It went very smoothly from beginning to end. This company is extremely professional and they were a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend them. Their sales staff was very knowledgeable and the installers were excellent. They were perfectionists who take genuine pride in their work. I was afraid that the choices would be limited because it was a coupon deal, but we had numerous samples to choose from and I found a gorgeous piece of granite to go with the cabinets and we liked it so much that we decided to buy enough to cover the entire backsplash and kitchen wall.

We went to Marble and Granite Connection because of the Angie's list deal, we had been provided bids by 2 other companies prior to our visit. We were provided great service and the staff was very knowledgeable discussing pro's and con's to the wide variety of granite and marble they stock. I never felt rushed or pressured into buying anything that I didn't need. They were very punctual with the initial visit for templating then we had to have them back due to our sink being oversized. They were very accomodating and came back a second time to make sure that the template was correct. At the time of installation a problem arose again with the sink and they brought additional people to help with the install and ensure that everything was done correctly. Our kitchen looks amazing and I would highly recommend Marble and Granite Connection.

It was absolutely great. The big deal was $1599 and I paid around $600 more because I got more work done. It was really good and they matched the same color. They were very clean and did a great job.

I was unable to use the big deal due to not being able to receive an appointment within a desired timeframe. They were responsive and polite when we spoke on the phone.

The owner, staff and installers of Marble & Granite Connection were professional, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. I am thrilled with my new granite countertops, particularly considering the amazing price offered through Angie's List. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I went to their showroom to view the granite and met Luana who guided me through all from viewing product to selection and installation. On a second visit I had occasion to meet her mother. Her dad came to the house to take measurements prior to installation. They are the owners and they run a clean, professional shop. The installers, Claud and Gabriel were polite, professional, clean and expert at their work. No one enjoys having people work in their homes, but they made it as painless as possible. Oh, lest I forget, it's the little things I appreciate. Each morning prior to installation, I received a phone call from Luana, telling me they were leaving the shop and would be at my place within an hour. They were always on time. When the job was complete they asked me to inspect everything and then to sign off on the work. They presented me with a granite cutting board made from the same granite as my counter as a gift. I would not hesitate to give them the highest recommendation. Flawless and seamless. P.S. They even sent a thank you card for doing business with them.

Workers were pleasant and courteous. The countertops are beautiful.

From the minute I hit the Buy button, I experienced nothing but exceptional professionalism, flexibility & support from every person I came in contact with at the company.

We bought a "Big Deal" from the provider. Went to their warehouse and chose a beautiful piece of granite. We worked with Lili -- she was a pleasure to work with --responsive to all our calls -- ensured we were happy with the process. Several times an employee came out to take measurements to ensure a proper fit. They showed up on time on the day they said they would do the work -- all work was done expertly and courteously. What is most impressive is that several seams had to be cut in the countertop and backsplash -- and it is almost impossible to detect these seams -- the cuts dovetail perfectly. We have already recommended Granite and Marble Connection to several of our neighbors who are looking to redo their kitchen countertops.

From the first visit to their location, I was impressed. Luana and her father were wonderful to work with. After selecting my color granite, Luana provided me with the quote which I found to be the best price of all the quotes I received. I went back the next week and placed my order with a install date of about 4 weeks away. Luana explained that because they were installing both the granite and the tile backsplash it required a 2-3 day job and therefore that was the first available date. I was still deciding on what sink I wanted so about two weeks later I emailed Luana a picture of the sink that I chose from their selection and she added it to my order. The day of the install, they arrived on schedule and worked diligently to install and level the countertop perfectly where you can barely see or feel the seams. When I arrived home from work the first day of the install, I immediately realized that unfortunately they installed the wrong sink. I called Luana and thankfully through my previous emails, she realized it was a misunderstanding on her part. She offered me either a credit or they would have to redo the entire job and start over. Since I had originally considered the sink they installed, I decided on a very fair credit to keep the sink. The installer returned the next day to complete the tile backsplash. His work was absolutely meticulous. I ordered the extra grates for the sink and because they were on backorder, they brought me their showroom samples to borrow until mine came in. My only comment is that because my granite choice was a very muted pattern, I asked if it was necessary to choose my particular slab and I was told no. Whether that would have changed the outcome or not, I do not know, but my slab does have quite a few tiny pits, not noticeable to the naked eye, but I notice. I don't know if that is a normal flaw in this particular pattern, or if it's the nature of natural stone, but I have seen granite with much less pits than mine. So to those shopping for granite...look closely and choose carefully!

First stop was to pick out granite. I have been to a few granite stores and this is the best. Lilly was unbelievable. She showed us what we could afford and she wiped off some of the pieces with a cloth so we could see the true color. She took a hammer and broke off a piece of every one we liked. She was sooo nice. Called us to make sure everything was good. The guys that put the granite in went above and beyond. I would definately use them again... Love our granite.......

The guys from Marble and Granite Connection did a really nice job. Some of the surfaces were heavily pitted though. Everything fits really well.

I had no problems with them. They selected our marble and kept it for us until we needed it. They cut it to our sink and everything came out perfectly. I used them before and they were good. I did not compare the price with anyone; I just accepted whatever they had worked for.

It was excellent. It went really well. They are an excellent company.

Upon first visit to their showroom, we were shown an extensive collection of granite from which to choose. We identified the granite we wanted to use, made a down-payment, and tentatively scheduled the templating and installation at that time. When the company came out to measure for the template, they were extremely conscientious and detail oriented. At the time of measurement, we decided to upgrade to a full (rather than 6") backsplash, and they were quite accommodating in this, as it required a second visit for template measurement and installation. At the time they arrived to install the countertops, they were punctual, neat, and professional. Upon completion of back-splash installation, they surprised us with a large granite cutting board that matches the material of the rest of the counter-top.
