactly on time and removed granite In the meantime I had my new cooktop and sink sent to them for precise cutouts The returned my new appliances to me when they began installation The entire process was smooth and well coordinated Such precision is to be admired especially here in Florida where you are lucky to have someone show up on time Great craftsmanship Tripple AAA

Crew was very professional. installed countertops and sink in a matter of hours. There was a measurement mistake during the template measurement concerning the backsplash, which they turned around and had new ones made right away and were able to install them on the same day. Be warned that you will need to reconnect your plumbing, as they are not licensed to do so. A minor inconvenience which they inform you of up front.

This is a wonderful company. My wife, didn't know anything about countertops of how to replace them. I bought the Angie's list special, and my wife went with the coupon to the store. They spent several hours with her going over the options. They came out and measured, and installed beautiful granite countertops. We are both very happy with them. After the kitchen was done we decided we were going to get new bathroom vanity. We went back to the store, and they have a "Scrap Stone Section" we were able to pick out a piece which fit our bathroom perfectly. They came out made the measure and installed a wonderful bathroom vanity as well. We will be utilizing this granite place many times in the future as, we redue each part of our house.

Marble & Granite Connection Inc. provides excellent customer and installation service from start to finish. It is a family owned and they definitely provided the attention and detail to my needs. I was very impressed with the process of choosing the right slab for my home. Our sales representative Rocio gave us many options and helped us to choose the right one, I love the choice we finally made. I got an appointment the same day to get measured, the installer did a very thorough job on the measurements. Within two weeks the counter tops were ready to install. I wanted to save my tile back-splash and the installer did it, not only did he save me cost, he also saved me time. They were every professional and meticulous, they cleaned up while and after the job was done. I was instructed on how to care for and maintain the product. The installed made sure I was satisfied and they answered any questions I had. There was a follow up call the next day to ask if I was satisfy with the job and if I need anything else. Such a great company I highly recommended them! This company not only gives you the best price, and great quality work, they provide excellent customer service which which is worth so much more. Very satisfied customer.

From the start of entering the showroom to the final installation this was a terrific experience. With the help of the saleswoman Lilli I picked the 2 Granite slabs from the stock that they had (many to choose from) and then Vinny came to my house and measured the 4 counters and suggested I come back to the showroom in a couple of days so that I could see how the granite slabs would be cut for each counter.This was a great experience with Vinny's help. He then gave me a tour of the fabrication shop which I found interesting.It took about 3 weeks for the installation which was well worth the wait.The installation crew were excellent,very neat,clean and very exacting in how they installed each counter and in particular the back splash and bar top above the sink top counter. I have had 2 other kitchens installed with granite and Marble and Granite Connection was by far the BEST I have dealt with and very reasonable in their pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a professional and quality installation from a Granite company.

I went to their location. All the girls were so friendly and helpful. The women that walked around with me to pick out the pieces of granite was helpful and had patience. I found two perfect pieces. The price was much better than a price I had received earlier from another company on Angie's list that totally dropped the ball, so that worked out well, I liked dealing with this company much better. The guys that came to measure and make the templates were on time and fast. The install guys also arrived as scheduled, the office called to tell me they were on their way. They did a beautiful job at a great price and the products are beautiful. We are getting ready to remodel our kitchen and will be using them for the granite.
